After learning a new information, our memory of that information declines over time if we don't review it. Try to review your notes.

Reviewing, which is going back and reading through content you have already studied. You have to keep reviewing again and again, at least 3 times in a day. If you review the notes like daily or weekly, the less you'll forget it and by reviewing a lot the topic which you're learning makes you remember the information better.
