Gayatri,Krish and Jeevika immediately rushed to the ER ward once they got to know that Siva was admitted into the hospital and Prem along with Noel too joined them after locking up Suri in their private dungeon which is the underground of their pharmaceuticals.

"Hima...are you alright? Why is Siva here? What happened to her?" Jeevika asked crying Hima.

"It was my fault. I should be lying there in the bed but Siva risked her life to save me" Hima sobbed making Gayatri hug her from the side.

"Hima don't cry okay Siva will be fine she's a stubborn, trust me" Gayatri consoled Hima making her nod.

Opening of the door to the ER made everyone walk towards Deva who came out taking off his mask and gloves saying "We treated her but she's in coma now, the wound to her head lead to a blood clot".

"When will she up then?" Hima asked desperately.

Deva give her a look reminding her "Dr.Hima you are a doctor yourself can't you understand Ms.Sivatmika's condition?" before walking towards the wash area.

"What is it Hima?" Noel asked making Hima collapse onto the chair which made Gayatri and Jeevika hold onto her sides sitting beside her.

"We don't know when Siva will wake up and sometimes patients like her will die in their sleep or will never wake up so we just cut off their oxygen" Hima explained making everyone widen their eyes and looked at the ER room where the stretcher with Siva on it rolled out in the direction of the vip room.

They all went inside to see Siva lieing on the bed with an oxygen mask and pulse metres along with IV drips attached to her which Gayatri and Jeevika tear up while Prem and Krish console them as Hima looked at Siva.

Deva came inside and injected something into the saline bottle and instructed the nurse "Make sure you give her the injections every two hours and stop the blood transfusion by the end of the day" making the nurse nod.

The interns walked in with their books and stopped seeing all of Dr.Deva's family in there making then confused as Deva asked the interns "She was hit with a vase which led to a blood clot what treatment do you suggest?"

"Uh...Blood clot in her brain that means she's in coma. Releiving the blood clot must be done first if not it might lead to a stroke" Ramesh answered making Deva nod.

Deva was about to question again when Noel said "How could you? Is she a normal patient to you? She's our friend and yet you are making her experimental piece for your interns" which made Deva's gaze sharply cut to Noel.

"She's one of my patientes now and I'll treat all my patients equally. There is no partiality even if the person lieing on that bed is family" Deva said blankly making everyone look at him shocked.

"Take the readings properly and make sure she's hydrated all the time" ordering Deva walked out to look after other patients.

"What is wrong with him? I thought he and Siva never got along but seems that he didn't even liked her" Prem concluded as he looked at unconcious Siva.
