《Please Stay[Stray Kids × Reader]》[Chapter 17] Ghost--Wha?

It was 2 in the morning yet I still found it hard to fall asleep. I kept tossing my pillows and blanket around but, still nothing. I kept rolling on my bed to find a comfortable spot, but it was completely uselss.
"I can't sleep" I sighed to myself. I decided to get up and grab myself a glass of warm water, since I felt a bit dehydrated. I walked out of my room and approached the kitchen. As I slowly made my way closer, strange rustling noises was heard.
Shiver crawled up my spine and the chills made my face pale. I inched closer to the origin of the noise and immediately turned the lights on. It was Han. And he was eating noodles. Mhmmm. Okay. Hmm.
"GHOST!!" He was startled as soon as he saw me.
"What do you mean ghost?!" I answered him. Did I look that bad?
"You could scare anybody! Look at your hair, it's all over your face and very messy!" He was still shocked to see me.
"What do you mean?! Look who's talking! Why would you eat noodles very early in the morning with the lights off?! Heck, how could you even see a thing?" I snapped back at him.
"I used my phones flashlight, but it turned off" he got his phone that was on the table and waved it in front of me.
"Gosh..." I face palmed myself and sighed.
He got a pair of chopsticks and handed them to me, "Let's eat". I shrugged and started eating with him.
We finished eating and we were already fixing up, that's when Han brought up a question.
"So, how's living with nine quys so far?" He asked. I looked at him, "Nothing bad happened so far so... I guess? " I replied.

"See? Nothing's wrong" He smiled.
"But Alex-- no (Y/N), If Hyun Tae were to come back, you would have to leave..." His smile quickly formed a worried expression.
"Would you miss going on stage with us?" He added. I couldn't answer him.
I hated the music industry. I really do... Yes, it was fun going up on stage with them... but that's Hyun Taes place. Not mine .
Also the music industry is like a roller coaster. Sometimes there would be times where you would be able to climb high, there may be some twists, but the scariest and the most frightening parts are the falls, the drops. Eventually, our mother became a victim if thag huge drop and ended like that...
That's why I hate-- Try to avoid any painful experiences like what my mother went through. I'm just scared.
I only thought about it. I couldn't bring myself to tell him all that so I chose to remain silent.
"I don't know, Hahah" I broke the silence with a faint laugh to lighten the mood a bit.
"Really? Cause I would" He smiled once again at me. Han patted my head before leaving the kitchen, probably went back to his room.
"Mhmmm..." was all I could reply. I didn't say a word after that and went to my room. I finally fell asleep.

"Have you thought about the dance competition I mentioned to you earlier?" Jeongin sat down at the chair beside me. I shook my head. I couldn't even find time to think about it.
"C'mon~ you need to join, what if you get scouted--" Ah Yun was interrupted by laughter--no cackles-- from behind.
"Her? Dance?! HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA" Their leader laughed loudly.
It was Song Hyo Min. Her black hair was tied into a high tight ponytail. She obviously wore a very bright red colored lipstick and colored eye contacts. Oh I forgot, she wore a bright neon green hoodie. Yes. She does look like a highlighter.

"Just because you haven't seen her dance doesn't mean you could conclude that she can't!" Ah Yun stood up from where she sat at.
"She can dance? I've seen her dancing before and it sucks! If she can dance then she needs to prove it" Hyo Min scoffed confidently with her arms crossed.
"Just because your brother is already a talented idol doesn't mean you are talented too!" She grinned. I didn't really know how to take it as, a compliment or an insult?
"You--! " Ah Yun shouted but Hyo Min and her company already left the room.
"Will you continue to let her treat you lime that?" Jeongin asked. I sighed as a reply.
"I'll join the contest" I smiled at them.
"Just because I'm annoyed at her" I added. Ah Yun hugged me tightly.
