(D/N) pants heavily as he looks around, anger coursing through his blood as the herd cries out, landing on trapper ships to be caged.

"Go on," Grimmel lowly says, (D/N) glaring at him as he slowly flies down to the ship.

Toothless roars after him, thrashing against the restraints before whining.

...

"Watch yourselves." A guard warns the others as (D/N) lands, sharply glaring around at them.

Cloudjumper lands next to him, guards ushering him into a cage. Malin squawks after him, landing with a whine before crying out as guards yell and aim their spears at her.

"Move it!" A man yells, smacking her leg with his spear.

Cloudjumper turns with a roar, Malin quickly racing over to him and cowering besides him as the men yell out.

Toothless roars in warning, (D/N)'s ears flattening as he lowly rumbles for Cloudjumper to listen.

"That's right, Alpha," Grimmel snickers, Toothless glaring over at him. "No surprises."

Malin yelps as men urge her into the cage besides Cloudjumper, Toothless calling over to the two male dragons.

(D/N) rumbles, turning around and slowly backing into the cage as the men sneer with laughs. Cloudjumper looks between Toothless and (D/N) before snorting, shaking his head as he walks into his cage.

Not before smacking the man who hit Malin with his tail, however.

...

A dragon growls lowly, guarding a baby dragon with its wing as the door was slammed shut.

Dragons hiss as cage after cage they were locked in, the men laughing triumphantly.

...

The group look over the cliff, their wing-suits now ready.

"So... Jump off the cliff, in these." Ruffnut questions, opening her leather flight suit. "That's the best you got?!"

"No." Hiccup shakes his head, pointing between the group. "You guys are the best we've got."

"Without you all, there's no way we could do this." (Y/N) nods, fixing her wings that were similar to Hiccup's.

"Aww!" Ruffnut gushes, grabbing her braid with a grin as she looks between the two.

"I'm with--" Tuffnut goes to yell, interrupted by his sister.

"I'm with them! Who else?"

"Ruffnut! That was my line," Tuffnut grumbles, angling his head up as he stares down at her.

"Come on!" (Y/N) sighs, shaking her head as she and Hiccup start racing forward.

"Try to keep up!" Astrid jokes with a smirk, (Y/N) laughing.

Hiccup jumps first, (Y/N) following with a yell of excitement. Astrid whoops, opening her wing suit as the others do the same.

"Let's try not to crash, hmm?" (Y/N) teases Hiccup, making him chuckle as he flies besides her.

...

Toothless gasps as the Light Fury was pulled away from him, making him screech after her.

The Sonic Angel thrashes against her restraints, roaring as she strains against them.

Toothless was lowered, the men ready to take him. He snarls, the men gasping and jolting away.

Grimmel smirks, laughing.

"You didn't really think I'd hand you the Night Fury, did you? He and that Echo Angel are mine to kill!"

"That snake!" The woman gasps, her comrades backing away as Toothless continues to thrash around.

"I intend to finish what I started. I'll be back for the Echo Angel soon," Grimmel calls, "best of luck controlling him and the others without an Alpha!"

"Don't worry, guys!" (Y/N)'s voice shouts in the distance, making Grimmel quickly look over.

"We're coming!" Hiccup also shouts, the group yelling in agreement.

He squints, gasping when he sees Hiccup and (Y/N) leading the others their way.

...

Hiccup dives down, (Y/N) keeping close as the others follow. Tuffnut whimpers, flailing around and grabbing Ruffnut's foot.

"Let go!" She shouts, kicking him away.

"Could've used some practice!" Snotlout cries out, wobbling.

Fishlegs pants heavily as he flaps his wings, "I should've skipped breakfast."

...

Grimmel swiftly turns, aiming his crossbow at (Y/N). Hiccup dives down to him, running into him and shoving him away from his weapon.

He yells as he falls, quickly gripping onto one of the beams.

"Hiccup!" (Y/N) yells as he spirals around, out of control.

He steadies himself, him and (Y/N) flying together as they swerve to avoid masts.

"Buds!" Hiccup shouts, Toothless nodding.

He roars, Cloudjumper swiftly bursting through his cage and blasting fire at the men as they scream.

(D/N) screeches as he rams the doors open, rushing through men as they scream in pain from his spiked scales cutting them.

Malin breaks free, flying up and roaring as she fires blasts at nearby ships.

Cloudjumper flies near Toothless, who roars for him to take care of the other ships. He nods with a roar back, leading the other free dragons.

...

The group land with grunts, Fishlegs shakily whooping as he lowers himself with a rope. Fishmeat appears from his pouch, snarling.

"Perfect timing!" Hiccup notices, the group grinning and getting to work as men start charging them.

(Y/N) draws her sword, Hiccup activating his flame-sword and the others getting their weapons ready.

"Let's do this, gang!" (Y/N) shouts, pausing when a voice above agrees.

"Yeah! What are you waiting for? Get in there!" Snotlout nods, his cape snagged on a beam.

Hiccup sighs, (Y/N) shaking her head in amusement before they all get to work.

(Y/N) clashes her blade with a man's spear, holding him back as Astrid rushes behind him and kicks his back. He faces her, and she roundhouse kicks him, knocking him out. The two girls fist-bump, nodding before charging.

Hiccup grunts as he fights off a man, kicking him away as he looks up at Toothless.

"Where's (D/N)?" He mumbles to himself.

...

Toothless manages to snap the muzzle off, roaring at (D/N) as he was surrounded by men.

The Sonic Angel hisses, her scales spiking up greatly and piercing through the restraints. She continues thrashing around with roars as the men throw chains over (D/N), him roaring and blasting fire at them as he struggles to get free.

Grimmel pants heavily as he climbs back up, gasping when he sees Toothless glaring up at him. He aims his crossbow, Toothless gathering a plasma ball in his mouth and blasting it at Grimmel as he yelps and dodges it.

The Sonic Angel screeches as the restraints snap more, and she breaks free as the structure starts tilting.

She falls for a moment before straightening herself out, diving to the ship and crashing into the men holding (D/N)'s chains.

(D/N) yanks the chains off him, snarling at the remaining men as the Sonic Angel joins his side with a deadly expression.

The men gasp with yelps, swiftly turning and fleeing as (D/N) huffs after them, the Sonic Angel nuzzling into him.

...

Grimmel races along the structure as it catches fire, leaping and grabbing onto a netting. He looks down before gasping when he sees Toothless, (D/N), and the Sonic Angel all preparing blasts to fire at him.

He sharply whistles, jumping to avoid the blasts as the Deathgrippers roar, struggling to keep flying.

The other Deathgrippers start to destroy the trapper ships in an attempt to get the gang.

(Y/N) leaps out of the way of acid, grunting as she starts fighting with another man. She swings her sword down before swinging her free hand, side-punching his cheek and backing up as she pants lightly.

"Heads up!" Hiccup yells, cutting a rope with his sword.

The beam snaps, swinging down and ramming into the man.

"Well, looks like you saved me yet again!" (Y/N) breathlessly laughs, her eyes widening when she looks behind him. "Look out!"

She throws her sword, making it spiral in the air as Hiccup ducks. The hilt rams against the man's head, knocking him out.

"Looks like you saved me this time, milady," Hiccup grins as he approaches, raising his mask. "I guess I owe you a kiss, huh?"

(Y/N) laughs, playfully rolling her eyes as she grabs one of his gas grenades, pulling the pin and tossing it in a group of men.

They look at it in confusion as Hiccup continues watching (Y/N), wrapping an arm around her waist and gently kissing her as he tosses his flaming-sword in the gas, lighting it.

"Alright, lovebirds, focus!" Astrid teasingly calls, swinging herself down from a beam with a grunt.

"Hmm," (Y/N) hums back with a laugh before looking around. "(D/N)!" She calls.

...

(D/N) snarls at Grimmel before perking up, his ear flickering back. The Sonic Angel nods, focusing on Grimmel as (D/N) rushes to his friend.

...

(D/N) roars as he flies over the flames, swooping down to (Y/N). He grabs her and Hiccup, one in each paw before helping them up as he starts flying up to Grimmel.

The Sonic Angel joins them before swerving to the left, swiftly flying and blasting another part of the structure as Grimmel yelps.

"(D/N)!" (Y/N) yells as a Deathgripper swoops down, colliding with them.

Hiccup cries out as he was thrown off the dragon, (D/N) roaring as he fights off the Deathgripper. He claws at its face, making it screech before it lets go and flies to safety.

The Sonic Angel quickly dives after Hiccup, grabbing him as he pants lightly with a sigh of relief.

"I need to get up there," he tells her, making her chitter with a nod as she flies upward.

She flies close to the structure, holding Hiccup out towards it. He grabs it and pulls himself onto it, looking down at Toothless.

"I'm coming, Toothless!"

The Sonic Angel flies around the structure with a roar when she sees her friend, gasping as a Deathgripper gets in her path. She snarls, the two starting to fight as (D/N) flies to her aid.

He rams into the Deathgripper as (Y/N) grunts, struggling to hold on as he starts to fight off the dragon.

"You still think he cares about you?!" Grimmel demands, holding on to the Light Fury as he swings himself down, inserting the venom into her helmet. "Let's just see who he follows!"

He releases the Light Fury, now under his control, and starts flying off with her. Toothless cries after her, the Sonic Angel swiftly looking over with a gasp before she roars.

(D/N) looks over at her, distracted. He cries out with a roar as the Deathgripper manages to pierce his scales with its tail, the venom spreading and affecting him.

...

Hiccup grunts as he drops himself onto Toothless' chain, spiraling and climbing down his body as he undoes the restraints.

"I'm sorry, bud. For everything."

Toothless purrs before gasping, Hiccup's eyes widening when he looks over and sees (D/N) swaying, struggling to stay awake.

"(Y/N)!"

The Sonic Angel lunges at the Deathgripper, clawing at its back and kicking at it until it releases (D/N).

The Deathgrippers carrying Toothless roar as they lose control, Hiccup frantically working to undo the restraints as (D/N) starts falling from the sky.

...

"(D/N)!" (Y/N) shouts as the Sonic Angel cries out, diving after them at a rapid speed.

...

Hiccup frees Toothless just as they nearly collide with the water, the Deathgrippers gone. Toothless bursts from the water with a roar, flying up towards (D/N).

The wounded Deathgripper slams into (D/N)'s fallen form, separating him and (Y/N) as the Sonic Angel snarls, ramming into him and kicking him away.

(Y/N) screams for her dragon in concern, and the Sonic Angel notices Toothless aiming for (Y/N) making her fly for (D/N).

She dives quicker, a loud boom echoing in the air as she folds her wings in and flies to his side.

The Sonic Angel swings herself around, colliding with (D/N) and hurling them both towards the cliff.

They crash land safely, the Sonic Angel panting heavily with soft whines as (D/N) rumbles reassuringly, still affected by the venom. She whimpers as she presses her forehead against his neck, reassuring she was there for him.

...

(Y/N) yells as she spirals through the air, noticing the Sonic Angel and (D/N) were safe. She gasps when she sees Toothless and Hiccup, sighing in relief as she was grabbed.

Toothless peers down at her in his arms with a purr, smiling at her as she grins back.

"You wanna head back to (D/N)?" Hiccup questions as she climbs up Toothless with his help, sitting behind him.

"The Sonic Angel is taking care of him. Right now, let's go save her friend!" (Y/N) replies, Hiccup nodding.

"You heard (Y/N), bud. Let's go get her!" Hiccup yells encouragingly as Toothless roars, chasing the distant Light Fury's figure.

...

Ruffnut cackles as she distracts a man, Snotlout slamming his mace down and knocking him out.

"Number two, coming through!"

He yells as he tosses his mace, Tuffnut catching it.

"Surprise!" Tuff laughs, colliding it with a man's back. "Sorry about that."

"Come on!" Snotlout whoops, catching the mace as Tuffnut throws it back. He breaks off a cage lock, the Crimson Goregutter roaring as he was freed. "One more free! Four to go!"

Fishlegs shoves a man off the deck above, grinning as Fishmeat happily wags his tail. He gasps when he notices men sneaking up on the group.

"I got your backs!" He yells, grabbing a rope and swinging down with a yell. "Out of the way!"

He knocks the line of men down, landing with a grin.

"Yeah! It's almost like we're a team!" The hook at the end of the rope swings back, ramming his head as he yelps.

Fishmeat cries out as he falls from Fishleg's pack, a trapper chuckling as he looks down at him.

"You brought a baby to a battle," he snickers, aiming his sword at the dragon as he snarls at it.

"Uh-uh-uh! I wouldn't do that if I were you," Fishlegs warns as he looks up from his spot on the floor.

The Crimson Goregutter roars, making the man gasp and turn as he sees the dragon flying towards them. The trappers scream and run away as the dragon collides with the masts of the ship, destroying them.

"I love that dragon," Fishlegs grins, scooping up Fishmeat as he coos happily.

...

Valka, (M/N), Eret and Gobber land by the three main trappers.

"Sorry we're late for the party."

"I hope you saved us some dessert," (M/N) smirks, the woman scoffing.

"Of course," Chaghatai Khan replies as the three draw their weapons. "What kind of hosts would we be if we didn't?"

...

Thunder bellows in the sky, lightning flashing as Grimmel flies the Light Fury into a storm cloud.

Toothless swiftly follows, easily catching up with a roar.

Grimmel looks back at the three with a smirk, "that's it, that's it." He mumbles, jerking the Light Fury's head to move right.

Toothless prepares a blast, (Y/N) gasping.

"Toothless, no!"

She shouts as he fires, Grimmel using the Light Fury to protect himself. The blast strikes her, making her groan in pain as she steadies herself.

"How are we going to get him off her back without hurting her?" Hiccup mumbles, his voice muffled behind his mask.

(Y/N) thinks for a moment before lighting up with an idea. "Remember Drago?"

Hiccup pauses, slowly nodding with a grin. "Of course! Let's go, bud!"

Toothless snorts with a nod, flying quicker as he focuses on the Light Fury.

...

"Fear the facial hair!" Tuffnut screams from behind a man, making him spin and swing his sword down.

The sword cuts the bind holding the 'beard', Tuffnut gasping in horror when he notices. He lets out a scream, the man gasping in fear before running away as Tuffnut chases him in a craze.

"Oh, I have missed this!" Gobber sighs, holding back a man with his axe.

"Me too!" Ragnar replies, (M/N) snickering as she swings the end of her staff down, colliding it with his head.

Ragnar yelps before swiftly turning and shoving her away, making her grunt as she slams into the side of the ship. Gobber gasps before grinning when he notices a certain dragon.

"See that there?" He questions, Ragnar raising a brow before looking back at (M/N), noticing the dragon next to her.

"Aw! Cute!"

"I hear they're a bad omen," (M/N) casually mentions as Gobber joins her side with a nod.

"You're cursed." Gobber laughs, hundreds of Hobgobblers flying up from behind the one.

Ragnar gasps, dropping his sword and whimpering as he runs away, the dragons chasing him with squeals as they eat through the deck behind him.

"Yes! Good on you!" Gobber shouts with a grin, pausing as (M/N) laughs.

"Thought you didn't like them."

"Eh, I guess they're not so bad after all," Gobber replies, lifting his peg leg and revealing the Hobgobbler chewing on it.

...

Astrid clears her throat as she approaches behind the Captain, backhanding him as he faces her. She spins the wheel, using her axe to stable it with a grunt.

She braces herself as men start screaming, the ship swerving and colliding with other trapper ships.

"Abandon ship!" A man yells as the ships scrape against one another, destroying each other as men leap into the water for safety.

A cage swerves, sliding rapidly towards the three main trappers as they scream. The cage opens, slamming into a wall with them inside and trapping them.

The group fight off the remaining men with cheers as the dragons finish destroying other trapper ships.

Toothless shivers lightly from the sudden temperature drop as he chases Grimmel through snowy mountains.

"Hiccup!" (Y/N) gasps as she looks back, Deathgrippers chasing them.

"You gotta be kidding, how many are there?!" He groans. "Toothless, we've got problems!"

"Duck!" (Y/N) shouts, her and Hiccup lowering themselves as a Deathgripper snaps at them.

Toothless snarls, spiraling and kicking one in the face before blasting a pillar, spinning as the debris falls and hits the other dragon.

He flies out of the mountains before gasping as another Deathgripper appears from his right, ramming into him.

Toothless roars, Hiccup gasping as he looks back and sees the other two still chasing.

...

"Take him down, you two!" A man down below in New Berk shouts when he sees them, the crowd cheering.

...

"(Y/N)!" Hiccup yells as a Deathgripper lands on Toothless' back, attempting to strike at him with his tail.

"Get off of him!" (Y/N) shouts as she tries to shove his claws off, to no avail.

Toothless roars as he swings around, dodging the tail as the other Deathgrippers close in.

"We need a better plan and quick!" Hiccup grunts, the others landing and swarming Toothless.

Toothless' eyes widen as he nods, his back-fins opening with lightning crackling.

"What's happening?" (Y/N) quickly questions as she looks behind her, noticing the sparks.

"What are you doing?" Hiccup mumbles before grunting as the pressure from the Deathgrippers increases. "Okay, okay!"
