What truly inspired me to write the novel was the stereotype that romance is always hearts and flowers. For me, it's not true. The real definition of love goes far beyond that. No relationship sails smooth, no matter how calm the circumstances. There are always issues, some have a few, while the others a lot. That is what I have been trying to portray through that novel, the real definition of love. A lot of drama, complications, heartbreaks, but in the end, love conquers it all.

The part that I currently am struggling with is, what I want it to be. Basically, I am trying to figure out when to bring the hero into the spotlight. At times, when you are trying to portray something from one person's point of view, things don't come out that way. Like, I can be good for one person and bad for the other. So, at times, i just doesn't work out. Overall, it's fine since I have just started with it. So, let's see how far this goes :p

The response that I have received so far is not much, considering that I just published it out of the blue. ;P But I really am thankful to all those who read and will be reading this. After all , who doesn't like being appreciated? For now, what truly matters is that I wrote it and it means a lot (to me at least ).

What I enjoy most is the drama. I literally my favorite part. I have personally never preferred preferred a once upon a time or a happily ever after " . To me, the part where the protagonist is struggling between living or giving up, when the reader is hooked, even if he wants to leave, that matters. And it is exactly what I enjoy writing.

Who knows? As for now, is a stand alone novel. Depends majorly on how I choose to end it.

What I would really like a reader to take away from my story is that no love story is perfect. In fact, nothing and nobody is immaculate in this world. Even Mother Mary wasn't. So we should definitely aim for the moon, but when things get too rough, w should just let it go. Clasping the rope harder than necessary would just strain things. And I would recommend everybody to learn to take stand for yourselves. Nobody can love you if you don't.

I am no professional. So considering the fact that I had zoned out from writing for the past two years, I am in no position to say a lot. But I would just like to say one thing because I have read more than 1000 novels in this phase. The best writer is not the one who writes ineptly. To be honest, no one cares how immaculate is your grammar or how big words you are using. Like I could just use the word "pulchritudinous" instead of calling something beautiful. But what is the point when people don't understand it ?According to me, the best piece of writing is that when you want to read it despite the flaws because the content is what hooks you to it. So focus on the grammar but keep the content light and relatable ;)

The main character Eira and me share a lot of similarities. I won't disclose everything but at some point, she is governed by prejudice. She doesn't realize that she is becoming exactly what she didn't want to be. The same thing happened with me. But better late than never, isn't that what they say ? In fact, writing your own experiences says a lot about you. I helps getting those things off your chest which you had never considered opening up about. Moreover, it governs the choices the character makes at some point.

I guess the first few chapters would draw the readers because the story begins with a fast thriller and just as the reader thinks that things are stabilizing, something new happens, which is considerably worse than the first. But that is the whole point of reading, is it? We all need an escape from reality and books are the best medium. We need to know that we are not the only ones suffering . There are these fictional characters who have more drama than us. Stories can make you smile and cry. Sure, movies are nice but books win. So Yayy!!!

Future projects, yes. I want to try my hands on short stories and many other different genres. But I am solely focused on this one right now and am even busy with my high school. So let's see how far this goes :D

The Rabbit Knight
Lying on her deathbed, hacker enthusiast Ellowyn was about to breathe her last, but not before receiving a hero summon request to a futuristic world. Having little left to lose, she decided to start anew. To her dismay, her weak heart gave up in the middle of the transfer and only her soul was reincarnated. Embers in the Ash
Four ordinary young people from four corners of the Earth wake up on a hill in another world. Here, their very presence is a crime against the Gods. On the fringes of civilization, life is often brief and always violent, but in the Empire's Heartland, implacable hunters seek to rectify their blasphemous existence with Blade and Fire. To return home, they will need to adapt to a place where their life will be earned in steel. But what will they be ready to sacrifice for their goal? Will their flame flicker out like so many others before them? Or will they thrive as Embers in the Ash? Hello, and welcome to my first fiction on this site! Embers in the Ash is an epic fantasy adventure story that aims to span quite a few chapters (I hope!). To set expectations, this isn't going to be a LitRPG or power fantasy-style story. I'm aiming for a fairly grounded story set in a fairly high-fantasy world. I hope you enjoy it! For this first month of publication, my aim is to give you, the reader, something to really bite into. I will be releasing a chapter every day at 9:15 AM EST (13:15 GMT), as well as the occasional double chapter (which will always be announced by a post-chapter author blurb). Check in fifteen minutes after the first chapter's release! After this first month of publication, the aim is to go for either a weekly or bi-weekly release schedule, depending on the sort of time I can reliably dedicate to writing. Either way, settle in for the long haul, and welcome to the story!

Of Us and Void
A scientist named Gino Faulkner, distraught by the hopelessness of society, attempts to fix several of its problems by creating a new renewable energy source - only to discover that some things may be better off left alone. When a test trial of the energy source incomprehensibly malfunctions, Gino finds himself on the brink of saving or destroying the very reality he had attempted to correct. --- Hey! Author here, just wanted to say that if the synopsis did not sound as exciting as I had hoped it would be, try reading the first 10 chapters? I promise it won't be terrible! :) Whoops, forgot to mention, prologues don't count as chapters! If you've read this far, I might as well tell you what I was inspired by! However, this does NOT mean my story will be similiar in any way to the novels/stories/books listed below. By 'inspiration,' I refer to mainly how the characterizations plot devices, dialogue, conflict introduction/resolution, and thought processes are used and introduced in those works of literature. But in a way, you can interpret this list as, "if the author read and was inspired by these novels, then it's possible that we share similiar tastes, so I'll give this story a try." :) -Those Who Aspired to Become Gods: A darker fairy tale novel (My all-time fantasy favorite despite it being unfinished) -Forgotten Conqueror (Second all-time fantasy favorite) -Brandon Sanderson's The Reckoning trilogy (Third all-time fantasy favorite) -Kel Kade's 'King's Dark Tidings' -Brent Week's Night Angel saga -Red Rising trilogy -Infinite Realm: Monsters & Legends -Reborn: Apocalypse -Reborn: Evolving From Nothing -48 Hours a Day -The New World -Creep -Arrogant Young Master Template A Variation 4 -Can't Cure Deceit -Super Minion -Unparalleled -Unbound -Wake of the Ravager -Overgeared -Solo Leveling -The Tutorial Is Too Hard [email protected] -God of Money -A Snake's Life -The Snake Report -The Tower of God -UnOrdinary -Release that Witch!
