《Harriet Potter and the avengers》Chapter 73

I slowly wake up but I'm back in the bed I was in before. Was that all a dream. I lift my arm up and see Peter's name. It was real, good. I have a drink and some food left for me before slowly getting up and stretching. I hear a knock on the door. "Come in." I say and Narcissa walked in. Not exactly who I was expecting. "Hey, I've just come to check on you. May I cast a quick diagnostic?" She asks. "Umm sure." I say feeling a little nervous. She smiles as she casts a few spells over me before pulling back.
"Physically your doing great. What about your head and memories? Any problems?" She asks as she pulls back. "No, my head feels tons better and I think my memories are ok. Where is Tom?" I ask. Narcissa smirks at me. "Umm yeah about that currently he is training and putting your soulmates through some tests." She admits. I sigh, What am I going to do with them? "He is actually going through with this? Why?" I ask, mostly to myself.
"Well in his words 'he needs to determine their worth.'" She says, almost seeming to agree with his words. I appreciate it but its also a little annoying. "Anyway, Tom wants you to be away from the training so Sirius and Remus will be picking you up soon." She says as I start to feel annoyed. I'm not a child after all.
"Seriously?" I ask as she only shrugs. "Sorry Harriet but he did say you would want to be there because it's a full moon tonight." She says with a knowing look. That fucker, this is definitely a type of blackmail. "He is right I suppose..." I say quietly. I haven't even shown them my form yet. "Perfect they will be here soon. Tom put some fresh clothes for you in the bathroom." She says with a smile before leaving. I can't help feeling strange. I walk to the bathroom next door. He has alright taste I suppose.

I get in the shower and wash up before getting into my fresh clothes and securing my wand around my wrist. It feels good being back on my own feet again. I take a few deep breaths before lowering my admittedly weak mental walls. Fuck you Dumbledore. 'Tom. Tom. Tom! Answer me. We need to talk about you new type of blackmail as well as these supposed tasks you are putting my soulmates through.' I say mentally to him.
' Alright. Alright. One it's not blackmail I just thought you'd like to support your dads through the full moon. It's not my fault the timing coincided like this.' Tom responds mentally. "Right, I don't believe it. Now what are these tasks?' I ask him. He seems to be considering something before responding. 'Nothing too hard. Don't worry about it.' He says before cutting the connection. Well shit. It's definitely bad.
"Hey Harriet are you ready to go?" I hear Sirius say. I look up at him surprised. "Come on, We need to get back to Remus." Sirius says, he looks a little anxious. "Yeah, I'm ready." I say running to him. He leads me out of Malfoy manor and the apparates us back to the Black estate. "Hey Remus how are you feeling?" I say as I approach him as he is lying on the sofa. "Oh Harriet I'm ok just tired." He says with a forced smile.
I look to Sirius who smiles and passes me a bar of chocolate. "Do you want some chocolate?" I ask as I hand him the bar. He sits up immediately looking quite pleased as he starts eating. I look at Sirius who Indicates to leave so I do for now. I head to the library and start reading quite happily. I get to join them tonight in my own form. I think Fred and George are coming as well. This will be fun.

Balefire - A LitRPG Apocalypse
Mateo wasn't a fan of the blue sun. It froze the air dry, turned the trees around into popsicle sticks, and it had to bring with it a horde of monsters with faces not even a mother could love. Thrust into this world where nowhere was to be safe, maybe uncle Pedro's summer camp wasn't so bad after all. After getting a hold of some–ironically–fire magic, Mateo had all the tools he needed to get back to his family. He just had to learn how to not die first. New chapter posted everyday from Monday to Friday.

The Errant Otherworlder Watanabe
“In this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death, taxes and trucks whom transport men to other worlds.” Meet our titular protagonist Haruto Watanabe, a man who has all the markings of a good protagonist for a generic portal fantasy story. As an overworked office worker, to escape from the grips of crippling capitalist alienation, he had taken up to reading many stories where young men like him were transported to other worlds and enjoyed their lives at a most leisurely pace. Armed with genre-awareness and (what he believes to be) a marketable personality which would make him an easy audience self-insert, he longed for the day the isekai express would take him to his long-awaited adventure to another world. When the fateful day came, where the fair yet harsh mistress that is the fabled truck took Watanabe on one last date to the other side, he was most ready to escape his previous life, ready to embark on an errant so great he’d be most overpowered, his heroics so exceptional and his harem so vast that they would barely fit ten or twenty volumes of an overly long novel made by a desperate author looking for quick cash. Lo and behold however, Watanabe instead found himself in a low fantasy world which lacked severely in the department of any game-like systems, cheat skills or easily charmed damsels in distress. In a setting so antithetical to his established genre savviness or any attempts at power fantasy, how will a man like Watanabe, lacking in strength, wits and courage, manage to survive in a land most foreign to him? This is my first time trying to share to the wider world what I’ve written, and I hope you’ll enjoy reading the errantry of Watanabe as much as I enjoy writing about them. I'll be posting one chapter per week on Sundays, along with extra chapters whenever I get the chance to write more than usual.

Lawman.
Lawman follows the exploits of Relovan, a Human Police Enforcer stationed on the BlargonianPlanets – a series of small planets on which pure Essence is mined, and refined into fuel. On hisday off, he finds himself and his fellow Enforcers caught up in a fight between two Void Lords, beings of immense power, who answer only to the Council, after the pair of Void Lords touchdown on the Station, seeking to refuel their respective Void Walkers. In the ensuing clash,Relovan punches above his weight and subdues a number of Void Knights – those in the serviceof the Void Lords – before becoming directly involved in the confrontation between the VoidLords themselves. His performance during the incident catches the attention of the current PoliceChief, Nura, who essentially takes him under his wing, and assists him in various ways, including when he is summoned to answer before the Council for getting involved in the spatbetween the two Void Lords. The book ends after the conclusion of the Hearing.Relovan is a stickler for the Law – something that prompted him to learn not only the laws ofvarious territories and planetary systems, but also the native languages and customs, so as touphold the law as best he can. As a highly trained, and immensely skilled former soldier,Relovan’s abilities along with his latent talent regarding the use of Essence, allow him to hangwith beings infinitely more powerful than him. Lawman is a full length manuscript that I will likely self publish once I have the artwork for it.
