Third person's point of view

Y/n was walking out of her classroom to find her senpai. She saw her outside with Sakuragi.

"Ayako-senpai!" She called and run towards them.

"Oh, Y/n-chan. I thought you would be with Rukawa." Ayako greeted.

"Nah, his still in his classroom."

"You and Rukawa?! Y/n-san?!" Sakuragi shouted in shock.

"Ahh... No were just friends." Y/n got flustered on Sakuragi's statement.

After that they walk in comfortable silence.

"Ah!" Ayako-senpai exclaimed, leaving Y/n and Sakuragi hummed in confusion.

"Ayako! Who the heck is this kid!" The guy with tan color skin and an undercut hairstyle. "How could you do this when I was still in the hospital... Why? You were never willing to accept me! But now... Damn kid!"

Everyone was shocked when he punched Sakuragi in the face.

Shohoku basketball team's other super problem player, Ryouta Miyagi (2nd year). He has always liked Ayako.

"Ryouta!" Ayako shouted.

"Ahh... Ayako-senpai should I call someone?" Ayako looked at her panicking kohai.

"You... What was that for?!" Sakuragi asked while holding his cheek.

"Hey! Don't confuse who your enemies are! Miyagi!" Mitsui yelled.

'Wait... That the "That guy" Ayako-sempai talked about?' Y/n thought.

"Wait, Ryouta! You seem to have misunderstood something!" Ayako shouted at Miyagi.

Miyagi did not listen and jumped and landed a kick on Sakuragi face, he falls down on the bushes behind him.

"Yo! Miyagi..." Guy with long dark blue hair, walk towards him and grabbed Miyagi's arm. "I think you got the wrong opponent."

"Let's just forget about the incident between the 2 of us." Miyagi said.

"Hmm... What!?" The guy was confused and looked pass Miyagi.

Suddenly, Sakuragi jumped and kicks Miyagi's back, he landed on the long-haired guy who landed on the various motorcycle behind him.

Sakuragi is really pissed right now.

"Calm down! Sakuragi Hanamichi!" Ayako shouted.

"What's happening?! Ayako-san, Y/n-chan."

"Haruko!" "Haruko-chan!" The two managers exclaimed.

"Damn it... Red hair punk!" Miyagi yelled. He pulled his arm back and his elbow hit long-haired guy in the nose without realizing it.

"Mitsui-san!"

Miyagi looks over his shoulder and see the long-haired guy or Mitsui with a bloody nose. Sakuragi turned Miyagi's face towards him and headbutt him. Miyagi and Sakuragi started to fight each other and when someone interfere, they also get in the fight.

Y/n was about to go between them to interfere their fight.

"Stop it now!" Ayako and Haruko yelled.

"Okay!" The two boys said while looking over their shoulder with blushes in their faces, not long they started to glare at each other.

"So much trouble..." Y/n sighed.

Practice time

Everyone at the court turn their attention to the door and saw Miyagi.

The players except the freshmen greeted Miyagi.

"I'm back." Miyagi greeted.

The freshmen whispering to themselves saying that Miyagi looks scary. Yasuda approached Miyagi.

"Ryouta! You're all recovered now?" Yasuda asked.

"Yes!" Miyagi answered. "Yasuda... Let's have a one-on-one."

Yasuda and Miyagi played one-on-one. Everyone is shock how fast Miyagi moves. Y/n and Rukawa are watching them standing side by side.

"He's fast." Y/n murmured under her breath.

"He's not as good as me." Rukawa murmured back.

"Even though he has a lot of problems to deal with, he's probably the best candidate for future captain!" Kogure stated.

Sakuragi got pissed on what his sempai stated.

"I give up Ryouta! You're still good as your old self! And I thought I'd be able to stop you for once today." Yasuda said to Miyagi.

"Hehe... You'll have to try better than that, Yasuda!"

"So, while you were in the hospital..." Yasuda was cut when Sakuragi grabbed him by the back of his neck and toss him away from Miyagi.

"What?!" Miyagi exclaimed.

Sakuragi is now face-to-face with Miyagi, he took the ball form him.

"I'm the 'Future Captain'!"

"What, you want to challenge me!?" Miyagi asked.

Everyone got worried about Sakuragi challenging Miyagi. They start the game.

"How come a kid like you, able to enter the basketball team?" Miyagi asked, he's defending.

"Akagi sure is getting lenient!" Sakuragi answered.

"Basketball isn't just about height, red hair kid!" Miyagi exclaimed.

"Hehehehe! What an idiot! I'll show you the strength of the hero who brought a comeback during the game with Ryonan!"

The gym was filled with silence because Miyagi easily steals the ball from Sakuragi.

"Ah!"

"Too easy." Miyagi said while holding the ball with the smile.

"Yo... Yo... Yoyoyo! Wait a minute!" Sakuragi said. "Using your hand to force the ball off! Cheater! Jerk! Cheater!"

"What an idiot..." Rukawa whispered.

"Umm... He's being arrogant as always." Y/n whispered back.

"Fine, then you be in defense then, how about that?" Miyagi offered.

"Fine! I'll show you the genius' super amazing defensing skills! Come on!" Sakuragi challenged.

Sakuragi slaps the ball out of Miyagi's hand and it is clearly seen that it was a foul.

"Got it!" Sakuragi said. "Hahaha! You're not so great! Ryouta-kun!"

"Moron... Who's the cheater here!? This is against the rules..." Miyagi said while holding up his injured hand. "You broke the freaking rule!"

Miyagi slaps the ball away from Sakuragi's grasps. "Haha! I win!"

Sakuragi uses his shoulder to shove Miyagi. "Hahaha! Is that all you got?" Sakuragi asked while dribbling the ball with wide grin.

"I didn't know basketball can be really so violent." Y/n whispered.

"Me ether." Rukawa whispered back.
