deuk234: Why did you start reading Wings of Fire?
WatsonPhia: I first started reading them when I was around twelve, I was introduced to them through the graphic novels before the actual books, and I've loved them ever since.
deuk234: What made you start writing WoF fanfiction?
WatsonPhia: I have always liked to write, and reading lots of fanfiction kinda nudged me into writing my own. The Wattpad community only encouraged and inspired me more, and the feedback from other writers has been great! I also noticed there are very few Pantala fanfics compared to the vast amount of Phyrria ones, so I thought it would be fun to try and tip the balance.
deuk234: What were the struggles along the way?
WatsonPhia: Struggles? Oh, probably updating consistently and writer's block.
deuk234: Are you going to make a Jade Winglet fanfic in the future?
WatsonPhia: I have no plans as of yet, because there are so many JW fanfics, and Phyrria ones in general, I find it hard to make a unique story. I think it could be a fun sequel, but I will make no promises.
deuk234: Is there anything else you'd like to say to fans?
WatsonPhia: Well, obviously THANK YOU! I would not have 1k views if you guys hadn't been giving me views. And some quick writing advice:
Be consistent
Make relatable characters
Revise, rewrite, and edit
And this one's underrated, GOOD GRAMMAR. People won't come back to read something that's hard to read because you don't do paragraph breaks or you don't use commas.
deuk234: Are you going to write an original book?
WatsonPhia: I'm glad you asked! I have been working on an original book (series) for about a year now. I have no idea of any kind of release date besides in the future. I would talk about it more, but I'm avoiding spoilers.

I and my collegues dedicated our lives to finding their origins only to find out that the beings we fear and adore were once like us, average, mortal and weak... at least most of them were. *It is a sort of reverse RPG as no one knows anything either skills, abilities or how the system works but they find out on their own or develop their own skills or abilites. *The story has many protagonists and point of views but it paints a beatiful story of survival in a world of endless perils for both the humans and the monsters(some monsters are protagonists). *There is a system but it is very limited (not overpowered) and treats everyone equally, monster or human. The system is very different from regular systems; no exp, levels and system items. *The story is a world building story where overall, the world is the true main character. He must join alongside with the Flash guardians, must be trained by the Dragonslayer, and he must realize his true destiny in order to see the bigger picture by realizing what it's like to be a slayer, a guardian, and a hero.
