The rain fell at such a rate Aletheia lost all will to walk. The airport was filling her with unbelievable nerves as Smii7y would sit at her side for the whole flight. He would make or break the relationship. If he ignored her she could see that he was too hesitant but if he tried she would also try. People said and did things when they were surprised and it wasn't something Aletheia had never seen in her life.
The plane was finally boarded and sure to her thoughts, Jaren sat directly next to her. It was a good sign as there were no designated seats so he was hoping to talk to her but he may not. The plane had barely taken off When Jaren grabbed her hand. Aletheia was willing to let him but she was so unsure of his actions her body language shouted how uncomfortable she really was.
Smii7y fucked up.
Thanks, Tyler. I think he knows that but I mean he will try I am sure one day.
He was scared. John said that He just kept on muttering about how he had fucked up.
Oh, he knows it at least. Don't worry Tyler, I think he is trying to think of what to say to me on a five-hour flight in an almost empty plane.
Even then the only people in here are all old and keep shouting to people next to them. Everyone is deaf.
😂🤣😂🤣
When Aletheia put her phone down the hat that Jaren had been wearing was pulled off and put on her head. He smiled and he lifted the hand he was still holding, bringing it to his lips to gently kiss it.
"Aletheia. I am sorry. I got scared and then I just said what I thought would make you be, no, make you leave me alone. I could have just walked away I hear you brother but I was not thinking properly. I would like to be the father to your bean." Aletheia laughed at the fact he had paid attention to the words she had used for Lauren and Brock's baby.

"What will we do?" Aletheia asked but as she did so he shrugged and kissed her in a way that made her feel like china. Like at any point she could just break and shatter into a million pieces.
"I love you Aletheia Sybil Octavia." Aletheia found herself laughing like a schoolgirl and Jaren responded by pulling her onto his lap. The chairs were facing one another and the two looked far too comfortable in their oversized chairs.
"We need names," Aletheia commented and Jaren kissed her neck. His arms wrapped around her tightly and then one rested on her stomach. There was no evidence of any baby but there would be. Jaren asked what she was thinking for names. "Well, Aletheia is a Greek goddess for truth and disclosure so why not some name like that. I have always had a weak spot for the gods and goddesses. What about Erebus for a boy or what about Apollo? And if the bean is a girl then you can choose." Jaren had to think before answering.
"Well. We can choose when we get closer to the date." Aletheia agreed and they stayed in the same position for the whole of the long-ass flight.
By the time they got back, Aletheia had an innumerable amount of letters and long-ass messages from work. They would call but she was off for a reason.
"Just come to bed." Jaren pulled her into her own bed and then they cuddled. Nothing had been said for a while until Aletheia felt a feeling pass over her. The flat smelt empty and it had been irritating her as the usual warm and comforting feeling seemed to have faded. It was like a new flat.
Aletheia stood and brought up the contents of her stomach into the toilet as Jaren kept her hair back. He seemed to have found some hairband as it was pulled back into a bun and Aletheia smiled at him. Grateful for the help. Her face was pale and the marks of the keyboard still visible.

"I was a dick on that holiday." Jaren gave as a last breath before falling asleep on the bed for the night. Aletheia cuddled in close as the fresh mint could be tasted from the toothpaste. She fell asleep to her tongue running across the back of her front teeth at the top.
When the sun hit Aletheia the sky was as bright as imaginable. Saturdays were the best for her. No work was ever expected for the day, normally. The bed beside her was as she had hoped. Warm and occupied with the body of a man she loved. She wiped the top of her head but as that happened her hand came away damp. When she glanced at it there was blood again. The cuts had been opened up and she winced at the pain.
As she wiped it up a wave of nausea hit her and the toilet was used. Jaren came in and a scene only to be described as a bloody mess hit him. The blood was only a little but still, a clump of tissues were seen. His hands then held back her hair until she had emptied the contents of her stomach.
"I blame you. You bitch, 'we won't need to use protection. You won't get pregnant that is a promise' promise my arse." Aletheia had sighed and Jaren laughed. Aletheia could only laugh as she brushed her teeth. His two fingers tickling her back and then his whole hand rubbing up against her back.
"You should do a Canadian accent more. It is a massive turn on." Jaren joked but when Aletheia had spat out her toothpaste she let a laugh slip.
"Shame you aren't a massive turn on." The cruel joke made Aletheia feel bad and so she kissed him. The taste of sick had long since been forgotten. Mint filled their mouths and it slightly grossed them both out that she had thrown up only moments beforehand.

The Saga of Armageddon: The Call of Crows
Bjorn Stormtamer's world has been turned upside down in more ways than one. His shipmates have left him for dead on an island for quarantining victims of a disease that he now has. His partner in battle despises him, his family thinks he's dead and everyone else thinks it was good riddance. Moreover, the world is under attack by a virulent plague that kills with light and an empire from the east whose intentions are unknown but whose methods are merciless and bloodthirsty. Little does he know that the world itself is nearly on the brink of cosmic collapse. But when a bold, charismatic woman from another nation seeks him out, Bjorn discovers that the plague he has was not a plague at all, but a trial. A trial to determine who is worthy to wield the power of gods in order to give humanity a fighting chance against the winds of fate. This novel was written 2 years ago and isn't exactly my best work. I'm still improving my skills, but I encourage you to enjoy it for what it's worth. ALSO, the whole plague thing was written about before the COVID pandemic. The plague is fake and actually magic in the story, but that has NOTHING to do with real world events. I am under NO CIRCUMSTANCE trying to make ANY kind of statement with it. Please just enjoy the story and stay safe.

Flame Beneath The Snowfall
Alto is a world governed by Tones. Magic, as one might call it. Manifested through deep mental and physical conditioning, one can control the Tones in a way that is unique to them. The power to store items in gems, transfer life, affect a person's mind, and even the more primal abilities such as control of the elements. Those who have these supernatural abilities are called 'Vassals.' People that fully manifest their abilities are not as common as one might think, and not all Vassals acquire their ability through practice, given if conditions are met. In fact, those who had received much trauma manifest the Tones more frequently, albeit spontaneously. However, the rare kind of Vassals are those who manifest it from childhood. A gift, but not without its repercussions. Alto is stuck in a transitional era, where the line between modern and dated technology is blurred. One can travel to a city that has a tall skyline, bustling with people in sophisticated clothing, or a mere town governed by a lord, all the while riding on a powered vehicle. Cultures vary: Some turn to the more dated practices such as castes, others are more inclined to set equal footing on their people, led by nobility. Some are dedicated to become scholars, studying Alto's Tones, while others set foot on hunts, protecting lone towns from the creatures of some of the still-untamed lands. And the Vassals? Those willing are took under The Organization, an elusive group, its presence said to permeate all throughout Alto, taking care of Rogue Vassals that abuse their abilities and other businesses related to their side. But what is this story all about, you may ask? Well, set your sights on the upper portions of this huge landmass that is Alto. Yes, the 'whole' world is called Alto, but that is because the majority of the known people live on this large continent. Relieve yourself of the worrying tensions everywhere, and see the white snow. Trace the piercing mountaintops and focus your eyes between the valley. A town sits there. Mido. After realizing that the memories only left in his mind was the night of his town's imminent destruction in flames, a boy finds himself grasping for every fiber of his life as he lays down flat on the ground. Beneath him was soot mixed with the white snow. Fortunately, a group of investigators, who were supposed to answer their call for help, saved him from his sorry state. With a newfound second wind, but hampered by his loss of memory, he must solve his own case: Who had the audacity to set Mido, his town, aflame? Flame Beneath the Snowfall focuses on action, with a sense of adventure, but mostly the discovery of an outside world, and the protagonist's exposure to it. Add in a whisk of soft magical elements, and you get a story that I hope will be interesting to the readers. That is not to say that my work is without the sense of unnerving atmosphere, however. As a forewarning, there are elements of gore, horror, minor elements of mental trauma, etc. so it is not for all audiences. *The book is already completed. Although I have plans to continue the story (it would have to involve much larger scope in terms of world-building), I have yet to decide when to start the next entry.
