Aurora's pov

Waking up I'm still on the floor in my wedding dress. So I slowly stand up and go into the bathroom looking at myself I look really exhausted and my muscles hurt from the way I slept on the floor.

I get out of my dress and get make-up off together with getting everything out of my hair. I step into the warm shower and try to relax.

This is now my home.

This is now my new life.

It's still so surreal when I think about it.

Being done with showering I just wear some of my sweatpants and a shirt letting my hair air dry. I mean Theo will have to see me everyday and we are already married so I don't really see a reason to make myself extra beautiful for him.

Opening the door I walk down the stairs and into the kitchen. Seeing Theo sitting on a barstool looking really tired.

„Didn't sleep well?" I ask him.

„Nah, just in a really weird position you know and you?"

„same"

„You wanna eat something I can show you where everything is for the future and then make us something to eat how does that sound?"

„Yeah, that sounds good, thank you. But I kind of thought you would have a maid."

„Nah, I don't need one. I can cook for myself and the house is not as big as the one from my parents. You know I don't need much space I never even thought I could fill the space that I have."

„You don't want kids?"

„Well it's not that I don't I just never thought it would happen you know, do you want kids?"

„Yeah I really do. Just not know way too early and I'm not really ready for the process it's needs to make a child you know what I mean?" I ask shy.

„Yeah sure, so you've never had a boyfriend or girlfriend?"

„No, I actually had my first kiss rather recently"

„Oh really when?" he asks in a tone I can't quit interpret.

„Yeah to my husband yesterday you know. I don't know if you know him. He is quiet arrogant and doesn't really smile much to other people let alone is friendly to them." I say surprisingly bold for me.

„Oh really" he says amused „arrogant?"

„That's all you took from that really?"

„Well yeah and I think that my wife will just has to live with that."

„Alright then husband, show me we're everything in this kitchen is." I say smiling

To which he also smiles and replies with „of course, wife."

After he showed me everything we cooked and ate together.

When we were done he showed me the rest of the house.

Downstairs are the kitchen, dining- and living room. Together with a cabinet for extra food and a bathroom with a washing room directly connected to it and an empty extra room.

Going upstairs there were six rooms. One of them his bedroom with mine directly in front of it. At the end of the hall is his office so he can work from home. The rest of the three rooms are still empty. Every room has a bathroom connected.

Outside the house is really big beautiful garden with a big porch and a pool.

The time went quicker than expected, it already being 4pm we drive to the airport where I expect to go into a normal plane. But with Theo it obviously isn't normal so when we get there the only plane being there is a privat jet.

„A privat jet really? I don't need that." I say shocked.

„Yes we do, no strangers that complain and we can stop whenever we want."

So stepping out we go into the plane getting greeted by the pilot and sitting down in one of the leather armchairs.

Theo sits down right next to me.

„You're still not gonna tell me were we're going right?"

„Right, just sit back and relax."

But with this being my first ever flight I can't just sit back and relax. So the Moment the plane starts moving I began to panick and quickly grab Theos hand.

Looking over at me „first flight?" he asks.

„Mmh" is all I can say.

„It okay just squeeze my hand and try to relax nothing is gonna happen."

So that is just exactly what I do.

After we started and were now in the air it isn't that bad anymore but I still didn't let go of Theos hand seeing as it felt nice and he didn't seem to mind as well.

Get shaking awake I look over at Theo.

„Come on were here."

I didn't even realize I felt asleep but as soon as he said we were there I jumped up looking out the window.

„Where are we?"

„We are in the Maledives"

„Oh my goodness really wow." I say mesmerized by the view.

Going out of the plane we take of to our own bungalow. It is so beautiful we are directly on the ocean but still with a pool on our porch. Everything looks so natural.

Putting all our clothes out of the bags and into the closet we put everything else away as well.

Now finally relaxing again I lay with my back on the bed closing my eyes.

„It's really beautiful here. I love it already." I say

„Yeah" saying that Mattheo sits down next to me.

„You okay?" he asks out of nowhere after a few minutes of silence.

„Yeah, why no-" I pause mid sentence sensing he knows something and then remember me crying. I look at him seeing him already looking at me.

„I'm sorry, I didn't mean to pry I just heard you and I want you to be comfortable and happy." he quickly defends himself.

„It's fine it was just a bit much in a short time and everything began to sink in. You know my life is now completely upside down and I don't know how the rest of my life will look like."

„I understand and I promise you can come to me with everything and I will try to find a solution."

„Thank you"

„We should go eat something and then just lay down and relax how does that sound?" Theo asks.

„That a very good Plan"

So that is exactly what we did today.
