I got up and opened the door. Now not only Mrs Tandel but along with her Mr Tandel is also standing. I can sense that it's again about that contract marriage thing.

Unlike last time I didn't invite Mrs Tandel to come inside instead I silently came back and sat down on the bed. I don't know why they are here? Why my parents let them come to my room? I want some peace in life but I can feel I am not going to get it soon.

As I sat down on the bed Mrs Tandel came and sit down beside me. Mr Tandel took one spare chair and sit Infront of me.

I looked at them confusedly and raised my eyebrows questioningly.

"You must be wondering What are we doing here?", Said Mr Tandel.

I nodded my head in approval.

"You already know the answer.", Mrs Tandel said.

I turned towards her to assure that whatever I am thinking is true and I can see it in her eyes that I am not wrong. They are here for the same reason.

"Why?", I asked.

"Whatever happened in police station that was not right and the worse part was the way I behaved with you. I am really sorry beta. Believe me if I had any idea about the truth then I would have never behaved in that way.", Mrs Tandel said.

After listening her I am unable to control my emotions and the tears which I was trying to hold for so long started to roll out of my eyes.

Mrs Tandel started rubbing my back and try to console me. I remember the way she had behave with me when I had tried to console her in the police station.

I wiped out my tears using the back of my palm and got up from bed I went towards the balcony door and asked again the same thing.

"Why?", I asked.

"Okay I will come straight to the point as you want." Said Mr Tandel.

I nodded in approval. I don't need their fake sympathy. I know very well that they are selfish.

"As you know Raj owns a garment industry but it's not true he is just an employee like others.", Said Mr Tandel.

I became shocked after listening to him.

"We were also shocked the way you are now when we got to know about it.", Said Mrs Tandel.

"Actually this business was set up by my older brother he didn't had his own biological kids, He always treat Raj as his own child. So, when Raj grew up my brother insisted him to take the control of his business and Raj did as he was told by his uncle.

After two years of retirement my brother was diagnosed with brain tumer and during operation he gave up on his life.

Raj was very much attached to his uncle so he gave all his efforts to handle his uncle's business because that's the only thing of his uncle left with him and now you can see he have turned a simple small factory into a huge industry.

But yesterday my brother's advocate came to home and read out his . According to his will Raj will have control over his business till 30 years of Raj's age after that the ownership will be transferred to Astha trust and organisation."

I got more confused after listening whatever Mr Tandel have said just now. If his brother had treated Raj as his own child then why did he do that to him? If he doesn't want Raj to operate his business then why did he gave him control first? Suddenly my head started paining all of these things are so confusing. Arrrr!

"Why he wrote such will?", I asked him to clarify.

"Because he wants Raj to get married." Mrs Tandel answered my query.

"What! But how all of these are connected to Raj's marriage. I didn't understand!", I asked being more confused.

"Let me explain it to you.", Mr Tandel said.

I nodded my head in approval gesturing him to go ahead whatever you wants to explain.

"In the will he also mentioned that if Raj wants to remain the owner of his business then he must be married and 50% shares of the business will be transferred to the name of his wife."

Okay! Now I understood Why they want Raj to get married as soon as possible? Because he is already 29 years old but one thing I didn't understand is Why they want me to marry him and that to contract marriage?

"I understand why you both want Raj to get married soon but the thing which I am unable to understand is 'Why me?' When you both know that your son don't like me.", I asked them.

"You may think that we are being selfish but it's not like that Karuna just try to understand us and our situation." Said Mrs Tandel.

"When the advocate left after reading the will we started thinking about the solution.

Then your father called and gave us the proposal of Riya and Karan marriage. After listening his proposal I got the idea of contract marriage.", Mr Tandel confessed but I felt like it's not the full truth there is something else which they are hiding.

"I need full truth.", I declared demanding the truth.

"As you know that 50% shares is going to be transferred in the name of Raj's wife and when it comes to money and power you can't trust anyone.", Mr Tandel said.

I was shocked after listening to him.

"So, you want to say that you trust me?", I gave my statement which sounded more like a question.

"Your brother is going to get married to our daughter. We know that you won't cheat on us but if by chance you do such we won't regret later because our daughter will be the part of your family. At the end whatever will be the result we will remain satisfied and happy." Mrs Tandel revealed the actual reason behind choosing me.

"What!", I reacted shockingly.

"Bang"

Suddenly a loud voice came from outside my room. I turned my head to know the reason of the voice.

Raj was standing on the door frame his eyes are dark red, he had tears in his eyes. I turned my face towards Mr and Mrs Tandel both of them stood up from their respective seats and became horrified after looking at Raj.

"Why did you do that to me? Why? Why didn't you inform me?", Raj shouted angrily on them and left from there.

"Son please listen to us once.", Mr and Mrs Tandel ran after him.
