《Pantala High School》Blue 6

Most of Saturday and Sunday Blue spent at Cricket's house with Cricket and Sundew. Enjoying the weekend while it lasted, because he knew Sundew had to be back home by Monday.
Or so he thought.
"I don't want to go back." Sundew said fiercely. "I can stay with Willow. She won't mind."
"I have no doubt that she would, but we need to do this carefully. You have no clothes of your own with you besides pajamas!" Cricket reasoned.
"That'll do. Willow's clothes would fit me better than yours."
"But what about your parents?" Blue asked. "Won't they be worried?"
Sundew snorted. "Worried? No, I'm not important enough to be worried for."
"We worry, though." Cricket said, indicating her and Blue. "Enough to almost fall off a roof for you."
"Your mother is going to be back tomorrow, you said it yourself. I can't stay here when she does, because she'll be all concerned and probably try to contact my parents."
Cricket chuckled. "You don't know my mom very well."
"If I can't stay here, and I'm not going home, I should go to Willow's. This makes complete sense if you just listen!" Blue could tell that Sundew was on her last nerve.
"Have you even discussed this with Willow?" Blue asked, trying to calm her down. "Cricket, maybe it we should let her. It doesn't sound like a bad idea-"
"Let me? What are you guys my parents now? You don't need to let me anything because I don't need permission!" Sundew snapped.
Blue saw Cricket's face, and knew that she was going to snap something back. He firmly caught her wrist in an attempt to diffuse the situation. Cricket seemed startled enough to forget what she was about to say and she looked at Blue for a moment before all three of them heard the last thing that they wanted to hear.

The sound of the door opening down stairs.
"Cricket?" Blue heard a woman's voice call. "I got some groceries on the way home. Want to help me make dinner?"
"Stay here." Cricket said, and Blue sadly let go of her hand. She ran down the stairs. "Hey, mom! How was the trip?" Blue heard no more of the conversation.
"Do we just, stay up here?" He asked the still scowling Sundew.
"Probably." She flopped on the bed, upsetting an armful of throw pillows. She sighed. "I need to get out of here."
"I agree." Blue sat down on the floor. He hated arguments and avoided them as much as possible, he wished that Cricket and Sundew didn't need to fight.
"What am I going to do? My mom has definitely realized I'm not at home now that I've been gone for two days."
"Probably." Blue replied.
They were quiet for a minute. Blue listened to the indistinguishable sound of conversation down stairs.
"I miss Willow." Sundew said sadly. "She doesn't know all about this. She just knows that I've stopped meeting her. What if she thinks I don't want to meet with her?"
Blue had no response to this. He didn't know much about actual relationships like this. Luna and Swordtail seemed great, nothing was in their way. And Blue had never actually been in a relationship like what Sundew was describing. So, for lack of a better response, he said, "Willow sounds really cool. Of what you've told me and Cricket, I don't think she'll think that you've abandoned her. It's more likely that she is super worried and wants to help." Blue took a deep breath. "I want to help you get back to her."

Katydid left the house and retrieved Bumblebee from her grandmother's house, then she and Cricket and Bumblebee ate dinner, all while Blue and Sundew were still in Cricket's room. But when her family had gone to bed, Cricket creeped back up to her room.
"Took you long enough." Grumbled Sundew. "I nearly ripped open a pillow."
Blue sat up from his slumped position on the floor. He had nearly fallen asleep.
"We can leave now." Cricket said quietly. "I've thought it over, and I agree that it would probably be for the best that you stay with Willow."
Blue smiled at her.
"It's getting dark, we should move fast." Cricket said again. "Do you want to change back into your own clothes first?"
Sundew stood up, walked towards her and stopped. "Thank you." She said with unusual compassion.
Cricket looked a little startled at Sundew's gesture. "Don't worry about. I shouldn't have argued earlier."
Sundew nodded.
Blue stood up. "Let's go."

Undiminished
A cross-genre story that will start as a zombie game-lit that can evolve into a lit-rpg. It'll revolve around the main character, with very little interaction with other people until the first arc is done. I'll write, more for the synopsis later as the story continues to develop.
