"I don't know what to say hyung. So much has happened and I never thought Minjae would do something like this." Jungkook said shocked at all the information he got. Taehyung had called his bunny as soon as he reached home and filled him in on everything.

"Don't worry baby, I already taught him some good lessons which he'll never forget in this life." Taehyung said feeling proud.

"Hyung please tell me you didn't beat him up." Jungkook asked even though he knew the answer.

"Then did you expect me to shower him with praises for what he did. He should be glad I didn't kill him." Taehyung said getting annoyed.

"Hyung you shouldn't have done that hyung, it wasn't his fault anyways, Jenny had blackmailed him too. He didn't have a choice just like me. So if he is wrong then I am wrong too, because I hurt you and hyungs just like he hurt me." Jungkook said reasoning with Taehyung.

"Are you fucking serious Jungkook, are you really comparing what he did to what you had to go through. He was a coward who kept his mouth shut and let you get kidnapped just to save his own neck. He had no way of knowing what Jenny might have planned for you, for all he knew Jenny could have even killed you. Even after knowing that anything was possible and your life was in danger he still chose to play the role of innocent victim instead of telling the truth and accepting the consequences if the alternative is to lie and cause someone's suffering or worse death. And you are telling me he's fucking innocent." Taehyung shouted angrily.

Jungkook got scared when Taehyung shouted at him. He knows Taehyung has anger issues and he had witnessed it first hand but this is the first time it was directed at him.

"Hyung, I am sorry please don't get angry." Jungkook said in a small voice.

"Then should I feel happy that my boyfriend is defending another guy in front of me and calling me wrong. If I am wrong to beat the shit out of the guy who betrayed your trust then so be it. I'll gladly be wrong a thousand times. I told you once before that I am very protective of the people in my life and I'll do anything to protect them and that includes you too. This is how I am and if you can't accept that then you are free to end this relationship but don't ever say that I am wrong to defend the people I love." Taehyung replied getting even more angry. Jungkook was in tears by now. He wasn't trying to defend Minjae and hurt Taehyung, but Taehyung took it the wrong way, that wasn't his intention at all.

"What are you saying hyung? End the relationship, how can you even think that hyung? I am sorry hyung if I hurt you but believe me that wasn't my intention. I can't even imagine a life without you hyung, please don't talk like that." Jungkook said crying.

Taehyung felt hurt. He couldn't bear to see tears in his bunny's eyes. But he knew that if their relationship has any chance of working then Jungkook needs to accept him the way he is, warts and all. Taehyung doesn't go around looking for fights but he's also not someone who stay quiet and let shit happen especially when it comes to the people he loves. It's a principle he lives by and he cannot change that about him. He needs Jungkook to understand that and accept it otherwise they'll face lot of problems in the future which he don't want. It's better to know what you're getting into beforehand instead of regretting it later and Taehyung doesn't want Jungkook to regret his decision to be with him later on. That would just destroy him completely. So he decided to show all his ugly sides and leave the decision to Jungkook.

"So it's ok for you to talk whatever the fuck you want but I shouldn't say anything. You know what you just ruined my mood. I really don't want to talk to you right now incase I end up saying something I might regret. Goodnight Jungkook." Taehyung said before disconnecting the call while Jungkook just broke down sobbing.

"I am sorry baby, but there's still more you need to see and know about me. You need to understand that I am not some hero or prince charming from your fantasy but a guy with lots of flaws and if you still want me even after seeing all my demons I promise I'll never leave your hand and treat you like the prince that you are but if you can't accept my flaws then I'll let you go even if it'll kill me. I love you Kookie and in this life Kim Taehyung can't love anyone else other than his kookie, but I'll still let you go if that's what you want. I hope you won't leave me after seeing the worst sides of me Kookie. Please don't leave me baby, your hyung will die without you." Taehyung thought letting his tears drop freely. He cried silently knowing his kookie will be crying too.

Jungkook kept calling him but he didn't answer. His heart was hurting like hell but he persisted. He had made up his mind, he needs to do it. It'll either end everything before it has even begun or he may get his happily ever after too maybe. He hopes and prays for the latter.

"Are you sure about this Tae? He's too innocent for all this. You could traumatize him if this goes wrong." Jin said worry lacing his voice.

The Bangtans were gathered at the lunch table as usual. Taehyung didn't see Jungkook today. He ignored him completely when he would see him in the corridors of their campus. He saw the hurt flash in Jungkook's eyes everytime he ignored him but he set his mind in stone. They were discussing about what to do with the kidnappers who is locked up in the basement of the club thanks to Suga, when Taehyung told them his plan. They all had mixed reactions to it as Taehyung expected, but he wasn't going to back out no matter what they said.

"Yes I am sure Jin. Do you think I didn't think about the risks? I'll be the one losing everything if this goes wrong Jin, so believe me I have thought about it. It's the only thing I've been thinking about since last night."

"I don't like this one bit Tae, Jin is right Kookie is too innocent for all this." Jimin said trying to reason with his soulmate.

"Chim, I am not changing my mind so you can stop. I don't want to talk about this anymore." Taehyung said annoyed that his friend was not understanding him.

"Tae I won't say whether you are right or wrong. None of us sitting at this table are innocent, hell Suga might've broken a dozen laws in just 24 hours trying to find the kidnappers whereabouts. All of us have gotten our hands dirty one time or another. And guaranteed we'll get our hands dirty in the future too, but Jungkook is too pure, too innocent. He's someone who'll cry after stepping on an ant. So while I understand why you're doing this I can't also help but worry about kookie. But having said that I'll have your back no matter what. I just hope you don't end up regretting your decision." Namjoon said patting his friends back.

"Thanks Joon, I appreciate it." Taehyung said genuinely.

"But are you sure you don't need us there?" Suga questioned.

"Yes I'm sure, you guys have already done so much, I got the rest. This is something that I've to do myself." Taehyung answered.

"Alright if that's what you wish we won't interfere, but if you need us then just say the word and we'll be there." Namjoon said accepting his friends request.

"Let's get this over with." Taehyung said smirking evily.

Jungkook was trying not to break down in college. Taehyung has been ignoring him and it's killing him. To his dismay he can't even talk to him because of Jenny. He hopes that Taehyung will come to see him after college just like everyday if not he was determined to go see Taehyung himself. Either way he'll make everything alright today, he thought. He saw Minjae in class, he looked like something the cat dragged in with bruises all over his face. He felt bad for him but still maintained distance from him afraid of making Taehyung more mad.

The entire day went by uneventful with Jungkook hoping to run into Taehyung every second. The classes were over and Jungkook was just about to leave when he received a message. He took his phone out to read the message and immediately a smile formed on his face. The message was from Taehyung asking him to meet him at the Trance. Jungkook was overjoyed, atleast he was talking to him. He didn't waste any time and immediately ran towards the exit.

Jungkook arrived at the Trance and messaged Taehyung to let him know. He didn't know if he was supposed to go inside or wait for him outside. He didn't have to think for long when a guard approached him.

"Are you Jungkook sir?" The guard asked. Jungkook was scared looking at the bulky guy in front of him.

"Why do you want to know? Who are you?" Jungkook questioned nervously.

"Sir I work for Taehyung sir. He told me to escort you inside." The guard answered. Jungkook didn't know whether to trust him or not. Why would Taehyung sent a stranger to escort him, he thought. He was brought out of his thoughts when his phone dinged. He opened it to read the message and it was from Taehyung asking him to follow the guard. Jungkook was curious and scared at the same time. He decided to listen to Taehyung and follow the guard.

The guard took him inside the club. The club looked completely different from the last time he was here. It was colorful and jam packed with people last time but today it was empty and kind of eerie. For the first time Jungkook found himself wishing for crowd instead of this emptiness around him. He kept following the guard like a lost puppy through the corridors and through the different rooms which he guessed were workstations and kitchen and the security room.

They came to a stop in front of the door and Jungkook watched as the guard entered some numbers into the security panel and the door opened. They went inside the door which led them to a stairs that were going down. Jungkook was getting more scared now. The area they were in were dark and narrow not at all helping with Jungkook's anxiety. It seemed like the corridor just went on forever. Finally after what seemed like an eternity they stood outside another door.

By now Jungkook just want to be in Taehyung's arms. He prayed that Taehyung was on the other side of this door and it wasn't another corridor leading to somewhere else. The guard again entered some numbers just like before and opened the door. Jungkook went inside the room and he was startled when he heard the sound of the door locking. He turned around only to realize the guard was nowhere and the door was locked. Jungkook felt every cell in his body was afraid. He just wanted Taehyung.

"Hy...hyung pl...please come out. I..I'm sc..scared hyung." Jungkook said stuttering. Tears were ready to fall from his eyes at any moment. He doesn't understand why Taehyung asked him to come here or why he would lock him in a room. All of a sudden the room was illuminated.

Jungkook squinted his eyes adjusting to the bright light. He opened his eyes slowly and looked around the room. The room wasn't big. It was just a small room with a big glass window in the middle of the wall. He kept his face on the window trying to see what's on the other side when suddenly the room on the other side was also illuminated. He looked through the window and widened his eyes in horror at the scene in front of him. Jungkook couldn't blink or look away. He was frozen in fear while tears kept flowing from his eyes.
