The one song you listen to over and over when you are writing one of the most heart-wrenching part of your book, you may just want to share it with your readers.

Initially, the song was for Cal. Cal was to go through this betrayal but as I wrote this and rewrote it, it had to be the 'unruffled' High Lord Rafe – killing of his 'soul brother', his painful punishment from the Sun god and absorbing of his brother's powers.

He will never be the same again.

Maybe just maybe with the help of his mates and lovers, he will return to the Rafe we've known and loved.
