"Meredith, Meredith!" Hunt yelled as he leaned over Meredith
"Shepherd, out of here. We'll page you when we know more" Bailey got him out of the stairway
The kids
Derek hurried himself downstairs to the kids. He knew that Alex would pick them up around this time but he needed his kids right now
'The dizziness, why didn't I keep an eye on that" Derek started to blame himself
"Dad?" Bailey asked as he noticed Derek
"Hey guys" Derek faked a smile and from that moment Alex knew something was up "I came to check on you"
"Kay d-addy! D-addy s-il-ly" Ellis giggled
"Am I silly?" He repeated, tears bundling up in his eyes
"What's wrong dad?" Zola asked
"Mommy.. mommy tripped down the stairs. She's having a small booboo" Derek told them and Alex' eyes widened
"M-ommy b-oo?" Ellis asked, Derek immediately noticed the signs of her being stressed as her arms and legs slightly started to cramp closer against her body
"She's all fine baby" He told her while he didn't even know. His wife could be death by now and here he was telling his kids that everything is fine, god he sounds like Meredith sometimes
"Let's get something to eat in the cafeteria" Alex suggested as he wanted to know more but couldn't ask because of the kids
Derek lifted Ellis up in his arms and made the way to the cafeteria. Both older kids following while Alex was a little behind so he could page Maggie and Amelia to help out with the kids
...
"She tripped.. she felt dizzy and tripped" Derek silently told Alex as they were around the corner talking
"Bailey told me she was asleep in the hallway this morning" Alex told Derek "Guess she passed out then too"

"She was? Oh god this doesn't feel good to me" Derek was full into panic mode "I should have grabbed her, I was just standing too far away" He slammed his fist against the wall
"Derek!" Alex stopped him "Mer and the kids will need you so don't harm yourself!" Alex said and let go
"Damnit" Derek muttered as he checked his phone but saw no pages
They saw Miranda coming towards them so both Alex and Derek jumped up
"Her head CT was clear. No bleeding, no damage and no tumor that could have caused this" Bailey started
"I wanna see those scans!" Derek ordered
"Wait a minute!" Bailey rolls her eyes "She does have a concussion and a badly bruised wrist that we've bandaged but her blood pressure has been high ever since we first checked it after her fall"
"Not again.." Derek muttered
"We think she's barely been sleeping, she was dehydrated and all these things combined just made her body give out"
"She always wants to do everything on her own" Alex mutters
"Stubborn woman" Bailey muttered "You can go see her if you want"
"You go, I'll update Amelia, Maggie and the kids" Alex said
Derek nodded and followed Meredith
He needed to see her, he needed to see her breathing on her own, showing everything's fine
When they reached the room, she was slightly stirring and rubbing her temples as Derek entered the room
"Hi" He whispered "Are you okay?" He asked and checked her stats, IV and all the other medical stuff
"Wh- What happened?" She asked, slight disorientated
"You felt dizzy and fell down the stairs" He told her as he say down on the edge of the bed
"Oh-" She breathed
"Mer, how many times have you been dizzy? Bailey said you were asleep last night in the hallway!" Derek asked shocked as tears ran down his face

"I'm sorry, I should have told you! I just- I-"
"Sorry for not noticing" He interrupted her and kissed her lips
"What time is it? Did Alex take the kids home?" She started to worry
"Mer, you can't do this" Derek said and Meredith frowned "You can't worry that much, it's ruining you!"
"But Derek, this is about our kids, of course I have to worry!" She argued
"No, we're in this together. Our friends wanna help us out so please, share it with us instead of keeping it to yourself" Derek begged her
"It's just.. I.. Bailey was talking about my job, I was worrying about Alex and the kids and if he didn't forget anything and who would be home at what time to take care of them and Ellis- I can't abandon my kids Derek"
"You're not abandoning them by calming down a bit, if you keep going like this they will lose you. You'll slip away" Derek brushed his fingers through her hair
"It hurts me so much, Derek.. to see Ellis like that, to see Zo and Bails adjust and they're doing it but sometimes I ask myself if we spend enough time with them, if we're splitting our attention in a good way and people talk, Derek! People keep talking about us and our little girl" She sobbed as she kept going
"I know but we're stronger than that! We're stronger than gossip and yes, Mer. We're spending enough time with each of our kids and if it weren't, they would make us clear" Derek told her
"Where are they?" She asked
"Daycare.. Alex is telling Amelia and Maggie what happened" Derek explained
"I need to see them. I need to hold them" Meredith said
"I'll go get them" Derek said and stood up "dammit" He muttered as his beeper went off "I'll be back as soon as possible" Derek promised and kissed her lips before he ran off
Meredith leaned over and grabbed her phone, trying to page Alex
"Hey Grey" Miranda walked in and greeted Meredith "How are you feeling?"
"Better, thanks" Meredith whispered
"I'm sorry" Miranda apologized again
"Alex is on his way with the kids" Meredith smiled
"Just take it easy, okay?" Bailey checked
Meredith nodded and smiled as Bailey checked her out

The Calculator - Supervillainess Time Loop
What makes a terrifying villain? Is it ruthlessness? Is it how powerful they are and how many buildings they can down in one blow? Is it how hard they are to kill, contain, or get rid of in any manner? Is it their knowledge of a hero’s true identity in a world where secrets must be kept? Or is it perhaps how they seem to be perfect in all their actions, defeating the hero at every step of the way throughout to the last one, only to humiliate them one last time before declaring themselves the winner in the grand scheme of things? Isabella Blair is perfect. She knows all your moves before you even make them. All your ambushes are faced with traps and she dodges all your blows like it’s child’s play. Catching her is impossible because she’s always ten steps ahead of you. She says she calculated everything, but she messes up in every fight. She loses far more than she wins, sometimes a hundred times for just one small victory. Yet, she is perfect. How is that possible, you may ask. That’s because she has the uncanny ability to return to the past whenever she makes a mistake. All that’s left in the end can only be what’s perfect if all the realities in which you’ve lost are gone, after all. And that makes for one hell of a terrifying profile. Crossposting on ScribbleHub, SpaceBattles, and Wattpad. Don't mind the "Pre-Rewrite" Volume. It is there for reference until the story catches up to the chapter count via the Rewrite (and to justify the current reviews as there would be no context to them otherwise). If you are a first-time reader, feel free to start from the other Volume.
