The very first chapter of Playing with Fire came to me in a dream, and was heavily inspired by the show Teen Wolf. Since I started writing down my dream, the story has evolved so much and really taken on a life of its own.

Making sure that I didn't do too much writer-insertion into the main female character! When you're writing in first person, it's very easy to end up implementing your thoughts instead of the character's. However I feel as if I have massively improved with this since then.

Many of my readers really love my story and find it unique.

It's the first book in the Burning Secrets Trilogy. The second book is out now and completed, whilst I'm still working on the third and final book!

My main advice is probably to work on grammar and typos. Often, grammar is sometimes forgotten, but it can really affect how well a story flows if there are typos and grammar issues littered throughout.

Yes! I'm just like Ember, have had multiple relationships with guys end 'in flames' (as she says in Chapter 1). Ember is also blonde-haired and blue-eyed...like me!

I believe that my story is really original and this originality is what draws in new readers.

Other than starting to work on the third and final book in the Burning Secrets Trilogy, I do have a few other ideas floating around my head! I believe that writers always have future projects, it's just a matter of trying to find time to do them in!
