《ALL MINE (GxG)》12

Cayden's condo was far from what I expected. I mean I anticipated a luxurious building, a concierge, and even her condo being on the highest floor. I assumed she made a lot of money, so this wasn't surprising to me. Yet, her condo wasn't modern like I was expecting... it was customized and elegant. Yeah, that's the best way to describe it.
You enter the condo through a large white wide door carved in french embroidery that's secured by a keypad where you enter a specific code. The large white door leads into a grand yet homey entryway filled with Cayden's familiar spiced cologne. The first thing you see is a wide entry hall that leads into the rest of the one-level condo.
Down the entry hall lays a long colorful runner rug with paint splatters of different bright colors all clashed together, and on the wall adjacent to the stairs hangs randomly aesthetic pictures. Past the wide hall, sits the open-concept living area held together by glass walls covered by sheer grey panel curtains, which I'm almost positive come down whenever you want them to. The living room sits around a white french embroidered fireplace with a large flat-screen tv mounted above it. Two grey thick sectional couches are seated in front of the tv and fireplace that rested on the one white wall amongst the glass ones. A large colorful paint-splattered area rug—similar to the one in the entry hall—sits under the plush large couches and over the dark floors.
In the corner is a large round glass dining room table with navy leather chairs seated around it. Adjacent to the dining room and living room sits the kitchen. The dark grey marble counters with thin white lines occurring throughout it contrast with the lighter grey cabinets and gold hardware. The light grey kitchen island cabinets outline opaque glass that seemingly outlines cups and plates stacked neatly on the shelves behind the thick glass. A gold pot rack hangs down over the grey kitchen island that holds matching gold pots and pans that all hang by their thin handles. A patio rests outside the glass walls which have a sliding glass door nested within them that's also covered by the panel curtains. The patio however is loomed over by the dark sky, and I can practically feel the cold air whipping my hair as it coats my goosebumps-covered skin.

"So this is my house... Or condo you could say," Cayden breaks the silence as we stand in the middle of her open-concept living area dimmed by the circular lights installed into the high ceilings above.
I hesitantly meet her dark eyes, "I like it," I reply, not knowing what else to say exactly. I was oddly starting to feel shy now that we'd switched locations. One that was much quieter and private—also much more intimate given that this was her home, "So this is all yours?" I asked, a little stunned but also caught off guard at how beautiful her place was.
"Yeah," Cayden said, not gloating, but just clearly stating a fact. She sat her keys and phone down on the grey marble counters along with her black leather jacket—causing me to mimic her actions with my phone and keys. Even though I felt somewhat out of my comfort zone, I still felt a nagging urge for her to touch me.
"Did you want anything? Water maybe?" Cayden asked.
"Yeah, that would be great actually,"
I felt stone-cold sober at this point, given that Cayden's presence alone sobered me up, but also the ride and figuring out all the stuff with Griffin and my roommates, helped the alcohol practically evaporate from my system. I zoned out slightly, listening to Cayden clink the tall square glass against the fridge that was now filling the cup with cold water.
"Here," Cayden handed me the filled glass.
"Thank you," I said before taking a sip of the cold water, watching Cayden as she peered out the glass walls covered by the sheer panel curtains, which still displayed the bright city lights of the Upper East side. I enjoyed her place, and the coziness yet custom touch it had. I could even hear the city running busy beneath us, cars passing, and faint voices.
"I could put on a movie maybe?" Cayden asked before a laugh escaped her plump pink lips, which easily caused my heart to skyrocket in my chest through the high ceilings of her condo and up to the same moon that once cast its beautiful glow on us at the Meleri estate, "Sorry I don't know why I'm feeling so reserved, we spent most of our night together. For some reason, it all feels weirder... now that you're here in my condo,"

I feel my body relax slightly, "No I understand," I said as relief passed through me. I felt somewhat the same, given how intimate things have gotten, so it's nice to know she feels the same as me. We've shared inappropriate conversations and felt each other's warm bodies against each other... I mean she's given me a full massage and also heard my moans echo in the bathroom of our hotel—yet, right now I feel shy and awkward. I mean when I really think about it, we haven't technically passed that level. God, we haven't even kissed.
Soft music begins flooding lowly through the open space, filling the silent condo, which caused my brown eyes to glance at Cayden whose phone is now in her hand, which indicates the surround sound system must be Bluetooth controlled. She sends me a soft smile before placing her phone back on the grey counters and gently grabbing my hand, causing me to place my water down on the counter behind me. Her warm arms respectfully wrap around my upper waist while her dark eyes stare down at me as I glide my arms around her neck.
"How about one secret for another?" Cayden's raspy voice asks as her warm minty breath fans across my face.
I nod, "You or me first?"
Cayden purses her lips before answering, "I can go," she suggested, which caused me to give her a nod of approval, "I know I brought you here, and If I'm being honest Vi, I do want to go to that level with you—Intimately I mean, but I just don't know if I can. Trust me, I want to, but then there's Sebastian, who's my best friend. And even if I don't think about that, there's also the fact that you guys were just dating a week ago. I don't know... for some reason, it feels like I'm breaking some kind of rule,"
I bite the inside of my cheek, unsure of what to say to that. Maybe that's why she never tried to reach back out, she felt a huge weight on her shoulders due to her being Sebastian's best friend, and also the entire breakup is so fresh—I don't blame her for feeling however she's feeling, it's a confusing situation, but at least I know somewhat of her thoughts now. She clearly just said that she wants to go there with me, it's just the details that are holding her back. I guess I wasn't imagining the spark I so vividly felt between us, but our circumstances do suck honestly.
"All of that's valid... And honestly, I don't want to get in between you guys," I answered after thoroughly contemplating my reply. While I want to go there sexually with her, so fucking badly, I also want her to feel comfortable with the choice she's making. I don't want her to feel forced to do anything because of everything that's previously unfolded—I mean if we had to, we could be friends...
Right?
Cayden stood quietly with her arms resting lightly around my waist, which made me assume the conversation was over. Maybe we'd just hang out, which I wouldn't mind as long as I got to be around her. Cayden's presence was just so comforting, I honestly yearned to be around her these past few days, which has me questioning whether or not any of this is real. It's like I imagined this in my head so many times, and now that it's here, it's like none of it feels real, which is why the next sentence that left Cayden's mouth easily surprised me.
"But Vi... the things I'd do to you,"
I was caught off guard, but I barely hesitated, "Tell me," I said and it was like a knife cutting through the sexual tension between us—letting it all in. Letting all the desires and needs we had surrounding us knowingly.
