My idea for this story came from one of my favorite songs. The song is called "Lipstick". Dan + Shay (one of my favorite "bands") wrote that song. "Falling For Her Lipstick" is based on that song.

I have had a lot of struggles with what I should put in each chapter. I know what overall events I want to happen in the book, but the smaller events are harder to think of and write.

Although I'm not done yet, I have enjoyed writing about the different events affecting the main character's love life. I am looking forward to writing with her new love interest. :)

My readers have said a couple things I could change, but to be honest, right now there haven't been many people who have read my story.

I have thought about making a side story with one of the other characters, but I'm not sure yet since I haven't finished this book yet.

I want readers to take away that even though sometimes life may be hard, it will get better. There may be a missed opportunity, but that could give room for a better opportunity in the future.

I would advise to give yourself the time you need to write and to plan. I would also advise to give yourself deadlines if you like having deadlines. Having deadlines has helped me a lot and is continuing to help me stay on track. Lastly, DON'T GIVE UP. I know it may be hard at first, but it will be worth it in the end.

I think she kind of does. I tried to make her more different because I was finding myself putting a lot of similarities. One of the similarities between my main character and I is our shyness. Another one is our love of Chocolate Chip shakes. :)

I think the first chapter could draw in new readers. Although the first chapter is short compared to the other chapters, other readers have called it heartbreaking and that they could feel what the main character had been feeling.

Not currently. I am currently still working on this story. I hope that I will create a new story after this one though.
