Beverly's pov

Her eyes fell to my lips before returning back. The tension in the room was unbelievable, my heart pounded against my chest as my breathing was shaky. Just one slight movement and I'd turn into a puddle.

I closed my eyes, the sensation flowed through my veins, the feeling of her body on mine went a wave of pleasure through my body. I wasn't even thinking about my straight, I just wanted to taste her so badly.

"I'm... I'm sorry" she mumbled

The warm body left mine, my eyes flew open to see Aqua standing in the corner of the room. Her hand gripped her shoulders and she rubbed them shyly

"What's wrong?" I asked

"I... It's nothing, I'm sorry I shouldn't have gotten so close" she mumbled, a low chuckle escaped my throat

"It's okay, don't worry about it" in all honesty, I really did want to kiss her. A girl, yes. I didn't care.

"I should allow you to get some sleep" Aquamarine mumbled, her feet took control and headed right towards the door

I guess reflexes caught up and my hand reached out to grab hers, my hands wrapped around her wrist before she could step one foot out the door

"Um....you could stay... If.. That's what makes you more comfortable. I remembered you saying that" I muttered.

"Are you sure?" she asked, Aqua's eyes met mine as she turned to face me. I swallowed a lump in my throat when I noticed her eyes flashed a different colour for a second

"Yeah sure, why not? It's.. Just sleeping" I said, I could see the disappointment in her eyes. But why?

"Guess I'll stay here then" Aquamarine smiled, her grin reached her ear, putting me in a comfortable mood

She made her way over to her clothes, her thumbs slipped around the waist line of her jeans and slid it right now. My eyes suddenly came into contact with her bare skin

I quickly turned away to give her some privacy but the mental image was stuck in my brain. The burning sensation of a blush crept onto my cheek. I groaned to myself and pulled the covers over my body.

"It's okay to look, I don't mind" Aqua laughed, oh for fuck sakes!

A dip in the bed took me out of my trance, I lowered the cotton sheets to see Aqua laying on the other end with a smirk on her face and in her pajamas

"You're really cute when you blush" she smiled

"Ugh stop" I groaned and blush even harder. Aqua's laugh filled the entire room

"Tell me about you Beverly" she said

"That's there to tell?"

"I want to know what makes Beverly... Beverly"

"Well my parents moved us in here a few weeks ago. I'm always here by myself while they're off working. I go to Green Academy, I'm not that known. I actually tried out for the cheer team next term. Hopefully I get it" I smiled

"Cheer team?" she questioned

"It's a sport, some people treat it like a circus act. I'm pretty sure those people can't do a simple split" I rolled my eyes

"You find the cheer team interesting?"

"I... Find the sport interesting. My great grandma used to attend that school. It was named after her father, she was the best. My great grandma was the best captain the school has ever seen, hopefully next term Elena will take that role" I chuckled

"Do you want the part?" she asked

"I'm not that good to be a captain, and I'd never try to ruin something my friend's worked so hard to achieve" I assured

"That's really sweet" she chuckled

"Have you ever been with anyone?"

I sighed and threw my head back into the pillow, allowing myself to sink. The empty feeling flowed through my veins, I didn't feel sadness... It was just empty.

"I did, but it was a terrible mistake that I regret" I groaned

"How so?"

"He.. He wasn't the person I thought he was. His name's Jason, he used me for his own satisfaction. I was blind, I was a stupid fool to think he actually loved me" I spat

"I.. Don't get it" she mumbled, I raised my brow at her

"Get what?"

"Why would he give up the chance to love you?" she said. It felt star stuck for a second, what did she mean by that?

"I guess I wasn't enough for him" I laughed, the stinging pain in my heart was covered by a fake laugh. I suddenly felt a hand in mine.

Aquamarine intertwined her fingers as her eyes burned into mine. They held such, sympathy. It was intoxicating.

"You're worth it Beverly. Don't let some jackass -who's vision was clouded- make you feel like you're not deserving of love. I know you may regret whatever time and energy you placed into him but the fact is, these experiences make us far stronger in the future. Without pain, we have nothing to gain. We've only known each other for a short time but, I think you're pretty cool Beverly. I'm not saying that just because you gave me a place to stay and bought me shit to have, you're honestly such a nice person. I hope you find what you're looking for out there, I know I wouldn't miss the chance to love you" she muttered

My heart pounded against my chest as her words played over and over in my head.

"I wouldn't miss the chance to love you"

Never has someone made me feel so.. Alive. Her words left me struck, Aqua's smile was already making it hard to breathe. Her hands in mine was sending chills down my spine, there was something going on between us that I couldn't put my fingers on. She saw me in such a different light.

And with that, I grabbed the nape of her neck and crashed her lips onto mine. A shocking charge of electricity shot through my veins the second our lips touch.

Our soft lips brushed against each other delicately, she was taken back at first but reciprocated quickly. Her bottom lips captured with mine and a low moan escaped my lips.

My grasp around her neck went weak and so did every inch of my body. God, her lips were soft. I've never felt something so delicate before. The butterflies swarmed my stomach.

I don't think I've ever needed someone so badly as I do right now.

The vibration hummed against her lips, I tilted my head to deepen the kiss. Aqua's tongue flickered over my bottom lip and another moan left my lips. I felt like my body was heating up by the second.

Aqua leaned down, her body hovered over mine. She straddled my waist, her thighs were on either side of my stomach. Her hands cupped my cheek as our lips moved together sensually.

Her lips then left mine, they moved along my skin and touched my neck. I felt goosebumps run all along my body the second her lips touched my skin.

I took a deep breath as she slightly parted her lips, sucking on my pulse point. Her tongue flickered over my neck, exploring the area skilfully before applying the right amount of pressure

"Do you want me to stop?" she asked in a low voice, her hot breath brushed against my ear

"Don't stop" I hissed

I felt her grin against my skin before she returned back to kissing my flesh, every stroke sent me over the edge. She traced my jawline with her tongue, leaving wet kisses down my neck. I threw my head back, giving her more space

My breath was growing heavy and erotic as my knuckles turned White. She had electrified every inch of my body.

She pulled me closer and continued laving my neck, sucking harshly on my pulse point. A moan escaped my lips, it amazed me how on much effect Aqua had on me.

She covered my neck with quickly reddening marks and soft bites, soothing everything with strokes of her warm tongue.

Her lips moved back up my neck, pressing soft wet kisses as they trailed to my lips. She gave me a lingering kiss before pulling away. Our eyes met once again, I noticed her pupils were fully dialated but they were a different colour.

Neither of us spoke, we panted for breath, our lips were still so close together. It send waves of pleasure through my body every time hers grazed against mine.

God, I really hope this wasn't a dream.
