Jace's P.O.V-

I woke up the next day feeling pretty happy. Then all of last nights events came back and hit me like a brick. We kissed. I kissed back. That was my first kiss but I have to admit I enjoyed it a lot. Does this mean he likes me to? Or was he just playing like he usually does? I won't become one of his toys! I groaned and rolled over in my bed. It was Friday today. Thank God, I need to talk to Aiden. I don't know what I'm gonna say but he's confusing me so much. Yes, I like him but does he really like me back or not. I got up and got dressed in a pair of black skinny jeans, a grey top and some black converse. I fixed my hair and done my usual business in the bathroom before grabbing my bag and exiting the house. I got to school before I realised, too busy playing scenarios in my head about what will happen when I talk to Aiden. I went to all my classes up until lunch without seeing Aiden. Was he in school today? I met up with Ella. When she interupted last night saying I had to drive her home, I wasn't all that happy. She was late for some family thing she forgot about thoigh and I didn't want to face the wrath of her mother so I drove her home. I told her what happened in the room with Aiden and she told me to talk to him. I was hoping for a bit more advice than that.... 

'Hey..' I greeted her, looking around the lunch room for a certain pair of blue eyes.

'Hi. Let me guess, you're looking for Aiden?' She deadpanned.

'Maybe...I need to talk to him but I haven't seen him all day....Do you know where he is?' I asked hopefully.

'Nope, sorry haven't seen him either' She announced popping the 'p'.

'Oh..' I sighed as I sat at the table.

'Don't worry. Everything will be fine, he likes you. I can tell' She stated taking her seat next to me.

'I don't know..'

'Look! There's Mason. Why don't you ask him where Aiden is?'

I looked up and true to her word there he was. Trust her to find Mason. Stupid girls and their crushes. Ha. I made my way over to him as he looked up expectantly at me. I wasn't sure what to say, I mean, I wasn't exactly 'friends' with him. More like aquantinces. 

'Hey...Emm.. I was just wondering where A-Aiden was?' I stuttered sounding like a fool. I mentally face palmed myself. He looked up with a slight smirk.

'Are you? Well, he was here earlier but I have no idea where he is now. I could text him though and give him your number?' He asked as if he knew something I didn't.

'Eh..Yeah, that'd be great' 

After I recieved Aiden's number, the bell rang. So, I figured I would hold off until after school to text him. I wasn't sure what I was going to say but I came to the decision to ask him to meet up after school. After what seemed like absolutely forever, the final bell rang. I couldn't have got out of that class faster as I power walked down the hall to the front of school. I pulled out my phone and started texting. After a few failed attempts at wondering what to say I decided on one.

Hey, was wondering if we could talk?- Jace

Was that okay? Did it sound needy? Oh! I don't know. I waited for about 2 minutes until I received a text back.

Sure- Aiden

Hmm? That was awful short. I would have thought he wouldn't be so dry with me. I pondered what to reply with..

Meet me at the old pier. 6pm- Jace

The old pier was basically what I said. An old pier. No one went up there anymore since there was a new one built so it was abandoned but I sometimes liked to go up there to think. I rushed home after another short reply of 'Ok' to put my bag in my room and calm myself down. I also had to figure out what to say but by the time I realised it, it was already 5:45pm and the pier was a ten minute walk. I almost screamed but that would raise suspicion to my mum so I kept it at bay. Once I left the house I started to get nervous. Really nervous. I reached the pier and luckily for me, Aiden hadn't arrived yet. I sat at the edge with my feet dangling over looking out to see the water sparkling under the setting sun. It was beautiful. I closed my eyes to savour the moment and a minute later I heard footsteps getting closer to me. I knew who it was. I could feel it, it was like a vibe going through the air when he was near. How cheesy... I sound like a love-sick teenage girl! I felt him sit down next to me and opened my eyes, still not facing him. Who knows what will happen if I look into that blue goodness.

'Hi, what is it you wanted to talk about?' He asked sounding impatient. Also acting oblivious as if he had no idea when it was pretty obvious.

'I think you know...' I trailed off.

'Is this about last night? Cause if it is then I don't want to talk about it!' He stated sounding clearly annoyed. Why was he annoyed. He kissed me!

'Why are you angry at me? You kissed me not the other way around! I have been so confused as to what to say to you about this...and if you're gonna act like it's nothing then leave right now and don't talk to me again! Why did you even become friends with me in the first place? Huh? You're the hot bad boy who gets in fights and does whatever he wants...I'm the weird in the closet emo kid, which you've just made so much harder to keep a secret! Do you know how bad it feels to think I'm just a game to you?!' I exploded, feeling a little better for letting it out but also stupid for losing my head like that.

'You think I'm hot?' He asked with a smirk. I cannot believe him.

'Really? All that and that's what you say? Fine. I'm leaving!' I went to stand up but he grabbed my wrist to stop me. I looked at him with anger in my eyes.

'Don't go. I'm sorry, I'm just like that and to answer your questions, I'm not angry at you. I became friends with you 'cause I had a crush on you. I like you and I had wanted to kiss you since forever! I had no idea if you were gay but I now know and so what if we're opposites! Opposites attract and I'm attracted to you, you are no game to me. Yeah, I slept around before and played people but I've never felt like this. I don't know how to act and I was angry with myself, not you' He finished, looking a bit dejected. I stared at him in shock. He liked me? What the hell? Of course I like him to, that's why I avoided him but life must love me...The hot bad boy likes me back. Yay! I contained my excitement for the situation and faced back out to the water, wondering what I should do right now. One idea was a lot more prominent than the others and that was kiss him... I discreetly peeked at him and he was looking at his hands. 

'Aiden?' I asked, trying to act nonchalant. He looked up and I turned to him.

I leaned in close and stopped where I could feel his breathe on my lips, they were almost touching and it took all of my self-control to hold back. 

'I like you too..' I whispered against his lips before closing the distance.

At first I wasn't sure if he was going to respond but as soon as I thought it, it was gone as he started responding. He kissed me fevourishly not holding back. He ran his tongue over my bottom lip, a sense of deja vu coming over me as I instantly complied with his wishes. I made some strangled noise as his tongue darted around my mouth, tasting every inch but it came out more like a moan muffled by our kiss. Thank God. Then he let out a moan. Oh my God! That was the hottest thing ever and I made it happen. I couldn't be happier! We continued to make out on the pier for a while and when we eventually pulled away, I stared at his as he rested his forehead against mine looking straight into my eyes. I couldn't be filled with more enjoyment at this current situation. I just made out with one of the hottest guys at my school and he likes me. He likes me!

'Jace?' Aiden asked seemingly bringing me from my dazed trance I had fallen into. I looked at him.

'Will you be my boyfriend?' He asked almost breathlessly. He seemed slightly worried about how I was going to reply. I don't know why though, I thought the answer was obvious.

'Of course I will' I responded before pecking his lips.

He smiled brightly at me which made me smile in return. We sat there for a while stealing kisses before heading seperate ways home. We may have kissed a little bit more before we headed home but why not? Once I arrived home, I called Ella and broke all the news. To say she was excited would be an understatment. She squealed so loud I had to take the phone away from my ear. We spoke for about an hour before I hung up. I lay in my bed thinking about Aiden until I fell asleep.

So this was quite short but people kept asking for an update so I updated. I feel like it may be a bit rushed not sure but there's still plenty drama to come :)
