《Real Life Paranormal Experiences Part 1》My Very Own Haunted House
Advertisement
When I was younger I lived in this house. There wasn't anything particularly strange about this house. It was just another normal home in the outskirts of town.
Anyway, just a little backstory to begin the story, my family history is odd to say the least. Let's just say a few members knew a thing or two about the paranormal. That might have had something to do with my experiences.
So when I was very little I would see things like shadows that looked like people in a corner of my room, or hear my name called when no one was around. We are pretty sure that there are spirits in that old house, but they were all pretty harmless, except for one.
When I was thirteen it started to become normal to hear voices in the house, or get visions, or see shadows that looked like humans. All of a sudden one day I started hearing the same name repeated over and over in my head. I later found out it was the name of a demon. The weird thing is that my father heard the name too. And he would wake up with scratches or hand prints on his arm. It never got too extreme because we moved out shortly after.
There are several reasons why all these paranormal experiences started happening, but the one I think started the hearing of that one name that my father heard as well, that might've started happening because a week or two before hearing the name I went to a sleepover where my friends tried out several ways to contact spirits.
I forgot which method it was but in one of the methods they asked who they were talking to and the name they were given was the same name I continued hearing in my home. I admittedly was a part of one of their methods even though I knew to never mess with things I didn't fully understand.

So in a way, part of what was happening was my fault. I was ashamed of what I did so I told my father who then gave me a stern lecture. I suppose that is the end of my story. I haven't been back to that house in ten years, and I don't think I want to return.

Fire and Blood
There are a lot of stories about people reborn into a fantasy world but most such individuals seem to be young, inexperienced and forced to start from the bottom up. But who attempts to summon a nobody, expending vast magical power to do so? What if there is an effort to summon a champion of the celestial host and strip them of their free will, binding them by their True Names only to be foiled as they vacate themselves to follow possession by another? What if the one summoned from something approximating our own world is a veteran in her thirties who now finds herself in a form alien, powerful, but far from invulnerable? It involves a whole lot of fire.

Cennet's Cyborg
Jared Ugo, a child genius under the nickname ‘Ban’ is caught between his own haunting past and a bleak future. Whilst he dealt with the pain of guilt and suicidal thoughts over the years, a storm was quietly brewing. That is, until the person closest to him passed away in an accident. His mind plunges, but alas, this creates an opportunity for him to close the distance between him and his mother, a chance to seize the motherly love he’s yearned for the first time in his life. But that hope would be trampled over as he finally meets the ghost of a man forged from his own sin. He struggles to stay sane as the revenge-driven father seeks to mentally break him down. Jared fights the demon he created, David Cennet, and amidst the hardships, still tries to keep his sense of morals intact despite his growing inclination to disregard them. PS: I've yet to properly proofread this one (when do I ever?) but I figured I'd upload it and maybe get some feedback in the mean time as I'm more focused on other stories and excessive drinking. Enjoy!I've begun writing the sequel!Check out my edgelord novel!

The Life Between Worlds - Prologue
"Kene comes first." Nephern and Sterthen, previously the first and second captains of the Sun Guard, were exiled. Banished to the edges of the empire that they used to call home. There, just outside of the city of Anghelen and on the edges of the Helefiran - the dark forest - they lived in relative peace, raising their daughter Kene. Nearly a decade has passed, and the "dark forest" hardly lived up to its name. For the two elite soldiers, the creatures that occasionally wandered out of it were barely a nuisance. Until now. Faced with a declaration of war from one of the Empire's oldest foes and the emergence of... something else... the two have to fight to hold onto the life that they built in exile. --- --- --- This story is continued here: The Life Between Worlds - VOL I

HEIMDALLR
After his first life, Heimdallr felt he had lived a decent way; he wrote stories and lived a simple life, avoiding publicity and focused on promoting growth to the few who cherished his works. But after being reborn as Heimdallr Dagrsson, one of the many sons of Daesal's greatest warrior Dagr, he was put into a world devoid of wide-spread access to reading and writing. Instead, he was dropped into a world where fighting and death commonly reared their heads. Now, faced between his unsupported passion and his new life's innate talent and upbringing, he will have to find his new path. He will forge a new story that would make even himself dubious of whether or not it's fact or fable. HEIMDALLR is a story taking place in the setting created for another previous work of mine called KOBOLD. It follows a reincarnated person trying to wrestle between their old life and new life's wants and needs, all the while adapting to the situations that arise out of his control. Heimdallr starts out trying to survive and live a new life, all the while facing challenges and growth both fantastical and painfully real. Loosely inspired by Norse mythology and histories (names and some themes), spun into a fantasy, grit-rooted world. Skål! All content warning tags are applied so as to allow freedom of writing but there is no intent of excess or even regular use of these themes. Regardless of this, any and all uses will have dedicated warnings presented in the chapter whenever they are present! Reader beware!
