《5SOS Sickfics》Calum- Soundless World (Part 2)

After sitting down for ages in the very much uncomfortable hospital chairs, Calum finally gets called back, and Calum was really nervous to hear that he is deaf. Once the doctor does checks on him, he tells Cal that he is deaf, but he can't hear anything. Before he can finish telling him that he is only temporarily deaf, Cal starts to hyperventilate, even though he didn't know what was being said, he guessed by the look on the doctor's face
The lads all rush to his side and comfort him until he calms down a bit, the doctor finishes his sentence and tells the lads he is only temporarily deaf and he estimates it will be about 7 weeks until he will start to get his hearing back, and another 3 weeks until it is back to normal. Poor Cal. The boys text him on group chat that he is temporarily deaf. Cal will have to stick to group chat for about 10 weeks. But the good thing is, Mikey finally believes him.
When the 4 boys got home, Mikey was the first to say something.
"Oh yes I don't know about you guys but I am certainly up for pizza. Who's with me?" Michael says, looking stoked.
"You do know there is no point saying it aloud Michael. Calum is deaf. Are you honestly trying to say after 10 minutes, you have forgot about everything the doctor said?" Ashton says, glaring at Michael.
"What? No, it was meant to be said at you and Luke. I was going to text Cal after I told you" Michael says, putting his hands up in a motion of surrender.
"Yeah right" Ashton says, hands on hips.
"No honestly I meant it" Michael says, grabbing his phone out and clicking onto the group chat.

"Meant not" Ashton says, grabbing his phone out as well.
Cal wanna go for pizza
Maybe later I need time to recover
From what?
...
Cal? What's wrong?
Are you ok?
The lads instantly know Calum is crying when they hear soft cries fill the room. Michael is the first to jump up, running straight to Calum's room. The other two follow him and the sight that they see is heartbreaking. Calum is sitting on the edge of his bed with his head in his hands, tears running down his face. The lads engulf Calum in a group hug and start to text him once his crying had calmed down.
Are you ok to tell us what's wrong?
I guess. I just don't know what to do anymore guys about the tour and all the concerts. I don't want to let the fans down
You haven't got a thing to worry about that Cal. We are calling off the concerts and postponing the tour for a little while.
The fans will understand Cal. We have already posted a message on twitter about us having to postpone the tour, but once we tell them why, I'm sure they will send you all of their love and instantly start to shoot about sympathy messages
Thanks for supporting me guys. Looks like I will have to stick to group chat for another 7 weeks
I know what you will cheer you up Cal. Let's play titanic. You be Iceberg and I'll go down
Even though Calum couldn't hear anything, he certainly still could laugh. He broke into laughter, and the boys certainly joined in with him.
The next week Calum basically spends on his phone, looking at and replying to all of the wonderful and supportive messages that he has gotten from all of the fans:

Get better. We love you. Ummm yeah, I'm not good with this.
Thank you so much. I love you too. It doesn't matter how good you are, just that you took the time to send that to me, thank you again.
*dies*
Oh no! Please get better Calum! Take care of yourself!
I'll try to get better. But fyi, I was taking care of myself, it was you guys that did it, with all your support. Not that I appreciate it, but it's a lot. Thank you anyways.
"Not that I appreciate it" ? But okay :) you're welcome
Not that I **don't** appreciate it. lol. Thanks.
Hey Cal, ur gonna be okay, we love you, we support you no matter what even if you hear us. You've got some great band mates and they'll take good care of you. Hope you get your hearing back soon xx
Thank you! You are awesome! My band mates are pretty great, aren't they. Not sure about them taking care of me, but I know they'll try their best. I'll have my hearing back soon, and I'm glad. Thanks again.
anytime babe, now go give Ashton a hug. Boy looks like he needs one
Only because I wanted one and you said so. He was confused.
Calum, don't give up. You'll be okay.
That was surprisingly deep. I think I'm gonna cry. Thank you, you are awesome.
OMG you actually saw that. I'm sorry I made you cry. Was not intentional.
Don't worry about it babe. You weren't the first, and it was out of happiness.
Calum was glad for all of the support he was getting from his fans, he couldn't be more thankful. He doesn't know what he would do without it.

Beyond The Needle
"Explosions are my specialty, I can and will be your doom,Now get down on your knees, baby, I'll make your world go boom."• • •Unconventional poems of a conformed man. I voice all my inner chaotic turmoils in rhyming words so they sound less pathetic. And also, I spice it up with dirty poetry, in good ol' me style, so I don't ruin the esthetics.

Neophyte: Common Route
A story about self-discovery, interpersonal relationships, magic and magical creatures-- and a silent war. Marsha is about seven years past adulthood and still feels like a scared child in her parents' home. This is exacerbated when she discovers her father has apparently keyed up his destructive, sadistic habits-- leading to a mad dash out of the house with precious cargo in tow and only one idea where to go. This begins her journey, leading to a discovery that will change her life forever. And she never wants to go back. (Warnings: Lots of descriptions of abusive, sadistic and otherwise traumatizing and triggering behavior that a parent perpetuated toward a child or multiple children. Descriptions of violence, a main character with emotional issues that will be dealt with, and a whole lot of the 'aftermath' of battles in a war. Even a few descriptions of some of those battles. Things of that nature. If you can't handle one of those, please do not read.) {I had this idea to write a 'common route' and then 'romance routes' like they do in otomes? Book 1 is the common route, and then at book 2, you choose your love interest. Each of which is encased in their own book.}

Touching Stories Of The Sahaba (ra) ..
Stories have always been a great and powerful way to Learn, Understand & Motivate our Imaan (Faith). So why not learn and experience some of the Best Stories of Islam to inspire and understand the importance of our lives...One of the ideas that made me compile this book was that Muslim parents while going to bed at night, instead of telling myth and fables to their children, may narrate to them such real and true stories of the golden age of Islam that will create in them an Islamic spirit of love and esteem for sahabah, and thereby improve their Imaan..These stories are taken from various websites, lectures and books and are well researched..These stories are not intended as biographies, but rather to provide a glimpse of the main incidents of each companion's life.
