''Hey, dad'' I whisper as I answer the phone. I glance at the door to the bathroom, grateful that Ryder was gone and that I could speak to my dad. I just didn't know what to expect from dad at this point considering how I thought I knew mum well enough to never think she would hit me. I knew that if the conversation with dad upset me even a little bit Ryder would blow another fuse.

''Anna'' I hear my dad's tired voice on the other end of the line and my eyes brim with tears.

''Your mum called me in hysterics going on about your running away with some convict or felon, what is she on about? Are you in trouble? Where are you now? Why have you run away from home sweetpea?''

I roll my eyes at my mum's exaggerated version of events before I interrupt my dad calmly

''No dad, I've not run away from home, I just couldn't deal with her anymore. She.. she's just being too controlling, it's worse than before and she wants to decide everything in my life and I am not a child anymore. We fought and I'm now staying with my friend Amelie''

I left out the bit that I was staying with a boy and also the bit about my mum hitting me. My dad would probably have a heart attack. Plus for some reason, he sounded really stressed right now and I did not want to add on to that. I was going to wait for him to come home so that I could talk to him face to face and not over the phone.

I sigh and continue on ''Ryder is.. he is someone I'm seeing now and he's a kind, sweet and a good guy, he cares about me and he's nothing like what mum says, it's just that he's not rich enough for mum''

I hear dad sigh over the phone '' Look, Anna, I know it's difficult with mum, I knew she was exaggerating when she called me and she can be really controlling, but you need to go home now sweetheart. Your mum is the way she is and I understand how things are difficult. But I never raised my sweetpea to run away from her problems. I am on my way home and I should be back by evening. Can you promise me that you'll go home and wait for me and we'll sort this out together as a family? ''

I wanted to roll my eyes when my dad said, family. But I knew that he was always trying to make this work and I instead smile at how blessed I was to have such an amazing dad and nod my head ''Yea I will dad, I'll go back home and wait for you...I'm so glad you're coming home'' I almost start crying with relief that dad was coming back.

I could feel some of the tension in my dad's voice disappearing as he drawls out teasingly

''And bring that boy over one of these days, no matter what your mum says I know your old enough to make your decisions but I still want to make sure he's good for you....'' he pauses and then continues ''Although.. no one will ever be good enough for my little princess'' I hear a muffled voice in the background and then dad continues ''I need to go, sweetie, I have some work I really need to finish before I get there, Love you''.

I smile into the phone ''Love you, daddy''

I click the end button and turn around only to shriek out at the sight of Ryder standing outside the bathroom with a towel slung low on his hips. His hair was still wet and I could see the droplets of water still on his chest and arms. I tighten my legs to ease the ache that was forming between them. ''You scared me Ryder'' I smile at him shyly trying to keep my eyes focussed on his face although I really wanted to check him out some more.

Ryder smirks at me as he comes closer and then almost as if he realized something he continues with a serious face ''You're not going back home, Anna''

My smile drops as I glare at him

''Ryder my dad's coming back now, and he'll be home soon, nothing is going to happen to me. My dad's an amazing guy and ... and he wants to meet you as well. I'm just going to go home and then dad will sort all this out''

Ryder jumps on the bed and pulls me to him ''Eww you're wet '' I squeal although I enjoy the feeling of his cold body against mine.

He looks deeply into my eyes and then sighs''Fine, you can go home, but only when he gets there and I'm going to come with you and wait outside to make sure you're ok''

I sigh knowing that there is no point in arguing with him. ''Fine'' I start touching the droplets of water on his chest. ''Can I come to see you fight and after that, you can drop me home. Also, I thought we were having dinner with coach tonight?'' I look at him questioningly.

He brings his hand to my chin and tilts my face up. He looked deeply into my eyes and I could see the need and lust swirling in there. He leans down and captures my lips in his and we start making out. I close my eyes as he deepens the kiss and his hands start running all over my body. ''I told coach we'll do dinner another day'' he mumbles into my mouth ''I'll take you to the match but you need to stay with Bruce and Colton, and straight after I'll drive you home alright?''

I nod my head in agreement painfully aware of the fact that there is just a towel separating me from his man bits. I can't stop but giggle at the thought of the fact that I just called it man bits. Ryder pulls back and stares at me quizzically. He raises his perfect eyebrow and looks at me ''Are you giggling while I'm kissing you, what's funny?''

I shake my head a light blush tinging my cheeks ''Nothing I was just thinking of something''

Ryder leans down and sucks on my neck which makes me gasp, that one action of his makes me wet down there and I moan

''Tell me what you were giggling about princess, or I'm going to have to make this even harder for you'' He trails his lips all the way down my neck to the start of my cleavage and he makes eye contact with me as he uses a finger to slowly trace the outline of my nipples over my top.

I bite my lip ''Ryder, I..'' I can't help but moan and I see him smiling at me ''Do you want me to help you with this princess? He trails his hands all the way down between my thighs and rubs his fingers in between my legs.

I jump up and move away from him ''Ryder, I.. umm I've never I don't...

'' Shush'' he laughs and pulls me to him hugging me tightly as he pulls me onto his chest

''We'll take it slow, whenever you're ready.. but remember the longer you make me wait the more I'm going to ravage this pussy of yours when I make it mine. I can't wait to taste it princess'' I blush and wrap my arms around him when I see the tent in his towel and I can't help but stare.

Ryder looks down at me and smiles painfully ''Yea that's what you do to me''

I slowly reach my hand down and touch it gently. It's hard and he grabs my hand and picks it up and kisses my fingers fervently ''As much as I want to continue this princess, I don't want your first time to be something that we do quickly. I want to take my time with you and I want it to be special. But if you keep touching me I'm going to lose my mind and just attack you. He groans and then releases me and jumps up and goes to his cupboard and starts getting ready. I smile watching him put his boxers on before he throws the towel sexily at me. I can't stop laughing as he takes out my clothes from the other day

''I washed these for you today'' He throws my dress and my undergarments at me and I blush at him before I walk up to him and grab him and pull him down for a kiss. He kisses me deeply and then pulls back to smile at me '' What's with the sudden affection?''

I smile at him gratefully ''It's just I'm so lucky to have you''

He smiles back at me and kisses my forehead lightly''Yea yea, you are lucky to have this sexy body all to yourself'' he smirks ''Now go get ready, I wanna get you some dinner before we get to the fight.

I smile at him when I hear someone opening the front door

''Be decent guys''I hear Bryan screaming out '' I don't want my eyes to be scarred, Is it safe, can I come in''

I giggle as I watch Ryder roll his eyes ''I've given the douches keys to my house''

I can't stop laughing as I hear Bryan screaming out ''Hello, get decent, I'm getting closer. I don't want to see things. Why are you so quiet?''

And then he goes ''Oww'' and I start laughing because I know that Colton has smacked him across his head or something as I hear him say ''Shut up Bruce you're giving me a headache with your screaming''

Ryder shakes his head smiling at me ''I swear these two are complete idiots'' He kisses me on the forehead ''Get ready and come out, I'm going to go and hang with the boys''

I smile and nod as I watch him walk out of the room. I was in two minds about his fight today. I knew it was going to be full-on but Ryder had promised me he would be careful and that he would make sure he didn't get too hurt. At the same time, I was glad that he was taking me because he was slowly getting me to see a part of his life that although I knew was dangerous made him who he was. I really was falling hard for this boy and I just hoped that he felt as strongly for me as I felt for him.
