︎NO ONE POV❥︎
Taekook were lying on the bed beside each other, hugging each other.
"Kookie, I remember your dad called you when we went on our long drive date. Why did he call?" Taehyung asked, looking at his boyfriend who sighed before speaking, "He wanted to meet me but I denied."
"Kookie, he is your dad. I know you aren't on good terms with him but don't stretch the matter more by ignoring his calls or not meeting him." Taehyung tried to make the black-haired male understand.
Jungkook smiled, held his lover's hand and caressed the other's long fingers then replied, "You're right. I'll meet him for you."
The pretty boy smiled back as they both leaned forward to each other, staring deep into each other's eyes and smashed their lips together before whispering 'I love you'.
The black-haired male pulled the other closer by his waist, kissing each other but they broke the kiss when the black-haired male's phone started ringing.
Jungkook let out a frustrated groan, seeing the caller ID and it was his mother.
"Pick up the call, Kookie." Taehyung said in a soft tone, motioning his boyfriend to pick the call.
Jungkook didn't want to talk with his mother but anyway he picked the call for his boyfriend. He parted his lips to speak but his mother cut him off from the other side, "Jungkook, why didn't you come to meet your dad?"
"Because I didn't want to hear his lectures." Jungkook replied simply.
"Jungkook, your father and I want to talk with you so come here right now." She said in a demanding tone.
"But I'm not interested in meeting—" Jungkook paused when he noticed his boyfriend throwing cute glares at him. He let out a small sigh before adding, "–I'll come to meet you." And the black-haired me just ended the call.
"I really don't want to meet them___"
"Kookie, they are your parents and they must feel bad because their sons don't meet them." Taehyung said.
"Well, they don't meet Namjoon Hyung since they are homophobic and I'm sure they will break their relationship with me too after knowing about us." Jungkook said with a dry chuckle.
"Maybe they will accept you and Namjoon Hyung too if you convince them. Please meet them." Taehyung pleaded and he smiled widely when the black-haired male nodded his head.
"Thank you." Taehyung thanked the other, kissing his cheek.

Taehyung was in his bedroom, getting bored without his boyfriend who went to meet his parents. Haeun went out with Jin so he couldn't even play with her and spent time with her.
Anyway, he let out a sigh, hugging a pillow while ready to fall asleep but he snapped out when his phone rang. He lazily grabbed his phone, picked the call without checking the caller ID and said, "Hello?"
"Taehyung, it's me, Yugyeom."
The pretty boy got furious just by hearing Yugyeom's voice as he asked through gritted teeth, "How dare you call me?!"
"Taehyung, keep the past away for a while and please come to meet me at this cafe." Yugyeom said, more likely pleaded.
"You think I'll come to meet you?" Taehyung asked with a scoff.

"Taehyung, I've to tell you a very important thing." Yugyeom told.
"What important thing?" Taehyung raised a question.
"I can't tell you on the phone. Please come to meet me at this cafe." Yugyeom pleaded.
The pretty boy remained silent.
"Please, Taehyung, for the sake of your relationship with your boyfriend. Please come to meet me. I've to tell you a very important thing." Yugyeom pleaded.
Taehyung let out a small sigh before speaking, "Okay, I'll come. Send me the cafe's name."
"Okay and thank you." Yugyeom thanked then cut the call as he sent the cafe's address to the pretty boy.
Well, Yugyeom wants to tell Taehyung about Rivera like how she came to his house asking for help to break their (Taekook's) relationship and at the same time wants to apologize for his wrong doings in the past.
The pretty boy grabbed his phone, ready to leave but then halted in his tracks and started thinking, "Should I inform Kookie?'
He shakes his head in denial and mumbled, "Nah, Kookie went to meet his parents after a long time. I shouldn't disturb him and anyway if this Yugyeom would do something then I can handle it. I don't need anyone to protect me." And with that, he left the mansion without informing anyone anything.
On the other side, Jungkook reached his parents house, which was basically a mansion.
He entered and all the maids started greeting him. He just gave them nods and straight made his way in the living room where his parents were already sitting but he raised one brow in confusion when saw Rivera there.
"Jungkook, my son." Mrs Jeon instantly walked to her son in a very dramatic way only to hug him.
"You don't know how much I miss you." She said before breaking the hug.
"If you miss me then why didn't you come to meet me at Namjoon Hyung's house?" Jungkook asked with a scoff.
"How can I come to that fag's house___" "HE IS YOUR SON TOO DAMMIT!" Jungkook yelled, fuming in anger, glaring at his mother who flinched at the harsh tone.
Mr Jeon shook his head, got up from the couch, walked to the black-haired male and said, "You've lost all the manners after staying with your Hyung and his family."
Jungkook balled his hands into fists and asked sarcastically, "Don't talk shits and tell me why you were dying to meet me?"
Mr Jeon felt anger in his body after hearing his son's tone but anyway he controlled his anger and changed his gaze to Rivera who was nervously sitting there, clueless as to why did Mr & Mrs Jeon call her there.
"Rivera, come here." Mr Jeon motioned her to come and she nodded before walking, now standing beside the black-haired male who had a frown on his face.
Mr & Mrs Jeon smiled, looking at the couple in front of them and said, "You look so cute together."
"What did you say?" Jungkook asked in a serious tone while Rivera smiled shyly, fiddling with her fingers after hearing that.
"Actually, I & your mother chose Rivera as your life partner. We have already talked about it with her parents and they were so happy after knowing we want to make her our daughter-in-law_____"

"HOW DARE YOU TAKE THE DECISION AGAINST MY WILL?!" Jungkook screamed from the top of his lungs, eyes turning red in anger.
"We are your parents Jungkook____"
"I'm an adult and I can make my own decisions! Besides, I already love someone." Jungkook stated.
"Who is that girl____"
"Boy. It's a boy. I love him and I'll marry only him." Jungkook announced.
"You're gay too?" Mr Jeon asked with a disappointed face.
"Yes. I'm. Any problem in that___"
"I don't believe this. Two sons and both are gay. You both are a disgrace for our family." Mr Jeon spat angrily.
"You are a disgrace on the name of a father." Jungkook said back furiously, glaring at his father before turning around and left the mansion.
Rivera didn't waste any time, followed the black-haired male.
Jungkook opened the car door, about to get inside but Rivera stopped him by grabbing his hand.
"Leave my hand!" The black-haired male growled, pulling his hand from her grasp.
"Jungkook, listen I_____"
"You knew that I love Tae yet you came here to meet my parents regarding our marriage?!"
"Jungkook, I didn't know anything about it. Mrs Jeon just called me and asked me to come here so I came. I didn't have any idea they talked with my parents about us and if I knew then I would have already denied because I know how much you love Taehyung." She explained.
The black-haired male remained silent for a moment but then sighed, nodded his head and apologized, "I'm sorry for shouting at you. I was just angry."
"It's okay. I understand." She said, paused for a few seconds and then added, "Can we go to have coffee?"
"My head is hurting so I think I need coffee too right now." Jungkook said with a playful chuckle, running his fingers through his dark hair.
She smiled happily as she wanted to spend some time with the black-haired male and it worked.
They both got inside the car and left for the cafe.

"So what did you want to tell me?" Taehyung asked, sitting in front of Yugyeom, resting his hands on the table.
"A girl came to my apartment yesterday." Yugyeom replied.
"So? I'm not interested in knowing what you and that girl did in your apartment_____" "That girl knew you and Jungkook." Yugyeom interrupted.
The pretty boy sealed his lips into a thin line, looked at him with a confused face and asked, "She knew me and Kookie? How?"
"I don't know. She didn't tell me her name but she just came to my apartment and told me she knows you. I thought maybe you sent her so I allowed her to let in but the girl kept talking rubbish." Yugyeom said.
Taehyung stared at the other for a moment before taking out his phone from his pocket, unlocked it, scrolled through his gallery & found a picture.
"Was she the girl who came to meet you?" He asked, showing the picture to Yugyeom who scanned the picture and immediately nodded his head.
"Yes. She was the one but who is she?"
Taehyung locked his phone, put it on the table, letting out a deep sigh before answering, "She is Kookie's childhood friend and madly in love with him."
"Damn now I understand why she hates you so much." Yugyeom said.
"What else did she say?" Taehyung asked, getting curious.
"She first thought that I hate you but____" "Isn't it true tho? I mean, you hate me, that's why you did shits with me in the past?" Taehyung asked bitterly.
"I don't hate you Taehyung. I can never hate you. Yes, I know I shouldn't have played with your feelings for a mere dare but when you left Busan I realized how much I love you." Yugyeom started, paused and then added, "I know you already moved on and I'm happy for you but please I want your forgiveness."
"What else did she say?" Taehyung changed the topic, not wanting to forgive the man in front of him so easily.
Yugyeom let out a sad sigh before speaking, "She asked me to help her break your & Jungkook relationship but I denied."
"Oh, thank you so much for denying her." Taehyung thanked, sarcasm dripping his soothing voice.
Yugyeom felt bad but anyway he spoke up, "Please be aware from that girl. She seems to be obsessed with Jungkook and she can do anything so please be careful."
"I will." Taehyung said, nodding as he checked the time on his phone and decided to go, "I should go now." But before he could go, Yugyeom stopped him by calling out his name, "Taehyung, wait."
Taehyung sat back on the chair, looked at him and asked, "Now what?"
"Taehyung, please forgive me. I'm really guilty for whatever I did in the past. Please forgive me. I just want your forgiveness and I swear I won't show you my face again." Yugyeom begged for an apology.
Taehyung didn't know what to do. He looked into the other's eyes and noticed guilt. He sighed, nodding his head with a smile and said, "Well, you told me about Rivera so I forgive you."
Yugyeom got happy as he held the other's hands and thanked him, "Thank you so much, Taehyung and I must say you've got a very handsome man for yourself."
"I know. I'm very lucky to have Kookie. He is damn handsome and hot but scary too when he gets jealous." Taehyung said with a giggle.
"Oh, yes. I saw his scary side. He gave me a black eye on our first meeting. It was embarrassing to be honest." Yugyeom said with an embarrassed smile.
"You deserved it, Yugi." Taehyung said before bursting out in laughter and Yugyeom joined him too.
But little did they know a pair of dark eyes glaring at them.
Yes, It was Jungkook who unfortunately came to the same cafe where Taehyung came to meet Yugyeom and of course he didn't hear the conversation since he was far away from them but he saw how his pretty boyfriend was laughing with Yugyeom that made him super furious.

The story starts off slowly, more like a slice of life than action-adventure, but it gets there! I’m going to be posting M-W-F I do know how the story ends, and I promise if it ever gets dropped, or I stop doing this, I will post the ending. There will be no random “this is the last chapter” out of the blue. [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]

The Silver Mana - Book 1: Initiate
I used to be a healthy, young guy with a normal life - I had a career planned in professional soccer, a girlfriend, lots of hobbies, and loads of fun. Until the accident. Which changed my life. A few years later I had adjusted to my new reality, adjusted to being in a wheelchair, adjusted to having someone take care of me 24/7. And then the world changed. Old people and kids did not make it. And neither was I supposed to make it. But never count me out. If anything, I am tenacious. This new world was different. People could do magic. And there were monsters. And what about me? I had mana as well, silver mana. Which no one else seemed to have. The only problem was, I did not know what to do with it. Until I really needed to. Author's note: This is the rewrite of Silver Mana. The first bunch of chapters (until I will have caught up to level 2 of the dungeon) should be quite familiar to people that have read the original. There are some changes in content, but the story follows the original fairly closely for at least the first 150-200 pages. Most of the changes are in the writing, and some of the details of how things work. A few of the side characters get a bit more attention too. Some general comments to avoid disappointment: 1. The MC likes to swear. If you object to reading the word "fuck" at least once and usually multiple times each chapter don't read the book. "Fuck" is such a great, allencompassing word... fuck that; what the fuck?; fuck me! Fuck! one word, expressing so many nuances. And, frankly, the people I know that use fuck as a swear word.. they often use it a lot. 2. If you are looking for immediate progression, rapid advancement of the story, etc.... read another book. This one takes a bit. 3. I am NOT Pirateaba (who is writing The Wandering Inn) or anyone close to that level of productivity. If you expect to read 10k words every 3 days, or even just once a week... sorry. I've got a busy life. This is for fun, I have no patreon, paypal, anything, so I write when it is fun and however much is fun. Not more. And sometimes that turns out to be a decent amount, sometimes nothing. I have another book (Marrow) so that complicated things - basically I switch between the two whenever the muse strikes me.
