The two walked into the guild and a relived Lucy came towards them. "Oh lavender, where were you?" She scolded as lavender sweatdropped "uh,--" she didn't really know what to say. "She overslept" gray lied but Lucy noticed something on his neck, "what's this?" She pointed and gray and lavender blushed "it's, um, well--" lavender stuttered as Lucy's lips began to form a smirk.
"Lucy don't you dare" lavender warned until Lucy smirked more "hehehe, I'm telling mira~" she said as she walked away to the bar, gray put lavender down as she limped to the bar after her friend. "Lucy!" She shouted embarrassed, gray chuckled watching her walk (limp) to the bar and began to say something to her and Mira and went to find Erza.
Erza noticed him and turned to him, she noticed the mark "you've marked her?" She asked with a raised brow as he sheepishly rubbed the back of his head, "I kinda lost myself and we ended up marking eachother" he sheepishly explained as Erza face palmed. "She was in heat and her bathroom was boiling even if she was running a cold shower, how do you not lose yourself?" He said and she shrugged.
Lavender was scolding her two friends with a blushing face. "So that means gray is your mate" Lucy said "yeah but that's not the point, do not tell anyone about this" she blushed in embarrassment, her legs still felt weak but she would live. "Oh come on, your fun to tease" Lucy smirked and lavender whacked her arm while she laughed "my, I didn't think we have to the two lovebirds together~" Mira grinned and lavender pointed a finger at her "don't you start" she glared as Mira giggled. "Atleast I don't feel like I'll explode now" lavender said in relief as she sat down "what do you mean?" Lucy asked sitting with her "well the reason I didn't come to the guild as early as I usually do is because my heat got worse and I tried to take a cold shower but it did nothing and then gray came" she explained and Mira and Lucy smirked "so gray helped you~" they teased and she shouted at them while they laughed.

Dragonfall
This fiction is based on a short story I wrote inspired by a prompt on r/WritingPrompts. Contrary to my plans, I haven't sketched out the story in detail or written anything ahead of time. I've discovered I don't do well at that. I'm just writing this thing and we'll see where it takes us, OK? Nothing every came easy to Ryan Shakespeare, but as an elite British Army sniper he had found a niche that suited him, right up to the point at which he found himself summoned to a world far from his own to fulfil the job of a champion. Luckily, Ryan arrived with his experimental sniper rifle, so surely killing the dragon and getting his chance to go home would be a simple job, right? But Ryan should have known better, because nothing ever comes easy. Caught up in the politics of the Draconic League, Ryan will need to keep all his wits about him and use every resource at his disposal if he's going to persuade these people to let him do his job and go home.

Tesla Stone and the World of Smoke and Mirrors
R0Q-T357-Alpha (callsign: Rock) is a "Core Child," an irredeemably-crippled test tube baby modified and repurposed by an advanced U.S. military project to serve as the CPU for two-thirds of America's orbital defense systems. Though no one outside of the Pentagon has ever heard of him, he protected his homeland from three ICBMs, a Pacific theatre invasion fleet, and one rogue asteroid. Now, after twenty-seven years of distinguished service from "birth," he is being honorably discharged into civilian life. The only problem is that "civilian life" isn't exactly livable for a glorified brain in a jar. How does a couple pounds of grey matter surrounded by five tons of life support systems and enough co-processing enhancements to take over the planet enjoy an early retirement when he's surrounded by overzealous politicians, corporate spies, and foreign agents after military secrets? The real world isn't that forgiving.
