Christian carried the carseat in the house as Viviana followed behind. They were thrilled to finally be home with Adelaide, and they couldn't wait for the kids to meet their baby sister.

Eiley ran into the living room and gasped, "Daddy! That my baby sissy?!" She exclaimed, going by Christian who set the car seat on the couch and Eiley looked inside, smiling big. "She sleepy, daddy.."

Christian nodded, "Yeah, she's a little tired. She had a long night. You gotta be quiet though, I don't want her to wake up.." He told his eldest, moving to give her a hug. "Sorry I wasn't there to wake you up this morning! Momma had to get to the hospital."

"She okay?" She looked at Viviana, "Mommy, you okay?"

Viviana smiled at Eiley, "I'm just fine, babe. Your baby sister just decided she wanted to come a little earlier than expected." She laughed, "Would you like to hold her?"

Eiley nodded quickly, "Yes, please, mommy!" She climbed up on the recliner and looked at Viviana who carefully got Adelaide out of the carrier and handed her to Eiley.

"You cradle her like you did with Sawyer when he was a baby, remember?" Viviana made sure Eiley was holding her sister carefully and correctly. "You are a pro, Eiley Rose."

Christian took a picture of Eiley holding her sister and couldn't help but smile. "Looks like she's already in love with her big sister.." He commented, pointing to the girls as he noticed Adelaide wrap her tiny hand around Eiley's finger, causing her to giggle.

Viviana's mother walked down with Sawyer and smiled, "There they are. Eiley already holding her?"

Christian nodded. "They love each other already." He smiled, "And the doctors said she's perfectly healthy. A little tiny considering she's premature, but she's perfect."

Her mother walked over by Eiley, "Isnt it crazy that she's here, Eiley Rose?"

Eiley nodded, "She not in mommy's tummy no more.."

"You're right! She's finally out in the world and I bet she's excited to meet her big sister and her big brother.." She looked at Viviana, "How are you feeling?"

"I'm doing alright. Really tired, but I'm good. Really sucks that the epidural decided to kick in after she was born, so I felt everything, so my legs are really sore.." Viviana replies, sitting on the other couch.

"Why don't you go rest in your room, hon? I'm sure Christian can handle your little newborn."

Viv shook her head, "I want Adelaide to come with me if I'm going in my room.." She said, walking over by Eiley and picked her up gently. "I have to feed her yet, anyways.." she said quietly, fixing the beanie on Adelaide's head.

"Mommy, whats her name?" Eiley asked, following her mom.

"Her name is Adelaide. But, you can call her Addy because that's easier." Viviana told her daughter. "Me and her are gonna go nap for a little bit though, mommas super tired." She replied before walking upstairs with Adelaide in her arms and walked into her room, laying Addy in her bassinet. "Oh, Ads, your siblings are in love with you already. But, I'm sure you're tired just like momma.." She said, making sure her newborn was comfy and tucked in. Viviana crawled in bed and got under the covers and she was out in no time.

Christian kept the other two kids entertained, taking them to run some errands while Viviana rested to keep them out of her hair. He knew that she was in pain and exhausted; Delivering a baby isn't the easiest thing to do, and surely took a lot out of Viviana considering how little she is.

"Daddy, we get mommy a treat?" Eiley asked, pointing at a stuffed teddy bear holding a heart. "I think she like it."

Christian smiled, "I think she will like it too, Eils. Especially if it's from you and Sawyer. Right, bud?" He poked Sawyers tummy.

Sawyer giggles, "Teddy!" He said as Eiley put the bear in the cart. "Mommy here?"

"No, buddy, she's back at home sleeping." He told his son. Christian loved spending time with his kids. Whenever he got the chance, he would. He was going to try as much as he could before he left for spring training.

It wasn't even discussed yet by the two on their whereabouts for the season. Christian knew he wanted to go back to Milwaukee, but with Adelaide just being born, he didn't know if moving would be good for her. But, he was leaving in two weeks for his six week spring training session then it was baseball season again. This was something he knew he was going to have to worry about again with having another baby near the beginning of the baseball season. Sure, he had a couple of weeks to be with his daughter, but then he would miss over a month with her. So many things could happen in a month and that's what killed him. He dreaded talking about the move with his wife.

When he got home with the kids, he got the food and whatnot put away before walking into the bedroom and smiled as he saw his wife and newborn daughter sleeping peacefully. He took off his shoes before crawling in bed behind Viviana and wrapped his arm around her torso. Christian kissed behind her ear softly and pulled up the blankets, getting comfortable as he laid with his wife.

Viviana stirred awake, rubbing her eyes before turning to face Christian. "Hi..." She rasped out, closing her eyes again. "Is Adelaide still sleeping?"

Christian nodded, "Yeah, she's peacefully sleeping and the other two are down for a nap." He ran his fingers through her hair, "I took them out to run errands with me and got them all tired out. Just wanted to come see how you were feeling.."

"Better now.." Viviana replies, "I think I just needed a little nap, honestly." She said, quietly, "It felt great. I haven't woken up once and neither has Adelaide. Something tells me she might be a good sleeper."

He listened to his wife talk, nodding. "Yeah, I walked in and she didn't even budge. Eiley wanted to come in and say hi but I figured you were still sleeping and she was like half asleep anyways so I helped her get ready for her nap." Christian replied, "I told her once she woke up, you would be awake from your nap too.."

Vivi nodded, "Adelaide should wake up soon, then I'm guessing she'll want to be fed.." She told Christian as she carefully sat up, as she was still in pain from the birth of her daughter.

Christian helped her sit up, "Careful, baby. I know you're in a lot of pain right now..." He said, kissing her temple. "I wish there was something I could do to help you out.."

"I think just having you around is enough, babe." Viviana replied, "You're a huge help to me and the kids and I appreciate it." She said, getting up and walked over by the bassinet to see Adelaide stirring awake and saw her beautiful blue eyes looking at her mother. "Well, hello, beautiful.." Vivi smiles and picked Addy up. "Are you hungry? Need to be changed?" She cradled her baby in her arms, looking at Christian, "She has the most beautiful eyes.."

Christian walked over and looked, smiling, "Oh my god, she does." He kissed her forehead, "Hi, angel. Wow, you are so precious...You want any help with feeding and changing?"

Vivi shook her head, "I got it, baby. Not much you can really do to help when it comes to me feeding her," she giggled quietly, "I mean if you want to get her diapers and whatnot. They're in Eiley's closet."

He nodded, going to do so as Viviana fed Adelaide. When he walked back in, he sat next to her, "Do you plan on moving back to Milwaukee? Baseball's coming up, and we haven't really talked about it..."

Viviana signed, not really wanting to think about what he just asked. "I mean, Adelaide was just born and I know you have spring training soon.." She looked at Adelaide, patting her back, "Of course I want to move back to Milwaukee, I think Adelaide should grow up there. That's where her brother and sister grew up, and that's where her dad does what he loves."

"I just didn't know how you felt about it. Because like you said, Adelaide was just born and I leave in two weeks, I don't really want to go a season without you or the kids.." Christian said, looking at Adelaide, then at Viviana. "I understand if you want to move back when Adelaide is like at least old enough to fly, but I do want to go back to Milwaukee. I love Miami, but Milwaukee is our home.."

She nodded, "I agree. We started our family there, and I think it's only right that we continue to raise our family there and establish our life there." She cleaned up Adelaide and got her changed then laid her back down. "I think Adelaide will love living in Milwaukee, and all the guys are going to love seeing her at the ballpark," she continued, "I mean, by the time you go off to spring training, she'll be a month old, and then by the time baseball starts, she'll be around two months and usually that's when babies are able to fly. So, I think we'll be back in Milwaukee for the regular season. Wouldn't wanna miss the MVP in action."

Christian nodded, "Totally understand. I agree with the waiting and wanting to move when she's a little bigger." He told her, "I think it's best for the entire family. Just gonna suck being away from you while I'm in Phoenix, but work calls, and I gotta go."

It pained him to leave his family right when his daughter was born. He didn't want to, but he knew he had to report to duty when it called.
