《A Normal Day... | Monster Girls X Male Reader》10. Full Moon Fever (1)

The sudden impact of the tackle was enough to momentarily shock you. As you made contact with the bedroom floor your noticed your phone slide away from you in your peripheral. Needless to say you were boned.
(Y/N): "What the hell has gotten into you?!"
Petra: "In a few minutes, you."
Right. At that point you'd heard enough. You weren't about to be forcibly raped by someone you've known for mere minutes. You lock eyes with the girl atop you, her purple eyes ogling into your (E/C) ones. She was actually quite cute given the circumstances, but that doesn't change your view on the current predicament.
Petra: "I like your eyes, I could definitely see our kids with them..."
Her hands slowly snake their way down to your belt, latching onto it before attempting to undo the buckle.
With the occurrence of a loud but sudden noise, the grey skinned woman was thrown from atop you, tumbling into the side of the bed. In the moment of confusion, your mind registers the absence and lack of girl atop you, and with this thought in mind you immediately shoot up to your feet. You could now see who your saviour was.
Scathach.
You prop yourself against the bed, trying to regain your composure after the wind was knocked out of you by a certain statue. After a few seconds you regain the ability to catch your breath.
(Y/N): "What's a nice girl like you doing in a place like this?"
This feeble attempt at humour fleetingly causes the witch to let out a brief, yet adorable giggle.
Scathach: "Sorry about that, they're not normally like this. Must be the full moon"
(Y/N): "What does the moon have to do with me getting borderline raped?"
Scathach: "Everything, duh. The full moon causes certain types of monster girls to go into a form of 'heat' I guess you could call it. Unfortunately for you, your housemates will be affected."

(Y/N): "it's not nighttime though?"
Scathach: "I know, dumbass. I guess other girls are more prone to the effects of the moon than others. If I were you, I'd think about hiding for the night, unless you want to be milked dry? Whatever floats your boat though"
(Y/N): "How do I know you won't try and rape me?"
This comment garners the witch to hit you with the top of her staff, causing you to let out a pained groan.
Scathach: "Because I'm not a monster, but if you're offering I'll be more than happy to oblige ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)"
(Y/N): "Right, gonna pretend I didn't hear that..."
You stumble across the room before swiftly exiting. Checking your watch you noticed the time was 6:45 pm, giving you about an hour till sunset and moonrise. Joy. At about this time you figured every girl would be in their designated room, meaning you had a solid chance at getting into your room and collecting some supplies before retreating to the safety of a hotel.
Your room was barren, no sign of life, Good. The pleasant orange gleam of the sunset lightly painting the white walls of the bedroom like a canvas, bathing it in a homely glow. It'd be nice to look at, but given the circumstances you had to prioritise other things. You wasted no time in shooting across the room and packing you backpack with clothes.
(Y/N): "Right, now I only need to get my stuff from the bathroom"
Your gaze set upon the closed door, a sinister aura reverberating from behind it. Figuring that you might as well get this out of the way, you step in, grabbing your toothbrush and other necessities. Something caught your eye though. Whilst you were grabbing your toothbrush you noticed something in the mirror, the end of a grey tail peaking out from behind the shower curtain. Luci.

Shit.
In the space of .2 seconds she leaps out from behind the curtain. Fully expecting this, you duck down causing her to collide with the mirror. You wasted NO time getting out of there, leaving the bathroom full sprint, but not before shouting back to her.
(Y/N): "Eh, you'll get over it sooner or later"
All that was audible from the bathroom was a faint clawing sound, and a roar.
(Y/N): "Or not"

ICOMO ODYSSEY
Jonathan Vélo never expected to be famous. Not for riding his bike all the way around the continent of Icomo. Every adult knows his story, and children learn about him at school. This, however, is the first and only biography written about that great man with foreigners in mind. We, his biographers, imagine they will be immensely grateful. Of course, readers will find the people of Icomo an unusual sort for glorifying a young man who did nothing more than quit his job and ride his bike from town to town, city to city… But in an age of robots and computers, when little escapes the notice of the historian, there is a quiet epic to be told. It is the epic of cozy nights in a tent below the stars, of warm wind and ocean waves. It is also the epic of missing old friends in faraway places, and that feeling of needing to make life mean something. *** ‘ICOMO ODYSSEY’ is a nostalgic slice-of-life adventure about a utopian sci-fi land. No clever villains or epic fights here. Just cozy pleasures, charming towns and villages, interesting cultures, and the people who live in them… This story will update bi-weekly on Friday and Saturday. https://www.scribblehub.com/series/467210/icomo-odyssey/
