~Penelope~

I walked through the club doors with my best friends at my side as soon as I step in club,"Paradise" the smell of beer, cigarettes, and sex fill the air and the music is booming through the speakers.

"I love this song!" I yell over the music. The song was "Kendrick Lamar-Swimming Pools"

"Lets dance!" Jasmine yells while pulling me and Savannah to the dance floor I start to grind on some random boy who is behind me as his hands explore my body I dance on him I put my arms around his neck the when the song finished we pull apart and we exchange numbers and I went into the bathroom and fixed my dress and re touched up my lips with my red lipstick and curled my hair with my fingers. My phone started to ring but I ignored it since it was my brother and i know i am going to get in trouble , but fuck it , it's my birthday , so I walked out and as soon as I walked out I regretted it because there standing with some bitch grinding on him was my mate, River.

~River~

I decided to come to the club with Jennifer and some pack members and mason since I'm getting married next year. The song "Lil John- get low" was playing and Jennifer pulled my arm to dance with her she started to grind on me I moved with her but I didn't feel comfortable with her shaking her ass on me then I smelled the most amazing scent.

{mate} my wolf said alert I pushed her off a little and looked around the room and my eyes connected with her she was dancing on some guy and that sure as hell wasn't alright with me.

"Babeeee what's wrong?" Jenny asked wrapping her arms around my neck and pouting. I kissed her lips.

"Ill be back." I said pushing her away a little to aggressive then I meant to.

She looked drunk and this guy was whispering things in her ear I couldn't hear I got to where she was and pulled her arm with me.

"Hey your cute." She said drunk.

I chuckled at her," thanks." I said still not staring at her.

"Make the tingles stop!" She whinnied.

"Sorry no can do." I said as I told mason I was taking his sister home because she was to wasted to go home alone. I got to my car and I strapped Penelope in and closed her door and I got in the drivers seat and she rested her hand on my arm and looked into my eyes.

"Why?" She asked sadly I hurt because I didn't want her sad.

"Why what?" I asked putting a strand of hair behind her ear.

"Why do you hurt me in so many ways I can't even explain." She said looking down at our arms then she pulled away looking out the window.

"I don't want to hurt you but I am with someone and...... She cut me off.

"It's okay." She smiled at me it looked as if she wanted to cry god I hate seeing her this way I picked up her chin and kissed her and she kissed back. We pulled away and I smiled as she smiled and leaned back in the seat. We got to get house and I saw no one was home so I decided to take her to bed since she was so drunk. I picked her up bridal style and walked in the house it was dark and I walked up the stairs the only light guiding me was the moons peaking through the windows. I finally got to her room and laid her down on her bed as soon as I laid her on the bed she got on her knees and got my tie and pulled me on her body and kissed me roughly and I loved it.

"Love me." She said through kisses I froze what the hell am I doing. I tried to pull away but it was hard because she was wrapping her legs tightly around me & no matter how hard I tried to pull away she kept pulling me in.

"River stop pushing me away." she said.

"Penelope we can't your drunk & "

"oh shut up I'm fine." she said.

"Your drunk to." she said as I looked at her , 'how does she know I drank?' 'did she see me?' I sighed and started to take off her dress an she unbuttoned my shirt. Then she tugged on my belt and I took it off and we laid on bed I was hovering over her as I kissed her neck and I stocked myself inside her as she whimpered in pain and I kissed down her neck to reassure her it was okay. Then she was moaning my name and i went faster and harder and finally I released myself in her and I quickly got dressed and changed her into some clothes and left.

"What the hell!?" I yelled to myself "why did I just do that to her!?" "I'm soon to be engaged?!" I finally got home and saw Jenny there waiting for me angry written all over her face.

"Where the hell have you been?" She asked.

"Out!" I snapped at her.

"Don't yell at me I have the right to know!" She yelled.

"Shut up your not even my wife yet it i haven't even marked you so stay out of my damn personal life!" I said angry and stormed to my room and locked the door and fell asleep remembering the beautiful voice of Penelope.

~Penelope~

I woke up to a massive pounding in my head I grabbed my head it hurt so much I felt something coming up I ran towards the restroom and I vomited my guts out. I felt someone pull my hair into a pony tail when I was finished I felt bits if memoirs come back to me. Dancing, drinking, and having sex with my mate!

"What happened?" I asked then I looked up to see my mom. Shit!

"Where were you last night Penelope?" She asked serious.

"I was um.......

"Don't you dare try to lie because I will know if your lying." She said serious.

"Fine I went out and I drank and know I'm here." I said ," sorry mom but it WAS my birthday." I said looking into her beautiful brown hazel eyes.

"Don't ever do that foolishness again when you have a job, your own place, and a husband then don't you dare sneak out without my permission Penelope understood." She more like stated then asked.

"Understood." I said truthfully.

"Good now come on let's get something to eat." She said kissing my forehead.

"Okay ill be down in a minute let me just freshen up." I said as she walked out I get something else come up but it wasn't the drinking I felt uneasy like different. I shook off the feeling and took a shower and changed into some white shorts and a purple Hollister shirt and I put on my white toms and straightened my super straight black hair some more and applied mascara and lip gloss and walked down the steps and he was there. FUCK MY LIFE!

"Good morning." I said to everyone.

"Good morning Penelope." Everyone said except River , fine whatever dick.

My baby cousin, Annabelle was here and I picked her up and placed her on my hip. I saw Rivers eyes on looking at me from the corner of my eye.

"Hey you." I could tell it was Jennifer the packs hoe.

"Yes?" I asked turning around.

"What's your name?" She asked bitchy, oh hell nah this is my house.

"None of your business bitch!" I spat at her.

"Hoe." She snickered.

"What was that bitch I couldn't hear you?" I asked bitchy as I saw river trying to hold back a chuckle.

She stayed quit," Wise choice." I said rolling my eyes and walking over to the table and sitting Ana on my lap and feeding her and me bacon with egg and pancakes. River sat next to me as Jennifer wasn't anywhere in sight.

"Bad Ana." I said trying to reach for the fork without dropping ana.

"I'll get it." he said as he bent down to get the fork.

"Thanks." I said. I finished feeding her & decided to go play with Annabelle up Starks as I was walking upstairs someone grabbed my arm.

"Yes?" I asked seeing it was River. He kissed my cheek and I felt warmth creep on my cheeks. I made way towards the room and I felt as if I was dreaming is he starting to have feelings for me! Is he going to say sorry! I got cut off by my thoughts when I heard clapping I made my way towards the living room and what I saw shattered me ad my hopes it was Jennifer kissing River! I let a tear roll down my face i ran upstairs. {he still loves us} my wolf assured me " as if he hates us" I said and she didn't reply only her silence. After a few hours I felt a hand rest on my back.

"Are you okay?" They asked I looked up and cried into their shoulder.

"I love him , his my mate." I told Bianca.

"Sh it's okay look at me." She said lifting my chin.

"He isn't worth it." She said kissing my cheek.

"I just hate that I'm crying over him."I said crying harder.

"look you can do so much better." She said.

"Your right." I said wiping my tears and smiling.

"Great I'm going out with Devon ill be back later." She said kissing my cheek and leaving.

"Be safe!" I called out and I got up to close my door but as soon as I got up I felt a sharp pain in my stomach.

"Ah!" I yelled in pain.

My mom came running in with my dad my brother and some of the pack and Nicholas picked me up bridal style I clutched to his shirt.

"Mommy it hurts so much!" I yelled out in pain tears springing out my eyes.

"Babe you got to tell me what hell is wrong with you!?" She asked panicked

"I don't know it hurts!" I yelled as Nicholas rubbed circles on my back and I started to take deep breaths as jasmine held my hand and river was sitting next to me staring daggers at Nicholas as I did the same to River. We finally get to the hospital I was emitted to the emergency room I laid in the bed. this was a werewolf hospital do only my mom and dad and mate could be inside with me I didn't tell them my mate was River but I had to.

"Mom , dad?" I asked there heads shot my way.

"Yes?" My mom asked her eyes red from crying.

"My mate is". I felt tears swell up in my eyes. "Is River." I said staring out the windows tears falling down my face.

"What's wrong with that?" My dad asked.

"He rejected me!" I practically yelled.

"He what!?" My dad yelled.

"Daddy don't do anything to him I dont care about him anymore I hate him!" I spat venom dropping on my every word.

"Alright but if anything just tell me an ill take care of it." He winked at me and I smiled.

3 Hours Later

~Penelope~

"Hello Penelope would you like your mom and dad and mate in here or........"

"I only want my parents." I said not looking up at the doctor I was just playing with my hair. My parents came to my side.

"We'll what's wrong with me?" I asked curios.

"We'll you see you're pregnant." He said.

"What?!" I asked shocked. Me pregnant or can't be it must be a mistake I'm too young to be pregnant!

"So then what happened?" I asked. "Why did I feel sharp pains?" I asked.

"Because your mate is having intercourse and instead if your chest hurting your stomach hurts it hurts the baby when you see your mate with another." He said scanning through his clipboard.

"How ?" I asked.

"Well you see his an alpha & when your mate has intercourse with someone else & his mate is pregnant , her baby feels everything , why? well because our gods don't like that he is doing that so they hurt the baby." he said.

"Oh." Is all I said.

"Thank you doctor." My mom said he smiled and walked out the room giving me time to think.

"Mom dad I want to go live with aunt Eva because I don't wanna kill my baby please just until I'm like 7 or 8 months on my pregnancy so you guys can see the any being born." I pleaded to them I will not hurt my baby because some ass hole likes to whore around with girls.

My mom sighed," Fine." She said smiling at me and kissing my forehead.

"Ill call my sister up and let her know." My dad said.

"Your leaving as soon as possible & in the morning before the pack knows about your pregnancy." My dad assured me as my mom stepped out to go eat.

"Thank you daddy." I said kissing his cheek.

He laid his hand on my small belly," anything for my grandchild and daughter." He said kissing my forehead.

I got up and dressed up in my grey jogging pants and a white tank top and a pink Victoria secrets sweater and I put my hair in a messy bun.

"Penelope what happened?" Nicholas asked as I walked out.

"We'll I'm pregnant but shh don't tell anyone ill tell jasmine and sava myself." I explained to him and his face was written with shock.

"By who?" He asked like a girl.

"My mate River." I said looking down at the floor he pulled me in a hug and I hugged his waist as he picked up my chin our lips were inches away from each other I started to move towards his lips then they touched rivers lips were so much better then his but oh well I felt his hands run all over my body thank god we were somewhere where no one could see he slid his toungue in my mouth as he pushed me up to the wall and I put my hands in his hair an he started to kiss my neck and I brought his lips back to mine.

Then I heard someone clear there throat an we pulled away and saw it was none other than River!
