《The Beginning of the Age of Heroes》Chapter 11

After the group had been out and found out what they could about the island they all went back to the plane so that they could talk about what they found. It had been a lot to take in at the beginning because they found out that the island was a lot bigger than they thought it was. If it hadn't been for the time that they had on their hands right now, they might have never had the chance to see what was on other parts of the island.
"So, what was your favorite part of the island that we didn't know about yet?" Oliver asked Laurel.
"I would have to say that little lake with a waterfall. I think we could definitely put that to use at another time when we are more alone." Laurel said with a smile.
"I like the way you think. I think we can definitely find our way back there." Oliver said.
"Get your mind out of the gutter, you two." Sara said as she couldn't help but laugh at them.
"What does it mean when you say "Get your mind out of the gutter?" Thea asked.
"You will learn one day Speedy, but for now, you don't need to know." Sara said and she couldn't help but laugh because the group kept on screwing up and saying things like that in front of Thea.
"You know if we keep on talking like this we might as well go on and tell her some things. We can't just keep on saying that she will learn later. Plus, she doesn't need to get home when she is 17 and know nothing about sex." Laurel said quietly to Oliver.
"I know. I'm just not ready to take all of her innocence from her yet. I never thought that she would kill someone at the age of twelve and it looks like she has taken more than one life." Oliver said.

"She is doing what she needs to in order to survive Ollie. I think by the end of this she will be an even better person than she is now and she will have learned so much because of her experiences here and in the League of Assassins." Laurel said.
"I guess you are right. I will start telling her some things. Just not yet." Oliver said as he kissed his girlfriend who was always smarter than he was.
"So, what was your favorite part of the island, Barry?" Kara asked.
"I liked that submarine that we found. I would have liked to have taken a closer look at it so that we could know where it was from and all of that." Barry said.
"You are such a geek, but I still love you." Kara said.
"What was your favorite part then?" Barry asked.
"I liked the monastery that we found. It kind of reminded me of some places on Krypton." Kara said quietly to Barry, who just nodded.
"What about you Sara? What was your favorite part?" Barry asked.
"I have to agree with Oliver and Laurel. I liked the lake with the waterfall." Sara said.
"Sounds like you. Always so horny." Laurel said quietly beside her sister who could only smile.
"What did you like Shado?" Yeo Fei asked.
"I liked the monastery. It kind of reminded me of home." Shado said.
"Yes. I have to agree with you there. What about you Thea?" Yeo Fei asked.
"I liked the submarine, like Barry did. Maybe we can go back one day and find out more about it." Thea said.
"I would be happy to go with you Thea, because I want to know more about it too." Barry said and Thea smiled at him.

"Thank you Barry." Thea said.
"I don't know what all of you are going on about. We are still stuck on this God forsaken island." Slade said.
"Don't worry Slade, I am sure we will find a way to get off of the island soon enough." Oliver said and the rest of the group nodded.
. . .
The next day it was back to training as usual, so all of the group was up early and ready to work. All of the kids were still eager to learn what they could so that they would be better fighters when it was time for the League of Assassins to find them. They worked very hard at what they were learning and right now they were really showing strides since they had gotten to the island and started training with Slade, Yeo Fei, and Shado.
"I am impressed kid, but don't think you are going to beat me anytime soon." Slade said to Oliver.
"I know it will be a while before that happens, but I know I will one day." Oliver said.
"I will never teach you everything that I know. That is a sign that you want someone to beat you. I have to keep an ace or two up my sleeve." Slade said.
"I bet I will beat you within the next couple of months Slade." Laurel said with a smile.
"Don't bet on it Laurel. If I am not going to let Oliver beat me, I am definitely not going to let you beat me." Slade said.
"I will beat you in two months. I guarantee it." Laurel said.
"Ok, you are on. I will fight you in two months time and I will beat you so badly that you won't even know what happened." Slade said.
As Laurel walked away, Kara walked up to her and asked, "How do you plan on beating him?"
"I am going to sandbag so that he doesn't think that I am that good and when we fight, I will show him everything that I know." Laurel said.
"I don't know if that will be enough Laurel." Kara said.
"I might also use a little bit of my powers." Laurel said with a smile.
"I knew you were going to say that. Good luck then." Kara said as she went back to training and so did Laurel.
A/N: I thought that it would be fun to add that part in with Laurel at the end. We all know that she and Sara are going to be some of the best fighters in the world once they are done with their training, so it will show some of what she is capable of when she is done training.

This tale is the story ...of my champion."PS. If you enjoy an OP MC in an even more OP world, you'll like this. Also I will hopefully clean and redo old chapters in time since my dialogue might not be great. I also enjoy doing other POV's, because half the fun of being OP in a new world is getting to see how everyone reacts about it. *Artwork done by Lenni Olinsson

Unwitting Champion
"In stories this is always easy. There's magic and powers, and quick steps to claiming that power for one's self. This doesn't feel true for me. I'm supposed to be a Champion, whatever that means, and yet I don't feel important. I don't have all the bells and whistles, which honestly feels familiar even in a new world. But what was I expecting? I haven't had the worst life - there are people with worse problems than mine - I've known what it is to struggle, to be pulled down instead of being helped up.This is nothing new."When in great peril, the Kingdom of Althor has no choice but to send a call into the void, beseeching the Fates to bring them a man who would save them from the coming darkness. Unfortunately the path the Fates chart is often unknowable to men and the Champion who appears is not what the kingdom expected.Unwitting Champion is a story of a guy displaced, dealing first and foremost with trying to survive in a world where he is no longer a person but a tool, and - at least from the reaction of those around him - a shoddy one at that. His major goal is to survive long enough that either he can run or find a way home, because as exciting as the possibility of learning magic might be, he would rather have a boring life than a short life.

Game Master - Unlocked [Terror Infinity]
Sieghart wakes up in the company building of one of the most dangerous supervillains in the world greeted by an inhuman entity who pushed them into an Death March that will span dimensions. (The Warnings Are just in case, thus far no plans have been made, but if there end up being any you are warned) [Terror Infinity Fanfiction, there was months of planning and thought into this. Left it for a year worked on it for a bit then left it again and back and forth. The Concept was interesting enough in both the Original and Side B, but the World Building for both was such a mess it gave me such a headache I had to restart and scrap entire ideas multiple times before I just gave up and started from almost scratch and got something mildly satisfying. In my opinion even then, it still needs work. Hopefully you guys will enjoy this.] (Cover Image Isn't Mine)
