Why isn't she still here? It's been a few minutes already. She said she'll come. The cafe is filled with couples and I'm still waiting for you. She has always filled me up when I feel empty, I guess she still can't get back to how our relationship was.
My phone vibrated from my pocket, expecting it was Y/N. But when I checked, it was a random number. "Hello?" I answered. "This is from --- Hospital. You were the last person in Y/N's contacts." The lady said. "Y-Yes, why?" My voice was shaking as I heard that it came from a hospital. "What is your relationship with her?" "I'm her ." I weakly said.
"Y/N got into an accident-" "I'm coming there." I hurriedly ran out the cafe and the people were staring at me as I exited. I know where the hospital's location is and it was just a few blocks away. It was the only thought in my head and I ran with all my energy as tears continuously stream down my face. I was panting hard as I got to the entrance.
"Where is Y/N's room?" I said as I was breathing in between each word. As the woman told me the information, I swiftly ran up the stairs and spotted her room in less than minutes. I took a few breaths before opening the door.
My heart sensed a slight pain as my eyes saw her on the hospital bed and the heart monitor was indicating that her condition was normal at the moment. I sat down next to her body, it looked so damaged from how she looked like. I put a strand of hair behind her ear and appreciated her beautiful face; the one I never got tired of.

"Now I know," I whispered to myself as I regretted to meet her again. Why did she leave me? She always made me happy, but when she left me, I felt so empty without her.
My eyes opened as I saw a figure looking at me. I rubbed my blurry eyes and I unexpectedly saw Hanse. "Are you okay?" He reacted quickly as I opened my eyes. "Yeah, I'm sorry we didn't get to meet a while ago." "It's all my fault for trying to make you meet me." He apologized even if he did nothing wrong. "Hanse, please don't blame yourself. It's the driver's fault. It's none of your doing." I said which was the real reason.
"Anyways, why did you want to meet me again?" I asked out of the blue. "I just wanted to know if you were fine. If.. you have a new b-boyfriend." He stopped at a few words. I knew he would worry about me but of course, that question? "Of course I'm doing great, but that? I actually never had a boyfriend after you." I calmly said.
"Oh, okay." We suddenly went silent. "It's already late, I can take care of myself. I know my parents can't take care of me here but it's fine. You can go visit me tomorrow if you would like to." I said as I waved at him and he disappeared out of the door.
I visited her again the next day. She was asleep again. The sun shone on her and she looked so angelic. I brought food so she could eat something at least. While I was preparing it, I heard I high pitched sound from my back. As I looked, I just realized what it was. The sound came from the heart monitor, which meant she was dying. "Doctor!" I screamed at the top of my lungs as the doctor entered the room and quickly called the nurses.

My heart was beating fastly as tears rapidly fell out of my eyes. "Clear!" The doctor shouts for the third time as my mind thought it was all over. But then, the doctor took out a clipboard as he wrote something:
I fell on the floor as I clenched my heart and felt guilty about everything. "Wait," One of the nurses said as I lifted up my head. The heart monitor unexpectedly went back to normal and I stood up. "H-How?" I asked surprisingly. "A miracle?" The doctor says.
Y/N's eyes opened once more and looked confused. I ran to her and hugged her tightly. "I'm so thankful right now," I whispered. "What happened?" She asks, clearly confused. "I'm relieved that I didn't see you die with my very own eyes."
