A/N: I have decided to do shorter summaries for the episodes now. The chapters will cover one season apiece until I get to Season 8, where I will do every episode in depth. Also, there are no Samantha and William in this story, so I had to switch that around a bit in this story. Hope you enjoy the chapter. Let me know what you think with some comments or reviews. "I wonder how long it is going to take Ollie to get back to the team?" Thea asked.

"I would think that it will only be a few months. I don't think that the team is good enough without him to function right now." Sara said.

"I agree. Oliver is the reason why the team moves the way that it does. Without him there, there is no real leadership." Laurel said.

"I understand that, but don't you think he might get sucked too far into domestic bliss if he is gone with Felicity for too long?" Thea asked.

"I guess it is possible, but I don't think that will happen though." Diggle said.

"Yeah, I can't see Oliver staying away for too long." Tommy said.

"I hope you are right." Roy said.

"Ok, are you ready to start year four?" Conner asked and everyone sat down and nodded.

Oliver and Felicity are living in Ivy Town and he is about to propose when Laurel and Thea ask for help. They go back to the city to help and they find out they will be going against Damian Darhk and HIVE. Team Arrow stops Darhks attack on the train station and the Oliver give a speech of his intentions of the Green Arrow to the City.

Oliver decides to run for mayor when a family friends decides to drop out of the race because of an attack on her daughter. Thea's blood lust is becoming a problem because she burned the Lonnie Machin when they were going after him.

Thea and Laurel go to Nanda Parbat in hopes of reviving a dead Sara Lance. They do this but she has no soul. Meanwhile back in the city Oliver and Diggle try to stop a meta and Oliver took a hit for Diggle and now they are back on the same page and friends again.

Oliver finds out that Quentin is working with Darhk and asks him why he is doing this. In the end Oliver convinces Quentin to be his spy in hive. Quentin also helps Team Arrow take down some cop killers who were actually the cops that were supposed take down the vigilantes in the city.

Sara gets free and is now going after people who look like Thea because of her blood lust. Oliver finds out that Sara is alive, and the team finally are able to stop her. Oliver brings in Constantine to help get Sara's soul back which works. Quentin does a job for Darhk with Diggle's help, who finds out why his brother was really killed.

Felicity and Curtis find out that Ray Palmer is still alive and find a way to save him because he is being held by Darhk. Oliver is working on his campaign with the help of his new campaign manager. Team Arrow go and get Ray and turn him back to his real sized with the help of some tech that Curtis build. Sara ends up leaving the city because she thinks that it is better for everyone else.

Diggle finds out that his supposedly dead brother is still alive and is really working for Darhk. They take him hostage and Diggle find out why Andy has done everything that he has. Thea finds out that with the blood lust that Darhk's magic can't hurt her and that his magic might be her cure.

Oliver is trying to clean up the city, which is not what Darhk wants, so he attacks one of Oliver's events which makes Oliver out Darhk. Darhk takes Felicity, Diggle and Thea hostage and almost kills them. Oliver finally proposes to Felicity but the night ends with the limo that they are in being shot and Felicity being injured.

The team try to find Darhk while Felicity is in the hospital. They go up against Machin again and take him down, but Oliver lets him go to go after Darhk. Oliver later finds out where Darhk lives and saves his family from Machin. Darhk lets Oliver live for saving his family. It is found out that being shot has paralyzed Felicity.

Felicity is having a hard time finding out where she fits now. ARGUS is attacked by a group named Shadowspire who end up killing Waller for a program that she possesses. Andy helps the team stop Shadowspire and is freed by Team Arrow. Felicity was able to help the team and is now in better spirits.

Thea ends up getting sick because she is not killing people and satisfying the blood lust. Roy is back in town but his is under the control of a man who is known as the Calculator, who turns out to be Felicity's father. The team gets control of Roy and stops the Calculator's plan. Nyssa escapes confinement in Nanda Parbat and find the cure for the blood lust and tells Oliver what he must do to get this cure for Thea.

Oliver tries to make Malcolm and Nyssa make a compromise that will save Thea. They both except but Malcolm pulls out and starts a war in the city. Nyssa and Malcolm are going to duel for control of the League, but Oliver takes her place and defeats Malcolm by cutting off his hand. Oliver gives Nyssa the ring and Nyssa give Oliver the cure. Thea wakes up. Malcolm is mad about what Oliver did so he turns on him and give Darhk information about Oliver.

Malcolm joins Darhk's team who are looking to take over the city with Ruve Adams becoming the new mayor. They hire a team to kill Quentin who ends up being saved by Laurel. The team is then going to go after the building that is going to hold that night's mayor debate. Team Arrow stops them. Conner ends up being taken that night because of the information that Malcolm gave Darhk.

Darhk tries to use Conner to get Oliver to stop going after being the mayor of the city. Oliver does end up dropping his campaign to save his son. Oliver calls in a friend, Mari McCabe, who uses a magic totem to become the spirit of different animals. They end up find that Darhk's magic has to do with the same magic that idol that Reiter used on Lian Yu. The team found a way to break the idol using one of Mari's animal spirits and they were able to stop Darhk and save Conner. Felicity breaks off the engagement because she thinks that Oliver is still in love with Laurel and because they have a kid together.

Oliver and Felicity decide to have a fake wedding to lure Cupid out because she is going after engaged couples in the city. Laurel is getting ready for her trial against Darhk and has to use Quentin as a witness because he has been working for him. The team takes down Cupid at the fake wedding and Felicity ends leaving the team and Quentin is suspended because of him working with Darhk.

Brie Lavin comes to town to try and get a chip like Felicity is using to make her be able to walk again in order to cure herself of some tumor. Oliver gets stung by one of her bees and they then start to duplicate inside of his body. Laurel uses her cry to stop the bees in Oliver's body. Darhk finds out that HIVE is going to let him rot in prison, so he makes himself some new friends.

Malcolm and his followers break into the bunker and take the idol so that Darhk can get his powers back, but a piece is missing. Diggle ends up having the piece and shows it to his brother. Darhk is trying to escape prison and Team Arrow goes and stops them along with Andy. When they find Darhk, Andy gives him the final piece of the idol and now Darhk has magic again. Darhk uses one of Oliver's Arrows to stab Laurel for Quentin's disobedience. Laurel makes it through surgery and tells Oliver that he is the love of her life even if she is not his. She ended up dying on this night not knowing that she was the love of his life as well.

A kid named Evelyn Sharpe stole Laurel device that make her Canary Cry. She wanted revenge on the Darhks. Oliver ends up stopping Evelyn from killing Ruve and regretting it. At the funeral, Oliver outs Laurel as the Black Canary because Ruve is trying to turn the city against the Black Canary for what Evelyn was doing. Oliver then promised that he was going to kill Darhk when he was talking to Barry who had come to visit him after the funeral.

Oliver and Felicity go to Hub City to meet someone that might be able to teach him how to beat Darhk's powers. He didn't do well, and the magician said that she could not help him because of all the darkness he had in himself. John meanwhile was captured by Andy and was used to find Lyla so that Darhk could get control of Rubicon, which controlled all of the world's nuclear bombs. Darhk got the weapon, but not before Oliver stopped his powers by using the light that he had inside. Oliver found Diggle right after he had killed his brother for threatening his family. Thea is now being held captive in Darhk's city that is conveniently placed up under the glades.

Oliver has to break into Palmer Tech to steal a device that will help disable the bombs that Darhk has control of now. The device is for the Calculator who will be helping them stop the bombs. The father and daughter team are able to stop the program, but one bomb is still launched, and it could not be stopped. It was sent to a well populated area, so Felicity sent it coordinates to a less populated town. Oliver found Darhk and he was sucking up all the power he could from the people who had died in the explosion of the nuclear bomb.

Oliver and Diggle find the Darhk's city and save Thea, but while they are there, Machin is causing trouble so the team tries to get everyone out of there as soon as they can. They then go after Machin who is setting the place up to blow. They can't stop him and Ruve ends up dying in the process. Darhk decides that he is going to steal the Rubicon program back, so he goes to Felicity's place and attacks her in her home to get it back.

Darhk fires all of the nuclear bombs in the world. The team has a couple of hours to stop it. Oliver goes after Darhk while the rest of his team try to stop the hacker who is with Rubicon. They stop the hacker and Oliver finally ends up taking out Darhk with an Arrow the same way Darhk did with Laurel. Once this is all over, the starts to fall apart, Thea leaves because of the darkness inside of her, Diggle because he needs find amends for believing in Andy and causing Laurel's death, and Quentin is leaving with Donna Smoak because he was fired from the police. Felicity was still around though. Oliver was then called and told that the city would like him to be mayor.

"Wow, that was a wild ride. Looks like the team saved the world though." Roy said.

"Yeah, I can't believe I would leave my brother alone like this though." Thea said.

"It won't happen this time around though. We all know that without Malcolm being around, he will not turn you to the darkness like he did in the videos." Sara said.

"I can't believe I am dead though. So, is this what you are trying to fix?" Laurel asked.

"It is one of the most important things that we are trying to do." Conner said.

"What makes me so important?" Laurel said.

"You are the one who dad loves. He would do anything for you. I mean look at it, he didn't try to kill Darhk when he hurt my mom, but as soon as you died, he was all for killing him. I think that shows how much he loves you right there." Mia said.

"I don't know about that. I still think that Felicity was the love of his life in that timeline." Laurel said.

"You will see differently in the next year. You will see what I am talking about soon. This event shows that you are his perfect match." Conner said.

"So, I am getting a little hungry. How about we take a break for a while?" Conner asked and everyone got up and went to the kitchen to get some food and talk some more.
