"I don't believe it." Rosalind scoffed in disbelief. She took the whole day off work to sit and watch the premier with me. I had to have wine while we watched or I would have broken down. Tears were already forming in my eyes as the screen faded to black. "What an absolute--"

"How could he?" I gasped softly. "He lied. He straight up lied. Just friends? Hardly talked to each other? What?"

"Why would he say that? Why did he lie?" Ro was closely sitting next to me, filling my wine glass up. "Maybe it was a publicity thing, you know? Maybe..." My ears started to drown every noise out, I just wanted sleep. Ringing. Blurry. My heart pounding so hard that I thought it might jump out of my chest. I just wanted sleep. "Andy?" Please, sleep.

*3 hours later*

I woke up in a hospital room. "What happened?" My voice was groggy and my throat felt shredded. Ro was sitting in a chair right next to the bed, completely asleep. She opened her eyes and sat up straight, pushing herself closer to me and holding my hand.

"Geez. You scared me!" She sighed with relief. "You passed out. I thought you fainted but you weren't waking up, I had to call an ambulance."

I groaned, "More debt. Yay."

"I know, sorry. I'll help pay off this bill, don't worry." She rubbed my back. "The doctors said you had such a bad panic attack that you passed out. You woke up not long after the ambulance came but you were.. frantic. They had to sedate you. You've been asleep for.. 3 hours now I think."

That sounded amazing. "Okay."

"I'm going to find the doctor. Don't go anywhere."

"Don't think I can even if I want to." I laughed lightly, holding my arms and seeing the wires and tubes hanging off of me. I looked over, seeing my phone tucked inside Ro's purse, I reached over to grab it. A few missed calls from my parents, no surprise. I opened instagram, trying to pass the time, I opened a few messages just because I was curious. Then, finally, it happened.

New imessage from XXX-XXX-XXXX

It's Tom.. I don't know if you saw the Oprah premier but if you did.. I'm sorry.

I scoffed. After nearly a month, he finally messages me and that's it? He lied on international television and all I got was a I'm sorry... I ignored his message and went back to instagram. I unprivated all my socials and posted a picture--

Alive and well. Sort of. Anyway, I do not like liars.
