Have you ever been haunted by a shadow? Felt bone chilling fear? I have, and it started when I was 8 and I lived in my second house. My mom had recently died and I was soaking my sadness into my family's computer.

One day I was in the back room on the computer and I saw a tall man's shadow. I called, "Dad! Dad?!" Neither of them responded, and I stood up. The shadow started running and I screamed and ran out the back door. I ran around the house and though the front door and saw my dad and my sister. They denied being in the kitchen.

Two years later, I was at the doctor's office and my dad had to go to the bathroom. "Stay right here," he pointed to a chair right next to the bathroom. I sat down and he went into the bathroom. I looked at an odd door to be in a doctor's office. The door didn't have a window in it.

I then saw the SAME shadow that had scared me years ago. It walked past the door from the inside. I didn't see the shadow until I heard thumping. I looked and saw the shadow running towards the door. I then heard the toilet flush and the bathroom door open. I haven't seen the shadow since.
