The group soon found themselves in an office that really stood out in the school,"What's with this place...? Are we still in school?" Jack asks with wide eyes,"There's a big vault in the back... Looks like a bank." he comments,[Or a mafia office.] y/n sweatdrops as they stood in the doorway.

"Don't just stand there in the door. Please take a seat." Azul gestures to the sofas sitting across from each other and the two immediate took a seat across from him. The twins set some tea in front of them before retreating to stand behind Azul.

"And? What did you want to discuss with me?" Azul inquires with crossed legs and hands resting on them,"I want you to remove the anemones on all the students heads and let them be." y/n immediately demands without hesitation, setting her fedora on the table.

"Ha ha ha! This is yet another... Rather tyrannical request all of a sudden. You want me to release all 225 students I've already made contracts with?" Azul smirks smugly,"225 people!? You've made that many?" Jack says with shock as his ears pin back a little.

"This year Jade and Floyd were extremely thorough with their work... Thanks to that I was able to make deals with so many clients." Azul explains before leaning forward a bit,"Well then, y/n, you say that you want me to free all of those students, but I'm not making them do any work that goes against labor standards."

"They agreed to my terms before signing the contract. Contracts aren't something easily nullified because someone else thinks they're 'pathetic'. In other words... You're already too late." he says ominously.

Y/n clenches the fabric of her pants before making a quick decision,"I heard you'll grant any wish within your power as long as that person makes a deal with you, right? Then let's make a deal!" she blurts out, alarming Jack greatly,"Hey, what're you thinking!?" he frets with worry.

Although, Azul is quite pleased by this as his smirks widens,"Ohh, you want to make a deal? This is an interesting idea." he hums as he sits up straight,"Aha. Little Shrimp, you've got guts." Floyd smirks as he drapes himself over the back of the couch.

"...Ffhmm. I understand that you want to make a deal with me, but..." Azul pushes up his glasses with a serious expression,"However, there is a problem. You do not possess any magic. Nor do you have a beautiful voice, and you are not the sole heir of any country. You are but a simple human." he says and y/n feels arrows hit her again.

[Excuse you! I have a beautiful voice, thank you very much! Jerk!] y/n pouts angrily,"If you wish to make large demands, then you'll have to come up with a suitable collateral." Azul tells her with a smug smile, as if he just won something.

"Collateral?" Jack repeats,"For example... The rights to use the Ramshackle Dorm you look after." Azul says and y/n's eyes widen at this as well as her breath hitches in her throat,"That's what you've been after from the start..." Jack growls with a glare.

Suddenly the door to the office swings open to reveal a wet and soapy Grim,"I'm on board with that!!!!" he shouts loudly,"Grim, how long have you been there?!" y/n asks with a bit of worry,"I'm do-done living like this! My fur is not made for dishwashing!" Grim complains.

"Grim. I'm not very impressed with employees skipping work in order to eavesdrop on people conversations." Jade scolds as he crosses his arms,"Floyd, do the honors and throw him out." he says and Floyd picks himself off the couch.

"Alri~ght." Floyd says in a sing-song tone as he starts to approach Grim and snatches him by his scruff,"Now, now, hold on a moment, you two." Azul stops Floyd's actions,"Y/n, your one and only resident is fine with this. What will you do? Will you offer up the Ramshackle Dorm as collateral to enter a contract with me?" he pressures y/n, who starts to feel it build up inside her being.

"Uuugh, y/n... Save me..." Grim whimpers and Jack places a hand on the girl's shoulder,"Hey, y/n. Stop now! No matter what, this contract puts you at a disadvantage." he tells her and y/n feels conflicted for a moment before letting out a sigh.

"Fine. Tell me the conditions of the contract." she says calmly,"It's refreshing to hear that kind of confidence." Azul says with a pleased tone,"Hey, are you serious!?" Jack gives the girl a concerned look,"Just... Let me do this, Jack." y/n tells him softly and Jack backs off a bit, still doubtful of her decision.

"The conditions to fulfill this contract are... Go to the Atlantica Memorial Museum and retrieve a certain photo within the next three days!" Azul tells her, holding up three fingers,"You want us to steal a museum exhibit!?" Jack and y/n sputter with shock while Jade looks alarmed as well. Which is very uncharacteristic of him.

"No, it's not an art exhibit. What I want you to steal is... A photo taken ten years ago commemorating Prince Rielle's visit to the museum." Azul explains to them,"A prince's commemoration photo?" Jack repeats with a raised brow,"Is it special or something?" y/n asks with curiosity.

"It is a plain photo panel lacking any historical value displayed near the entrance. Simply borrowing it won't cause a big fuss." Azul explains,"Why do you want us to get something like that?" Grim asks, crossing his little arms.

"This wouldn't be a battle of whits without some sort of challenge, right? If it's too simple then it's unprofitable for me. We are not a charity." Azul spat before taking a sip of his own tea,"...The Atlantica Memorial Museum holds many national treasures of the Coral Sea like the 'silver dinglehopper'... The cultural heritage from The Mermaid Princess's Cornucopia and her 20 thingamabobs are collected there, so it's a famous sightseeing spot. It won't be like trying to find a piece of gold dust at the bottom of the ocean." Jade explains and y/n hums with mild interest, but also with familiarity,[Why do I get the feeling I know those things?] she thought.

"Oh yeah, didn't we go there once in elementary school?" Floyd questions as he drops Grim, who lands on his feet,"Hold on. The Coral Sea is a country located at the bottom of the ocean. For those of us without gills or fins, just going there is difficult. Isn't this condition too extreme?" Jack asks and y/n perks up at this information.

[Hold up. A country at the bottom of the ocean!? Does that mean...] her eyes glances over the Octavinelle trio,[Are these guys really mermen!?] she thought with awe.

"Yeah, yeah. I can't breathe under water, y'know!" Grim shakes his fist in the air,"This is a problem, Azul." y/n sighs,"Figure out a way to overcome that challenge..." Azul pushes up his glasses and y/n's shoulders tenses up at this.

"Is what I'd like to say, but please relax." y/n exhales with mild relief,"I shall provide you with a potion that will allow you to breathe underwater." he pulls out a clear bottle with glowing green liquid inside it,"Because it's said that the Sea Witch even provided the unfortunate mermaid princess with legs to meet her human love."

"It's important to be benevolent... You see. Fufufu." he gives y/n the bottle and she takes it, looking it over a bit,"What will you do? Will you accept this deal and sign the contract? I am a very busy man so please hurry up and make your decision. Well... Well?" he pressures y/n, who stares at him for a moment before sighing as she tucks the bottle away.

"I'll sign it." she finally says,"Wonderful! Then sign the contract." Azul snaps his fingers and a golden contract appears in front of y/n along with a quill. Y/n delicately takes the pen and signs her signature onto the contract,"Fufufu..." Azul chuckles as he takes back the contract.

"I have received your signature. This concludes our entering into a contract." he rolls it up carefully,"If you come back to me with the photo from the Atlantica Memorial Museum by the time the sun sets three days from now, I promise to release all 225 of my anemone servants." he promises with a smile before turning serious.

"But, if you are unable to retrieve it..." he leans forward with a smirk as he tilts y/n's chin up a bit,"Ramshackle Dorm will be mine. And you will join the ranks of my servants!" he tells her and y/n glares at him as she yanks her head away from him,"As if I'm gonna lose to you!" she spat bravely.

Azul is just amused by this,"Jade, Floyd. See our guests off. I'm looking forward to three days from now." he waves as the twins lead Jack, y/n and Grim out of Octavinelle dorm.

"Jack, you can go back to your dorm for now. I'll see you tomorrow." y/n says and Jack nods, giving the twins one last glare before leaving. Y/n sighs as she and Grim return to Ramshackle Dorm, but the twins followed them all the way there.

"Ohh, so this is Ramshackle Dorm. This is my first time inside, but it has a certain charm to it." Jade marvels the interior design of the dorm,"It is also very close to school, it will be perfect as the second location of Mostro Lounge." he hums with interest.

"Ghosts live here, right? It seems like so much fun." Floyd grins lazily,"Why exactly did you guys come with us all the way here...?" Grim asks with suspicion,"I'd like to know that too." y/n crosses her arms in a sassy manner.

"Well you did put this up as collateral in your contract with Azul." Floyd hums as he slings an arm around the girl's waist,"Ffgna!?" Grim jolts at this,"Meaning what exactly?" y/n asks, scared of the answer she'll receive.

"Unlike the other clients, you did not hand over an ability when you made the contract. Therefore, we will be confiscating this dorm." Jade tells the Ramshackle Duo,"Ha what!?" Grim screams with shock,"So you're kicking us out!?" y/n frowns at this as she pulls herself away from Floyd.

Jade nods,"Until you have held up your end of the agreement, this dorm will temporarily be Azul's. In accordance with that, we cannot allow the two of you to stay here during this time." he explains and y/n is saddened by this.

"We'll at least give you time to get your stuff." Floyd reassures them,"Once this place formally becomes Azul's, we will be disposing of all your personal belongings. So please get ready with that in mind." Jade tells them,"Fufufu, don't worry. As long as you bring that photo by the time the sun sets three days from now, you'll get everything back." Floyd smirks widely.

"Fufufufu..." they chuckle in unison,"Ffgna~!! I gotta get all my cans of tuna!" Grim panics as he scurried upstairs,"I should get my uniform and school stuff at least..." y/n sighs as she heads for the stairs,"Things have really gotten out of hand." she frowns before her vision goes dark.

She's back in the ink room again, with the room bathed in a pale lavender light. Two drops of ink pool together, echoing in her ears before her sight came back to her.

Y/n stumbles back, almost falling down the stairs if Jade hadn't caught her. Her chest was tightening up again, but not painfully like last time,[No! Not again!] she thought with a whimper as she hunches over, hands over her chest.

"Are you alright?" Jade asks with genuine worry,"Hey, what happened Little Shrimp?" Floyd asks before spotting the girl's hands over her chest,"Are you having a heart attack?" he asks more seriously,"N-No, just some chest pains. I'll be fine." y/n waves their concerns off as she pulls herself away from Jade.

"Though, can you give me a few extra minutes to catch my breath? Please." she asks as she sits down on the stairs,"Of course." Jade nods before he and Floyd began exploring the dorm,[Why... Why is this happening again!?] y/n thought with dread as she hides her face behind her hands,[Is this a warning? That someone might overblot again?]

She looks at the twins,[This has happened before. When Riddle and Leona... Before they...] she bites her bottom lip at this before shaking her head and then heading upstairs to pack her stuff.

"Are you both ready?" Jade asks as the Ramshackle Duo step out of their home,"See ya, Little Shrimp and Seally. Safe travels." Floyd waves at them,"Ahh, please let us know if you're in need of a place to stay. You can reserve a guest room in Octavinelle for 10 000 madol a night." Jade offers and y/n gives him an awkward smile,"We're good, thanks." she says.

And with that, their own door is shut in their faces,"Wait a sec! Seal? Does he mean I'm a seal!?" Grim looks up at y/n as he points at himself,"Obviously." y/n mutters before a wind blew by then,"Let's go." she sighs as they turn and leave.

"... Uugh, are we gonna have to sleep out in the cold from now on...? This sucks." Grim whines,"Yeah, well this wouldn't have happened if you had done your studies properly." y/n scolds, causing Grim's ears to flattens against his head with a guilt ridden expression.

Y/n's expression softens at this,[Curse my soft heart.] she thought before bending down and rubbing his head,"Let's go find something for shelter." she says with a small smile and Grim smiles back as well.

"Heey, y/n, Grim!" Deuce calls out as he, Jack and Ace approach the Ramshackle Duo. Y/n immediately gets back up,"Ffna! Did you guys come to help us out!?" Grim asks with hope filled eyes.

"Hmm. Grim aside, if y/n doesn't have a place to stay, well y'know, we're kinda the reason?" Ace rubs the back of his head, eyes full of guilt,"I wouldn't be able to sleep well if she caught a cold or something from staying outside." he admits genuinely.

"You really aren't straightforward." Grim him an unimpressed expression,"We already spoke with Dorm Head Rosehearts. If you're cool with staying in a four person first year room, we can at least offer you a place to sleep." Deuce says as he hovers his hand above y/n's back.

"You plan to shove the two of them into a four person room? Are there any vacant rooms in Heartslabyul?" Jack asks,"There aren't any people getting held back or dropping out in our dorm, so it's completely full." Deuce says sheepishly,"I still appreciate the offer." y/n gives him a smile.

"... Then do you wanna come to Savanaclaw?" Jack suddenly offers,"Eh!!!!??" the group scream in astonishment,"Even though I said I'd have your back dealing with Azul, I ended up not being able to do anything." Jack clenches his fists,"And they still owe you for the magift tournament stuff so I don't think Leona will refuse." he adds with confidence.

"Hoooooh." Deuce eyes have a teasing glimmer at Jack's generosity,"Eeeehh. Jack is actually a pretty nice guy." Ace teases,"Even though you don't look it, y'know." Grim joins in,"Thanks Jack." y/n offers the wolf a genuine smile, which made his cheeks turn pink.

"D-Don't get the wrong idea!! It would just be a pain if y/n doesn't beat Azul when the next test period comes around!" Jack quickly defends himself,[He really is a real Tsundere!] y/n thought with glimmering eyes.

"Alright, alright, let's leave it at that." Ace backs off with a smile,"You'll probably get better rest if you go with Jack's idea." Deuce smiles with relief, but also mild jealousy,"In our dorm, you'd either be sleeping on the floor or sharing a bed with Deuce and I." Ace tells with honestly before sporting a sly expression,"...Ah, maybe you'd prefer that?" he leans in close to a now flustered y/n.

"Jack, I'll take up your offer and sleep in Savanaclaw!" she squeaks bashfully, making Ace snicker at her cute reaction,"Then let's head back to the dorm. It's almost midnight..." Jack let's out a yawn.

"See ya tomorrow." Ace waves,"Good night." Deuce greets,"See ya guys." y/n simply lifts a hand in greeting before they went their separate ways,[Hopefully I'll have better luck in Savanaclaw.] she thought with worry, knowing how stubborn Leona can be.
