Vera is still being pinned against the wall

Vera - Tell me who you are, what you want?

William smiles at Vera

William - There is no need to be scared of me, I'm not here to hurt you. I am here for my wife Victoria that is all. I believe she is staying here?

Vera - She is not

William smiles again

William - Now please don't lie to me, I know that she is staying here

Vera - Well yes she was staying here but now she's left

William - Has she really? And where has she gone?

Vera - I can't tell you that, she wouldn't want me to. She doesn't want to return home with you

William - I'm sure she does really, the foolish stubborn girl tries to fight what is right but if she'd only stop for one second and think clearly she'd know that God wants her to be with me! She belongs with me!

Vera - Yes well I would like to know how you found out she was staying here?

William - I just did and that's all you need to know

Vera - Please leave now

William - Not until you tell me where she is staying now

Vera - I told you already I won't tell you

William - You will...you see I really don't want to hurt you but if I really have to I will. The lord encourages me to avoid violence whenever possible, but on occasion it is necessary. He permits it when needed

Shanice - Not hungry this morning darling?

Shanice - We'll go to the police this morning about what that thug did to you last night

Dr - Good morning Miss Gibson, its good to see you awake and sitting up. We were all rather worried about you the other day

Cheryl looks confused

Cheryl - What happened to me doc?

Dr - Don't you know? We were all waiting for you to wake up so we could ask you. I think the police will want to speak to you and your governor at Wentworth seemed keen as well

Cheryl - The last thing I remember was having a cup of coffee with Kel

Dr - Ah yes I see

Cheryl - After that?.... I just don't remember anything

Dr - Do you remember what you were talking to Kelly about?

Cheryl - No not really....I'm sure we talked about Lexie...she's another inmate at Wentworth, or I should say was another inmate....well anyway I seem to think we talked about her for a while

Dr - But you can't remember what you said about her?

Cheryl shakes her head and looks blank

Kelly, Louise, and Ailsa are sitting together in the dining room

Louise- So what will we do about Cheryl?

Kelly - Relax Lou, our friend Mr Brewer is going to take care of her for us isn't he

Ailsa - Yeah well I'd like to know who you have in mind to be next?

Brumby enters the room

Brumby - Anyone serving here?

Vera and Meg are having breakfast

Vera - You don't have the number for Jim's place do you?

Meg - No, I thought you would have it? You did live there for a while

Vera - I really need to talk to Jim or Kath, it's urgent

Meg - Why Vera? What is the problem?

Jeremy is with Kyle and Shanice

Jeremy (sheepish) - Whatever you're planning for Mr Fletcher and Kath I think you should just not do it. We've done enough to them already

Brumby - It is very urgent yes Miss...I want to put in a request for a transfer to Barnehurst and I need your help

Lisa - Barnehurst Michelle? I'm afraid I'm not sure the department would approve it. You see Barnehurst is low security and with your record for escape attempts...

An angry Jeremy is at the police station with the desk sergeant. His face is clearly marked where Shanice has hit him

Vicki is alone in Kath and Jim's lounge as the doorbell goes. She gets up to answer

Kath is in the garden as Shanice and Kyle point a garden hose over the fence and turn it on full blast soaking Kath

Kath screams out with shock and turns around to get a face full of water, she shields her face

Grace - I was told you wished to report a crime son?

A soaking wet Kath is in her lounge, she calls out

She makes her way upstairs

The governor's office

Lisa is there with Janice. Janice looks shocked

Janice - She wants to go to Barnehurst?

Lisa - Yes and I told her that with her record its highly unlikely the department would agree to it, but I said I'd ask anyway

Janice - Did she say why she wants to go?

Lisa - Oh yes, she wants to reconcile with her mother

Janice - I see. Well, she isn't classed as a high-risk offender, she isn't violent. Really she is the type of offender Barnehurst is designed for

Cheryl is sitting up in bed as Matt arrives. Matt looks shocked

Kath is in dry clothes and drying her hair vigorously with a towel as the doorbell goes, she goes to answer and is surprised to find Vera at the door. Meg can be seen waiting in the car

Kath - Vera? What brings you here?

Vera - It's about Vicki, is she there?

Kath - As a matter of fact she doesn't seem to be, I'm annoyed actually because I asked her to keep an eye on Scott for me while I was in the garden

Vera looks worried

Vera - I see, so you have no idea where she is?

Kath - No, why Vera? What is this all about?

Vera - William turned up at meg's place last night. He knew she had been there. I have no idea how he found out and he refused to tell me. But anyway he made me tell him Vicki was here, I didn't want to but he threatened me with violence

Kath looks concerned but her attention is drawn to a police car pulling up outside Shanice's

The governor's office

Lisa is sat waiting as Janice is on the phone

Janice- I see, thanks yes. Goodbye

Janice puts the phone down

Janice - The department has approved the transfer to Barnehurst

Lisa looks surprised

Lisa - I really didn't think they'd do for it

Janice - Well Dwyer likes good publicity and he has decided that if we do a story for the papers on how the department showed compassion in reuniting a mother and her daughter it will look good for them

Lisa - Ah I see

Janice - And personally I am not sure how convinced I am that she has really put her troublemaking days behind her, so Barnehurst is welcome to her. One less headache for me

Matt is talking to the dr

Matt - Is this normal? The fact she can't remember who attacked her?

The dr- Short term amnesia certainly can occur, I wouldn't exactly call it a common occurrence but it happens yes

Matt - And how long does it last? Presumably, the person gets their memory back eventually?

The dr - There are cases where they never regain the memory of what happened

Matt - But usually they do?

The dr - Yes, usually they will remember sooner or later. It can be a bit of a waiting game really. You can never be sure when or if it will happen

Matt looks concerned

Shanice and Kyle are led away to a police car as Kath and Vera watch

Shanice glares over with a face of fury

Shanice - I suppose it was you who called the pigs was it, Karen? Well, you needn't think I'm gonna bleeding well own up to anything you hear me! I DIDN'T DO A THING!

Policeman - Shut up and get in the car Mrs Battersby

Kath - so you think William has taken her away?

Meg calls out from the car

Vera - I wanted to warn her before it was too late. But if he has got her now maybe you can try and help her if you know the address?

Kath nods her head

A crying Vicki is locked in a room as the door unlocks.

Mr. and Mrs McPherson enters and she rushes over in tears

Vicki - Mum! Dad! please help me! William forced me back here!

Mrs McPherson hugs her

A tearful Shanice is sitting in a room as Kyle is brought in to join her

Grace talks to another officer

Grace - Any luck with the boy?

Officer - No inspector, denied everything

Grace turns to look at Shanice and Kyle

Grace and the other officer step out of the room leaving Shanice and Kyle alone

Brumby is loading the skip as Louise and Kelly follow her, both with a look of excitement in their eyes

Kelly (whispering) - I'm going to enjoy killing her!

Suddenly Pat Slattery appears at the end of the corridor. Kelly and Louise dart into a cell out of sight

Pat - Tucker, come with me to see the governor, please

Brumby - Hey is it about my request for a transfer?
