The suns rays shone through the window of schlatts office. Stacks of paper laid infront of him, the ram wasn't even reading what it said at this point. With his pen he would just sign it with his name, and throw it into another pile. Sighing heavily, the ram stood up from his seat. Stretching his legs and back, which was hurting from how slouched he's been the last few hours. Peeking out his window, he saw tubbo running around in the grass with philza. His laughs rang in schlatts ears, his nose twitched as he crossed his arms. He knew of tubbos regression, as the boys secret father, it was like a fatherly instinct to know what tubbo was doing to make himself happy. While schlatt showed his support in small ways, via buying tubbo a bee plush for Christmas and giving him all the privacy he needed. The male still couldn't get the feeling of jealousy off his shoulders, his nails dugs into the fabric of his shirt. Seeing tubbo so happy and carefree, forgetting about tommy, even if it was just for a moment, make schlatt shake with envy.
The only problem was that schlatt was the fucking president. What kinda of leader is pathetic enough to indulge in something like that? The idea of even attempting to regress was foriegn to the man. Watching as philza caught up to tubbo, giving the boy a hug before taping his shoulder. The sound of his voice yelling 'tag! You're it!' Filled the air. Schlatt couldn't watch anymore, slowly he sulked away from the window, sitting down in his seat once more. His muscle screaming at him to walk around some more, and let them rest. Schlatt was so caught up in pretending to do his work, he didnt even notice quackity walking in. Holding two more stacks of paper in his arms, when schlatt saw the papers he about sobbed. Quackity plopped the papers next to schlatt, crossing his arms. "These are due by next friday" he said boredly, turning on his heels to walk out the door. However he was stopped by the small sobs of schlatt, looking over his shoulder, he was shocked to see schlatt had laid his head against his desk. His shoulders tembling as tears streamed down his face and onto the wooden desk.

Quackity hesitated before stepping closer, kneeling down a bit to see his face better. "Uh- schlatt? You okay?" Schlatt sniffled before lifting up his head, almost bonking quackity with his huge horns. "Tubbos' all happy" he said shakily, sobbing once more as new tears made there way down his face. Quackity glanced out the window, noticing tubbo and philza messing arounf in the nearby flower field. "Yeah? What about that" he asked confused, watching as schlatt wiped his eyes. "I wanna b-be happy too" quackity stood there, confused as he wracked his brain on what was happening in this moment. Finally, he connected the dots. Smiling softly, quackity placed a hand on schlatts shoulder. "You can be happy too bud, wanna be happy like tubbo?" Schlatt nodded his head. His tears quickly drying up. Scooping the man into his arms, quackity walked out of the office. Quickly heading towards schlatts bedroom, on the other side of the building. Thankfully they were both able to stay hidden, as they entered the room quackity sat schlatt down on the large bed.
"Tomorrow we can go shopping alright? But for right now you need a nap" quackity said softly, scooting schlatt further onto the bed. Giving them both room to lay down. Schaltt nodded his head in agreement, allowing his vice president to pulled the thick blanket up past his shoulders. Quackity moved some hair away from schaltts eyes, planting a kiss on his forehead. Schlatt smiled softly, bringing his knees up to his chest. Closing his eyes, schlatt easily fell asleep in a matter of minutes.
As he slept, Quackity went onto his computer, searching early for things to get for his little lamb.

Destinatus
Volume 1: Follows the story of an amnesiac named Gratus whose narrative reflects the fragmentation in his mind. His journey to restore his memories pits him against monsters and questionable allies that seem to want him dead. Volume 2: Prequel to volume 1 that follows Cogito's narrative, a rising star that is tied to a family legacy he cannot escape. Connects the fragments in volume 1 and expands on the world of Dominia. **Author’s Note: Cover Art and Synopsis is subject to change. I just wanted to post my story here to get feedback and improve it, so it’s okay to be brutally honest! What I am posting is a rough draft so I don't mind rewritting whole chapters and segments of stories as long as it doesn't make the story worse haha. **Author’s Note: LitRPG elements begins in Volume 2, same with potentially traumatising content.

Letters from a Dying World
Times historic are often penned after the fact in the lifeblood of the pitiful, forgotten masses. That roiling, uncountable crush of humanity, they who held the pikes and they who threw down the tyrants. Their veins opened by gazes academic, sharp and cruel, and pecked away at with quills, written out of their own story. The Second Dark Crusade was a time of such poignancy. A time when the light of man waned and flickered, choking in the acrid smoke of its own inadequacy. As befitting of such an age it has been covered more than a capital whore, and so I attempt not to tell that story again. That story of dull, unfeeling analysis. Neither here will you find the browbeating, propagandistic screeds so common in the hands of men, the light of youth still burning behind their eyes. Nay, here I shall attempt to cover fresh ground, not tread on the grave dirt of long dead authors. Here I shall attempt to tell the story of the small lives caught, unbeknownst to them, in the great and torrential downpour that we now call history. Here lies the true story of The Second Crusade. - Loremaster Ip'Qal
