He laid beside me and sighed heavily .
“ so how are you doing not bored right?” he asked
I froze.
“n n.. no I’m not bored.” I stuttered.
“alright.” He smiled in a childish way then stared at the sky.
“ Are you missing someone ? like right now.” He asked.
That question kind of surprised me .
“yes. My family. My friends . My sweet life in London.” I replied calmly , trying to remember mom’s face , Mona’s giggle. I missed them so much. I was about to cry again . Zayn was speechless.
“What about you?” I added .
“ Pretty much the same thing . I miss the boys.”
The boys? Was he talking about his brothers ?
“ I miss my parents too . I bet they are worried now.” He continued.
“Mine too.” I finished.
*but I feel safe when I’m with you . no need to worry.*
“ look at all those stars.” He whispered.
“yeah , they are beautiful.” I sighed the sight was amazing : The stars were sparkling , around the flawless shiny moon . it was like an amazing picture , drawn by the best painter ever. It was magical.
Zayn’s eyes were shining because of the moon’s reflect , it was indescribable.
“ do you know what else is beautiful here?” he smiled . I blushed instantly .
“no..”
“Me.”
“ yeah I see .”
He started chuckling then whispered : “ good night.”
“ good night.” I replied and closed my eyes hoping I’d not do that silly dream again . Or not?
The seagull were twitting . That annoying sound woke me up. I wasn’t on the sand anymore.
I was laying on a sleeping bag. I tried to stand up . My ankle was still hurting me but It was better than the previous day. I started staggering towards the beach, where I heard some noises . Certainly Zayn.

He was cutting some pieces of wood . I raised an eyebrow and stuttered : “ what the hell are you doing.
“ cutting wood as you see.” He sponged his sweating forehead then continued
“ why did you come? You’re still sick.”
“ no no. I’m good.” I started jumping .
He chuckled , grabbed the ax then continued doing what I found him doing minutes ago.
“where did you find this ax? And why are you doing this?” I sat on the floor .
“ well in the 50 boxes that I found in the plane.” He winked.
I know he insinuated nothing when he did that wink but it made me feel weird . something inside me started jumping. I couldn’t define it .
“ I see. But why are you doing this?”
“ you will see . and you will help me after not now it’s a man work.” He grabbed the pieces of wood and put them away.
I just nodded I didn’t want to insist .
“ so how did you sleep?” he started talking with me while moving those heavy pieces of wood that he just cut up.
“ like a baby.” I giggled.
“ hahaha yeah I know it but I noticed that you were freezing a little bit and my arm didn’t warm you up . That’s why you found yourself on that sleeping bag.”
“what do you mean?”
He grabbed the ax and put it roughly on the hard wood still smiling . That scared me a little bit : he was strong.
“ oh nothing I just carried you to that sleeping bag that’s all.” He chuckled.
