I sat and ate my fruit in peace, until everybody else came over to eat something. "Mommy, I have some?" Xela squirmed her way into my lap. I handed her a watermelon and she got off me and sat on Dave's lap. "Wow you go and sit with the enemy Xela?" She laughed and hid her face in his neck. "I see how it is, whatever Imma just share with Jayden." Jayden came and sat on my lap and he stuck his tongue out at her. She just ignored us and started talking to Dave.

"Ok get yo ass off me." I pushed his big ass off my lap. "Jayda can you come wimme to get some icecream for the kids?" Milan asked me. "Yea gimme a second." I closed the fruit container and stood up.

We walked away, but we stopped because Dave called me back. "Put yo shorts on, I dont need niggas looking at whats mine.." He whispered in my ear. I backed away and mouthed "make me." I shrugged and walked back over to Milan.

"Your brother is a weirdo I swear." I told her laughing. We made it to the icecream truck and I got Xela a Spongebob popsicle thing and Jayden a cup of strawberry icecream with strawberry syrup. "What does your brother eat?" I asked Milan. "He eats the strawberry shortcake ice cream but I can buy it for him Jayda." I waved her off. "Can I get strawberry shortcake icecream and a vanilla cup with bananas and chocolate syrup. Oh and add her order to mine." The man nodded and went to make everything.

"Jayda I just said I can pay-." I cut her off. "Shhhh shhhh. I got it already." He handed her some of the stiff and me the rest. We walked over and handed everything their icecream.

I was about to give Dave his, buttttt. "I shouldn't even give this to you because you didnt wanna hand me my fruit but im actually nice." I handed him his icecream and fake smiled.

We sat listening to music and eating. "Mommy, can you wipe my face pwease?" Xela tapped me with her sticky fingers. I grabbed the wipes out the bag and cleaned her off. "Can you hand me one too?" Milan asked. I gave her one and she wiped off Amaya's face.

"Jayda can you take my pictures?" Milan asked me and handed me her phone. "I dont got a choice do I?" She shook her head no and smiled.

I started taking her pictures and Dave came up next to me. "Can you take some of us together?" I handed him her phone. "Xela and Amaya come here." We posed with them and Dave took our picture.

When we finished taking pictures Dave handed Milan her phone. "Mommy you come to water with me?" Xela asked me while tapping my leg. "Come on boog." I grabbed her and Amaya's hand and we went to the water.

She went in the water playing with Amaya and I was just making sure they didn't go too far in. "Mommy look at this." Xela did a cartwheel. "Wow baby that is soooo good!" She started gymnastics right when she turned 2 and now she's turning 3 in 2 months.

I was occasionally taking pictures of the girls but I kept feeling this wave of uncomfortableness coming over me so I called the girls over. "How about we go build sandcastles?" I suggested. "Yessss!" Thank the lord they not being difficult. We went back to the tent and I sat down on the blanket kn the floor next to Dave.

Everybody started doing their own thing really. Milan was playing catch with Xela and Jay was building sandcastles with Amaya and me and Dave were just laying there.

I laid on my side and he laid next to me on his back. "Mama what you think about going out tonight, just me and you for our last day?" Dave asked me. "I already talked to Milan about watching Xela and Jayden dont care." He said before I asked questions. "Well Im down, what you wanna do?" He leaned in to my face. "That my dear is a surprise." I rolled my eyes and laid down. "Its lowkey getting cold." Milan came back over to us. "Yall ready to go then?" I asked.

We cleaned up everything and left. We made it back to the house in like 30 minutes. I immediately took Xela upstairs to take a bath. "Come on girlie, I dont need no complaining. You gotta take a bath. Jayden, go shower." Xela went up the stairs and in the bathroom and I followed right behind her.

I ran her bath water and was about to put her in. "Mommy I put Peppa Pig in dere?" She was holding her bubbles. "Go ahead Xela." She poured it in and watched the bubbles get big. "Come on because we gotta wash your hair." She stepped in and sat down. I put some baby soap on a towel and washed her body. She rinsed off and let me wash her hair. "Mommy can I wash now?" I handed her towel and put some bath toys in there.

She played for a while and I rinsed the conditioner out her hair. "Come on Xela, you can play when you get out." I picked her up out the bath and wrapped her in a towel and carried her into her and Amaya's room so she wont soak the floor. I dried her off and assisted her with putting her pajamas on. "Come on so I can do your hair really quick." We went back in the bathroom and I blowdried her hair and put it in 2 french braids. When we get back Im braiding her hair so this is just prep.

"Go ahead and play in your room." she ran to go play with her babies. "Can I watch movie please?" She handed me her iPad. I opened Disney+ and let her pick her own movie. I left out her room leaving the door open and went into my room.

When I walked in I saw Dave coming out the bathroom with a towel wrapped around his waist and his chest dripping water. "What uh time are we uh leaving?" I said trying to hold my composure. "We are uh leaving at uh 7." He mocked the way I was talking. "What should I wear?" He smirked. "Whatever makes you feel pretty but go casual." I rolled my eyes. "Useless as hell. I look pretty in everything."

I grabbed a bra and underwear out my bag and went in the bathroom to shower. I co washed my hair and washed my body thoroughly. After about 45 minutes I got out. I dried off and put my bra and panties on.

I walked out the bathroom to see Dave sitting on the balcony smoking. I got my lil outfit out from my suitcase. I decided on a baby blue 2 piece set and some white slip on Vans. Dave came in and examined my outfit. "You look beautiful mama." He pulled me in to a kiss. "Thank you baby." I pulled away so I can put my jewelry on.

I finished and sat on the bed waiting for him to get dressed. "So, you gonna tell me where we going?" He shook his head. "You'll see." I rolled my eyes and stood up.

I went over to him and hugged him from behind. Yall I aint even gone lie but Im mad horny right now and him being right here is not making it any better.

I went downstairs to see Dave lowkey pacing. "You nervous or something?" I asked him and he stopped. "Nah, but you was taking a long ass time." He brushed it off. "Shhhhh, stop complaining and lets go." He opened the door for me and helped me in the car.

We were driving for a good 15 minutes when we made it to a hotel? "Why are we at a hotel?" I asked in confusion. He ignored me and helped me out the car.

We walked in and went to the front desk. "Reservation for Brewster." he said in his business man voice. The lady handed him a key. "Up to the 41st floor, sir." I am so confused about whats going in right now.

We went in the elevator, and when we got off it was a huge suite with rose petals all over the floor. "Whats all of this for?" He guided me off the elevator and into the room. "For you duh." I smiled and he led me to the kitchen. "I know we already ate but we are having dessert." He pulled my chair out and I sat down.

I looked down at the table was a slice of cheesecake with a question mark written in chocolate next to it. "What is this for?" I looked up and saw Dave down on one knee. "Before you go crazy I want you to know that I am not proposing.. yet. This is just step 1 of our life together, making it official. I know that we have made it official before and I got caught up. But, this time it is different. We had time to grow together, spend quality time together and learn how to love eachother. So, Jayda London, I am asking you right now to become my girlfriend." I was smiling from ear to ear. "Yes, but you already knew that."

He stood up and kissed me. One thing led to another, he was carrying me and we were making our way to the bedroom. Somehow we were both shirtless.
