Later that night everyone headed outside for a bonfire. Jacob brought a tone of wood and put it on the floor as Ben and i set out fingers on fire and throw it at the wood. I hugged Ben's waist and he did the same with me for a while. it felt nice to feel safe with people I considered family around me. When the wood lit up Jacob looked at me and Ben then said

'' That's what I'm talking about.'' with a wide smile. I let out a chuckle as i went to sit with Klaus.

''A little pre battle bonfire.'' Jacob said as he went to sit beside Ben. ''Telling war stories. Or just standing there like freaking status.'' i chuckled once again when I heard what he said.

It was true about everyone else, they just stood there. Me and Klaus sat by the fire curled up next to one another with Kol on my left and Garrett on my right. I stuffed my head into Klaus's neck while he put his arm around my waist and kissed my head.

''Name any american war, i was there.'' Garrett said. i smiled as i moved my head from Klaus's neck to look at him.

''Little big horn?'' Jacob asked. Garrett took a big breath before answering.

''I came this close to biting Custer.'' Garrett put his fingers up to show just a little pinch of space. ''The Indian's got to him first.'' he finished grimly. I let out a laugh.

''They were not Indian's they are called natives. Get it right and show them respected.'' I added. i could hear everyone laugh at my comment. soon Katie showed up on Garrett's lap. i had zoned out for a second thinking about me and Klaus right now before coming back and hearing Kate say.

''Try the conquest of Constantinople. He didn't win that one on his own.'' she smirked.

''Talking back to the 11 years war. No one does a rebellion like the Irish.'' on of the men from the Irish clan added.

''You lost the eleven years war?'' Kol asked. you could tell he was interested in this because he had been daggered at the time.

''Aye, but it was one hell of a rebellion.'' the Irish responded. we all sat there talking about different wars that we've been in. Klaus chuckled here and there, so did Kol and Elijah. I could hear them all thinking that none of us knew what a real supernatural war was. It was sort of funny. Soon Vladimir came and started telling a story about when him and Stefan ruled.

''When we ruled, everything came to us. pry, deployments, favor seekers. such was our power, but we never put on white hats and called ourselves saints.'' Vladimir explained. you could almost hear the hurt in his voice as he tolds the story.

''We were honest about what we were.'' Stefan added even sadder.

''We sat still for a very long time. We didn't realize we were beginning to petrify.'' Vlad continued before turning to look at Stefan.

''Perhaps the Volturi did us a favor, when they burned our castles.'' Stefan said.

''We've been waiting fifteen hundred years to return that favor.'' Vladimir finished. after that everyone went back to speaking to each other but me and the Mikealsons. we sat down with bag full of presents and handed them out to certain people. i handed a gift to Garrett, Ben, Kate and her family and the Mikealsons. Everyone that had a present sat by the fire as we opened it.

WHAT I GAVE TO EVERYONE:

BEN = fire prof outfit

Garrett = a new coat

Kate = earrings

The Denali = 2000 dollars

Klaus = new painting supplies

Elijah = a new suit and watch

Kol = leather jacket and beat headphones

Rebekah = a sexy dress and pumps to match

Everyone gave me a hug after opening their gifts before going off with everyone else. The Mikaeslons stayed back and gave me my gifts. first was Kol.

''i know the first time we had a race you ruined your sneakers so i got you the pair you ave been eyeing online fore a week.'' he said as he handed me a shoes box with the Nike sign on it. I opened the boxed and almost screamed. it was in fact the pair of Jordan's i had been planing to buy. I gave Kol a great big hug before taking the package Elijah was holding out for me.

''I hope you like it i have been searching for it for a well.'' Elijah said as I opened the package. In the package was a old leather back book. i gave him a confused look, but he just gave me a look that said 'keep going'. i opened the book and as it was all in Elijah's hand writing all of the pages we filled and the dates go all the was back to the 13th century. I was happy. Elijah had just given me HIS journal. i could learn soo much about the past and the Mikaelson history from this. i hugged him and ran to sit next to rebekah.

''What you get me?'' i asked her with a huge smile. she laughed and handed me a guitar case. i looked in her eyes in shock before actually screaming. Garrett, Ben and Kate all ran over to check if i was okay but all they saw was a huge smile. Mom and Dad stood by a tree smiling at me before mom said.

''Sweetheart, now that you have a guitar why don't you sing us all a few songs.'' I nodded my head super fast before getting ready to sing. I felt Klaus put his arm around my shoulder and Rebekah do the same.

''Okay guys this song is called i see fire. i had written it a couple days ago.''

When i finished everyone clapped and laughed. everyone started to head to bed but i stayed up with Klaus, Kol, Elijah and Rebekah. we all talked about thing. they told me what it was like in New Orleans. but then a large group of people showed up.

''Well if it isn't Klaus and his manic family.'' a black haired man said with a smirk.

The man had dark black hair and pale skin. His eyes were an icy blue that stood out with his un-natural pale skin. Beside him was another man that looked nicer but sent glares at everyone but me. He had light brown hair with lightly tanned skin and green eyes. He looked well built and from the looks of it and they way they were standing him and the other man were siblings. On the dark haired man's left stood a woman with long brown hair, lightly tanned skin and large brown eyes. Behind her was four other people. Two women, one with pale skin, blonde hair and blue colored eyes. She seemed to be a bubbly person. The other woman had dark skin, long black hair and brown eyes. She to seemed nice but there was something behind her eyes that said otherwise. The other two were men. One was extremely well built with a rather large tattoo, dark hair and brown eyes. He looked nice and his eyes said the same. His figure told me he was a hunter but he gave off the emo vibe. The other man was blonde well built (not as much as the last guy) with blue eyes. I could tell he was an all american guy. And what's with blue eyes?

''Ahh Damon Salvatore. I was starting to wonder when you were going to come. Stefan it is always good to see you. Caroline.'' Klaus smirked as he spoke to the blonde girl dark haired man and the brown hair guy. I had never seen this side of Nik and it gave me a very bad vibe.

'' Niklaus.'' Caroline snarled.

''Skylar i would like you to meet the extra help i was telling you about.'' Klaus chuckled as he put his hand on my lower back and guided me around.

''My love this is Damon and Stefan Salvatore. both of them are vampires.'' he pointed to the dark hair guy and the brown hair guy. I gave them both a smile but only Stefan returned it.

''Elena and Jeremy Gilbert. Elena here is a new vampire while Jeremy is a hunter.'' Nik pointed to the brown haired girl and the super built guy. I smiled at the both of them and they both returned the smile but Elena's didn't reach her eyes. I read her thoughts and she felt bad for me or some reason.

''Bonnie Bennett, Caroline Forbes and Matt donavon. Caroline is a vampire, Matt is a hunter well sort of and Bonnie is a-.''

''Witch. Wow i didn't they were real. It's fantastic to meet you.'' i cut Klaus off and almost fangirled.

''How did you know i was a witch?'' Bonnie asked me. She gave me a suspicious look. my smile dropped a little but grew once more.

''i have the ability to copy others ability. I've met someone who can see what others are an i copied it. i could tell you were a witch that way. well it's a pleasure to meet you all. I'm Skylar Cullens. Niklaus has told me so much about all of you and i must thank you for helping me and my family. if this comes to a fight you don't have to fight for us. I'd just like to tell you that before you get into anything you don't want to be apart of.''

''Why would you think we didn't want to help you?'' stefan asked. i gave him a half smile.

''your brothers thoughts. he is very bitter about being here.'' i snickered. everyone looked at me in disbelief. '' Sorry i didn't mean to pester i haven't learn full control over that power.'' i nervously chuckled.

''well anyways there are three tents set up for you guys. you can pick any.'' once i said that they all nodded and went to the tents me and Klaus on the other hand stayed by the fire.

''What happens if this all goes wrong?'' i asked as i started at the fire.

''It won't Sky. as long as you are by my side thing could never go wrong.'' Klaus said.

''But what if Klaus. while you can live through anything me and my family cant. i cant. what if they take me away what if they kill mom or dad. Klaus so many thing can go wrong and i can't live with myself if i am the rea-'' i was cut off by Klaus kissing me on my lips. It was full of passion longing and i loved it. Klaus pulled my lower back closer to him deeping the kiss until i pulled away.

''Skylar Cullens i love you with all my undead heart.'' Klaus told me. ''And i would end the world if someone took you away from me, I'm sure Seth would hep me too.'' Klaus got on the floor in front of me and pulled out a ring. a promise ring.

''as long as you wear this. i will be there for you.'' he told me. i gave Klaus on more kiss before putting the ring on. It was a silver ring with a small row of diamonds and on the inside it said always and forever.

''I love you Klaus.'' I said before kissing him once more and going off to bed. As i walk to my tent i saw Jeremy.

''Hey Jeremey right?'' i asked

''Ya Skylar right?''

''right. i just want to thank you for helping. You and your sister look to young to be apart of this sort of stuff.''

''Trust me Sky we have been apart of this for a long time.''

''Umm what is that tattoo.''

''You can see it?''

''Well ya it huge.''

''No, only people apart of the 5 can see it.''

''Well maybe I'm special.''

''Ya.''

''Ya.''

''Well anyways have a good rest i'd like to talk more after the battle.''

''Ya me to.'' H e smile before walking away. when i got to my tent i was dieing. i hopped into my sleeping bag and went to sleep.

JEREMY POV

''Remember we stick to the plan.'' Matt told me. i had to say Skylar seemed like a really nice girl. she really didn't need any of this.

''Well maybe we shouldn't i saw her and Klaus. She changed him.'' I told Matt. but he just shook his head.

''We follow the plan or Damon has our heads. and maybe this is good. Klaus has killed so many it's just a little taste of his own medicine.'' Matt responded. i could tell by his voice he was second guessing this two but he had more hate the doubt right m=now.
