Dear readers,

I cannot believe that this is the end.

I started writing this story as an outlet, a lot of Eileen's emotions were my own. I never thought it would get this far, not once in my mind did I ever think it would reach more than 1K views, much less over 28K. I am thankful every one of you that took the time to read.

This was one hell of a ride for me too.

I hope you enjoyed her story, a story that, though somewhat hard to think about, many people endure.

I hope that each of you fight the battles you may have with bravery such as hers.

My focus will now be on Luke's story, He deserves it. It will be different than The Journey Home, it is Lucas after all. More cursing, more humor, but no less drama, no less twists and turns, no less love. Our beloved characters Eileen and Alex will be there as well. Afterwards, this book will undergo some editing.

I'm also writing a new book, . This is slightly different from The Journey Home - or maybe completely different. While Eileen did everything she could for her daughter, this one is based on a mother that abandons her child and her return and redemption.

I've also completed This is a completely separate from TJH. It tells the story of Eliana Cruz and Damian Novax. Complete opposites. Clumsy and serious. A free spirited young woman and a man whose every action is deliberate.

My most recent work is . Plenty of drama in that one ;)
