later that night, i laid in bed silently looking over my phone. i remembered sulli. she had called me earlier asking everything. it took a while for her to settle but at least she did.
i read over my contacts on my phone just to find anyone familiar. of course, the name chim chim popped into mind. as if already planned out, i got a message from him.
i stared at the text for some good time before i hesitantly typed onto the screen of my phone.
seconds later, i get another reply.

i stared at the message for a good three minutes, my lips slightly parted.
i smiled while reading the texts between us before replying back.
i smiled to myself as i stared at the screen of my phone. seconds later, i get a reply.
i smiled happily to myself when suddenly a few minutes later, i got another message notification. i clicked on it and saw it was from yoongi.
i texted.
i laid there frozen. and then quickly got up before going downstairs all the way to the front door. i looked through the peephole to see him actually standing outside the door, sitting on the steps.
quickly and carefully, i unlocked the door and opened it up revealing a shivering yoongi. he instantly stood up onto his feet as he looked at me. i gasped when i saw the dark purple bruise on his left cheek bone.
"oh my. you have a bruise o-on your cheek bone," i exclaimed.
"i know," he softly said.
sighing softly, i looked at him. "just come inside."
he slowly slipped in as i closed the door after him. i turned around to see him awkwardly standing there. so i grabbed his wrist and pulled him over to the kitchen. then, i went to the freezer and placed some ice into a ziploc and wrapped a kitchen towel over it as i placed it lightly on his cheek bone.

i could feel his eyes staring at me but i tried my best not to look straight into his. but i failed.
"what?" i softly asked.
"nothing. it's just... um, you should be sleeping at this hour," he softly said.
"so you were just planning to sleep at the front steps of my front door?"
"maybe," he softly said.
i couldn't help but give a small chuckle before smiling.
"babo..."
a small smile suddenly appeared on his face.
"what?" i asked as i readjusted the ice pack on his cheek.
"nothing.. it's just i used to call you babo before."
"how rude," i grinned. "so i'm guessing you need a place to sleep," i softly said.
"no... i'll just sleep outside."
"like sure you are. you'll sleep in the guest room," i softly said. i took his hand and placed it on the ice pack. "keep it on your face."
"thanks," he mumbled softly. i led to the guest room before he looked at me. "are you sleeping in your room?" he asked.
"i'm not that tired yet, but yes, i'll be in my room," i replied.
"o-oh, okay. um, well, thank you...," he softly said.
"you're welcome. i'll, uh, go now. goodnight..."
he gave a nod of his head.
pursing my lips together, i turned on my heels and walked over to my room, and then closed the door behind me. sighs.
