Y/n's point of view
Our team made our way to the locker room so the players can change their clothes and discuss about what play should they do first.
"Okay! Now to announce the list of starters! And give out uniforms." Anzai-sensei said.
Sakuragi is so excited that he keeps saying his name as starters and asking what his uniform number is.
"Now, coach will announce the first five people to play." Ayako-sempai said.
Anzai-sensei cleared his throat. "Center Akagi-kun, number 4." Anzai-sensei said.
"Yes." Akagi-senpai replied.
Ayako-senpai smiled to Akagi-senpai and give his uniform.
I heard Sakuragi mumbling about what is a center.
"Guard." Anzai-sensei started. "Point guard Yasuda-kun, number 6. Second guard Shiozaki-kun, number 8."
"Do your best! Yasuda! Chao-ji!" They cheered.
"Rise up your spirit! We will rely on you two to control the match's tempo." Akagi-senpai encourage the two.
"Work hard." Kogure-senpai added.
"Yes!" Yasuda and Shiozaki replied.
"Now the forwards." Anzai-sensei started again. "Small forward Kogure-kun, number 5."
"Yes!" Kogure-senpai replied.
"Very last us power forward." Anzai-sensei announce.
"What?! Very last?!" Sakuragi exclaimed.
"Rukawa-kun, number 10." Anzai-sensei announced.
'Wow, Kaede-kun is already a starter player. Amazing!' I smiled widely.
"Yes." Kaede-kun replied and made his way toward us to get his uniform.
"Do your best Rukawa!" Ayako-senpai said and give his uniform.
"Good luck Kaede-kun!" I cheered.
He patted my head in reply. I can feel my face getting hot. Kaede-kun left, Ayako-sempai nudged my side and give me a teasing smile.
"Wait a minute old man!" Sakuragi exclaimed and jumped at Anzai-sensei.

"Why wasn't I selected?!" Sakuragi started slapping Anzai-sensei's chin. "What is this all about?!"
"Stop it right now!" Akagi-senpai shouted at Sakuragi and made his way to them.
Akagi-senpai and Sakuragi started shouting at each other. Meanwhile me and Ayako-senpai distributed the other uniforms to the other players.
"Hey Y/n-san! Are all the uniforms all given out?" Akagi-senpai asked me.
"Yes! All 15 are given out." I turn to him.
"Is that so..."
"Wait..." Sakuragi butted in. "Wait a sec! I still don't have a uniform!"
Akagi-senpai taped a number at Sakuragi's shirt.
"This will do!" Akagi said when his done tapping and turn to the other players. "Okay! Let's go!"
Sakuragi ripped his shirt in frustration, Akagi-senpai and him started to argue again.
"Sakuragi-kun." Anzai-sensei called. "You are the secret weapon so you are not starting."
Sakuragi's mood suddenly improved and demanding his uniform.
"Rukawa, you can just use tape! Give me the uniform!" Sakuragi said and taking Kaede-kun's uniform and handing him the tape.
"Drop it!" Kaede-kun replied.
And another argument started between Kaede-kun and Sakuragi.
'Ha, when will this end. I'm getting tired.' I thought.
Kogure-senpai solve their argument by giving Sakuragi the number 10 and Kaede-kun the number 11.
Our team entered the gym wearing their uniform.
The game started right away.

Witchbone: The Goblins Winter
Themes found in these stories include friendship, found family, defying negative expectations, trying to figure out how to be a force for good in your corner of the world, doing heroic things even if you don't look or feel like a hero, and that being different isn't necessarily fatal. Summary: A spell of arctic weather. A mysterious death. The reading of a will. Strange tracks in the snow. Eleven-year-old Danny Hallow accepts his life, such as it is. His father is dead, his mother left years ago. His three Keepers are the only people aware of Danny's erratic and not-very-impressive psychic abilities. He has no friends, he's been suspended from school, and he's responsible for the life of a small brown bat that's ended up in his care. When Danny's estranged Uncle Enoch dies under mysterious circumstances, he and his Keepers are called to the town of Eddystone, New Hampshire for the reading of the man's will. Traveling four hundred miles from his dreaded hometown to attend, Danny is happy to get away, possibly inherit something interesting- and maybe find out more about his family while he's there. Arriving at the crumbling family estate of Gnomewood Home, he finds it to be hauntingly familiar, a bit creepy, oddly comforting, and possibly alive. When his uncle's will reveals that he's inherited Gnomewood and everything in it, he's determined to stay and make a happier life for himself in Eddystone, somehow. But at Gnomewood, he finds more questions than answers to his family's secrets. Disturbing old memories come to him in dreams. His psychic abilities begin to grow stronger, and as a result he becomes aware that a horde of cryptic creatures are plaguing the town of Eddystone, seemingly drawn out by the spell of an unusually frigid February. Toothy little goblins that are sneaky, vicious, and hungry. Goblins that take a particular interest in Danny. Will the emergence of the alien, and potentially dangerous, power he's inherited from his peculiar family tree help Danny survive the goblin infested winter, inadvisable attempts to befriend a terrifying boy with silver eyes, and a new school? Only if he learns to control them before they put him and everyone around him in danger. Before they convince some people that he should never have been allowed to exist at all. Before he becomes just another twisted tale in his family's bizarre history, kept hidden for centuries within the ivy-covered walls of Gnomewood Home.

A voice speaks to him in the darkness and it awakens a hidden power within him, launching him onto the path of becoming a Paladin, and towards something more.
