The next morning, I woke up feeling dizzy and nauseous so I had to walk in a hurry to the bathroom without making any sound because I might wake them up.

"Alex?"

"Are you there?"

Queen Mary asked

Oh no! I guess I woke her up...

"Yes, mother!"

"I think I ate too much yesterday"

I laughed

"Oh, dear!"

"Be strict with the food you're eating, Alex"

She laughed

"And drink lots of water after"

"You might get dehydrated"

"I'll go down now"

"James is already awake and will take a bath after you're done, okay?"

She added

"Yes, mother"

I answered

Phew... Well, that was close!

As I went out of the bathroom, I went downstairs to the banquet.

"Alex"

"Are you feeling fine already?"

Queen Mary asked

I laughed

"Yes, mother"

"Empty stomach already"

I said

We laughed

"Great!"

"Come with me"

"Let's check the dishes in the banquet hall"

Mother said

I followed her but a guard went to us

"Your Majesties"

"King Marco of Italy has arrived"

He said

I was shocked because I didn't know that he would follow me here.

"I didn't know he was coming"

Mother said

"Neither do I"

I replied

I went to welcome him

"Marco!"

"I wasn't expecting for you to come here as well"

I smiled

"Surprise!"

"I'd like to be present too when you announce the good news!"

He said

"What good news?"

Queen Mary said

"Mother! I didn't know you followed me"

I laughed

"Queen Mary"

He smiled

"I'm happy to see you, mother"

He hugged her

"Mhmm"

"So what's the good news?"

She squinted her eyes while looking at us

"Later, mother"

I smiled

"After lunch?"

I asked Marco

He nodded

"Up to you, love"

He smiled

"That better be good, my dear"

Queen Mary smirked

"Shall we go inside?"

I asked

We went to the banquet hall-- seeing my baby brother, James, eating a cookie.

"Ahhh! James!"

"My little brother!"

Marco went to him

I followed him and whispered

"You became so soft all of a sudden, love"

"Preparing for something already?"

We laughed

"Hey!"

"I'm a good person!"

"And a good playmate of kids"

He said

I nodded and laughed

"Can't wait to announce it later"

I whispered again

"And I"

"Can't wait to have our baby"

He smiled at me

"Lunch is served already"

"Let's eat, shall we?"

Queen Mary asked

We nodded

As we eat our lunch, I can't stop thinking of the fact that I'm eating for two people. I really can't wait to surprise my family and friends here. I wish my father is here too, he would have been here with my mother hearing me announce my pregnancy with my husband, Marco.
