《YANDERE HARRY POTTER ONESHOTS》YANDERE TOM RIDDLE X READER (FRIGHT NIGHTS EVENT🎃)

Tom doesn't understand how normal emotions work because the only emotions he's felt so far is just rage, anger and extreme hatred towards muggles because his father left his mother when he found out she was a witch. He never really thought much about love and refused to even spare a second thought to it because he viewed love as a distraction and a weakness that would just destroy you in the end and that was exactly what happened to his mother. He viewed love as a frivolous trivial thing and scoffed at the idea of ever falling in love with someone because he felt it was repulsive. Till he met you and changed his feelings for you, more than he's willing to admit
You were starting Hogwarts and you were excited, you've heard stories about Hogwarts and it's students and you were determined to make a good name for yourself there. Your parents bade you goodbye and left you at the Kings Cross station and you boarded the Hogwarts Express. You sighed to yourself and thought 'Big world out there. Right, I can do this' and you mentally told yourself to stay positive. You entered an empty compartment and took your book out and began writing in it. You'd been working on a story during the summer but you couldn't complete it because you'd get writers block very often and you were busy with packing for Hogwarts and buying your stuff from Diagon Alley for your new year. You decided it would be the perfect time to capture some moments from your own life and integrate it into your story for a more realistic effect
You were so engrossed in writing in your book you didn't realize your compartment door slid open and someone came in. That someone being none other than Tom Marvolo Riddle. He watched you with a calculating expression on his face for a few moments. You didn't even bother looking up from your book, what was it that was so engaging you failed to notice him enter your compartment? You finally felt a presence in front of you and looked up from your book only to find a dark haired well built guy with green robes staring at you. "Oh... hi there, I'm Y/N, Y/N L/N and I'm going to be a first year. Do you mind if I ask you your name?" you politely asked him and Tom acknowledged you with his unreadable expression. You were such a polite little thing, he smirked and extended his hand and replied "Tom. Tom Riddle is the name. I guarantee you, Hogwarts will be an interesting enriching experience for anyone who attends it" and you were glad you made your first friend
You showed him what you were working on and he chimed in with his own ideas as well helping you with your story. In just a short amount of time he felt something warm course through his body as he watched you smile. There was just something about you and your aura that radiated kindness and compassion, something that he'd always lacked. Just then the compartment door opened and in came in Tom's other friends. "Tom, why didn't you come to our compartment?" asked Avery and he stiffly replied "It was full". He was getting miffed and annoyed with them for barging in like that and ruining his time with you. Mulciber glanced at you and licked his lips with desire as he had a dark manic gleam in his eyes. "Who's this little cutie here? If you're new don't worry sweets, I can show you the ropes" he winked at you and it made you a bit uncomfortable. You slunk into your seat and forced a smile that you'll consider his offer but Tom could tell you were feeling uncomfortable. It was one of his many traits, he could study and read people like a book and predict their actions

"Mulciber it would benefit you and your well being if you learn how to keep a control and check over that tongue of yours" said Tom in a warning voice with a sharp glare towards him as he muttered an incoherent apology. You reached Hogwarts after a few hours and you marveled at the glimmering lights around the castle, it looked simply beautiful. You went with the other first years to where the house sorting took place and when your name was called, Tom was looking at you intently. Secretly he wished for you to end up in Slytherin so he could have you under his wing. You were such a tiny little thing he needed to keep an eye on you and for a moment he wondered what in the name of Merlin was going on with his feelings. Why was he suddenly so concerned and worried about someone he just met?
You ended up in Gryffindor and you looked at Tom with a worried expression and you spoke "I'll understand if you don't want to be my friend even after I got sorter into another house". Usually he couldn't care less about friends, or even his own entourage for that matter. He saw everyone around him as tools and weapons he could mould for his own desires. But for some reason he didn't want to break contact with you. Besides he wondered if you could be useful for him in the future, so he told you it was no problem and he'd still be your friend. He was amused with himself, ensuring a little first year like you that he'd be your friend. The heir of Slytherin being someone's friend. Amusing indeed. As time went by he could feel himself growing obsessed with you. He hated it when you talked to another person, someone that wasn't him. He started growing more territorial and possessive over you. The other day you told Tom about someone lending you his owl so you could send a letter to your parents and internally he felt like committing arson. That lousy prat only wanted to paint himself to be the hero so he could impress you. Well, no matter, he was going to destroy him for good
People never dare to make him angry because he can hold a grudge. And when he does hold a grudge, he'll do whatever it takes to destroy and ruin the person physically, emotionally and psychologically. The truth was Tom wanted to hate you for making him feel such complex emotions. When he finally understood he was falling in love he was appalled with himself. So like every other obsessive douchebag, he thought it was right to distance you from your friends and play the hero and knight in shining armor for you. He felt power course through his body whenever you'd leaned onto him for comfort and he'd tell you that you didn't have to worry about anything but secretly he was extremely gleeful that you were relying on him. You were like a little bunny in his opinion. A bunny would get scared if someone imposed a trap on it all of a sudden, a person has to lure the bunny out of its hiding spot, gain its trust and then make sure it doesn't escape
Halloween was coming up and it was one of your favorite holidays. You were really looking forward to the sweets and delicious treats for the feast today and when you were heading to the Great Hall, a guy from your Transfiguration class, Austin Cruz caught up with you. "Hey Y/N, I was wondering if you'd like to go to Hogsmeade today with me. There are some awesome sweets from Honeydukes and I think you'll like them" and you beamed and told him that you'd love to go to Hogsmeade with him. You were practically jumping from the happiness and you told Tom about Austin asking you to accompany him to Hogsmeade with him after breakfast. His eyes narrowed to slits and he immediately knew that he had to take care of that pest before it was too late. How DARE that filthy unworthy pathetic excuse of a wizard dare to ask you out? He knew he wanted to be more than friends with you and like he'll would he ever allow that to happen. "That's.... great. However I should warn you that he isn't who he seems to be" and you wondered what he meant as Tom siezed the opportunity to feed you malicious lies about your new friend so you wouldn't see him anymore

You were shocked at what he told you and the fact that you didn't bother to cross check whether or not Tom was telling you the truth made him feel even more powerful. You were such a naive little trusting thing. You were so easy to manipulate, now do you see why he has to keep you for himself? People will just take advantage of you, you should be thankful he's taken it upon himself to protect you. You didn't go to Hogsmeade with Austin and you avoided him for the whole day. You worked on your story with Tom instead and you've borrowed some books from the library for inspiration. You had to tell Tom to leave else he'd get into trouble and be begrudgingly left. Just when you were about to sleep your gaze landed on the book you've borrowed from the library and you mentally cursed yourself for forgetting to return it. You got up from your bed, grabbed the book in your hand and decided to return the book back to the library
You weren't someone who was afraid of the dark but at that moment when you were walking though the corridors and halls, you preferred Hogwarts when it was filled with rambunctious students and noises than it being so creepily quiet. When you descended down the stairs, you suddenly felt it move and you internally groaned. This was something you really didn't want happening now. If someone caught you out of bed and wandering in the dark you'd be history and get detention for a month. You looked around helplessly when the stairs landed somewhere else and you sighed to yourself as you decided to keep going. Maybe there was a shortcut and you were determined to find it out. When you were walking, you suddenly heard a strange thumping noise from the walls and it made your blood freeze. 'Probably a ghost or something... or Peeves playing another prank?' you tried to convince yourself rather hesitantly when you heard the same thumping noise again this time followed by a series of muffled screams. You frowned. Ghosts didn't scream like that, something was not right. As they say, curiosity kills the cat, your own curiosity led you to your doom
You followed the source of the noise and it led you to a door that was locked from the outside. That was strange, then how did someone get in? You looked for another way to the room and when you found the second entrance to the room, you slowly twisted the door handle, as your heart raced with anticipation and dread. You were then met with a sight you'd never thought you'd see in a million years. There was your friend, Austin Cruz, tied up in a chair bound by magical ropes that squeezed around his frame too tight, it looked like blood was pooling in his face and hands as he let out muffled grunts and whimpers of fright. "Oh shut up, you know...you wouldn't have to go through all this if you'd just left MY Y/N alone. You couldn't do that though... you kept getting closer to them like a filthy pest. When I'm done with you, you'll be begging me for death" a familiar voice seethed with rage and you froze in your tracks when you recognized it was none other than Tom's voice. Your kind friend Tom who wa always there for you, torturing someone and was responsible for Austin's half dead bloodied state. Austin shook his head helplessly as Tom raised his wand and yelled 'SECTUMSEMPRA!' and you watched the blood just pour out from Austin's chest, like he'd been stabbed with a sword 18 times
You felt paralyzed and you couldn't move, you had tears in your eyes and your mind was unable to comprehend anything that was going on in front of you. Why was Tom doing this? Before you could even think about what your next step should be, Tom yelled 'Avada Kedavra' and killed him in an instant. You knew you had to leave before it was too late and he did something to you as well. Unfortunately for you, Tom spotted your figure lurking near the door in a Sneakoscope nearby and your eyes widened in fear as you tried to run out of the room but Tom muttered a spell that made the door magically disappear. "Please... please let me go, I promise I won't tell anyone what you did..." you pleaded with him as tears started to flow freely from your eyes at this point. He let out a soft chuckle as he kissed your tears away and spoke " You look ravishing when you cry dear. It just makes me want to corrupt you and have you all for myself which is what I'll be doing anyways" When you asked him why he killed Austin he replied "Pretend you never saw that, I cant' stand it when you look so scared'' and snarled "That pest tried to ask you out. The gall and audacity to ask you out when YOU BELONG to ME and ONLY ME!" he had a crazy manic gleam in his eyes
You tried to get away from him by squirming but his firm hand held you in place and he pinned you to a wall, arms above your head. "Wh-what are you doing? Let me go!" you struggled and tried to kick him but he dodged it and captured your lips in his. Usually if someone kisses you, you feel like fireworks are exploding inside you and you feel like you've got butterflies inside you. But now you just felt nothing but fear. He wrapped a possessive arm around your waist, caging you between his frame and pulled you closer. He then marked your neck with love bites and at last when he pulled away he spoke "I didn't want you find out like this. But you're mine" and he put you to sleep with a spell. The last thought you had was how could you have befriended such a monster like him. People weren't always as nice as they seemed to be and unfortunately for you, you had to learn it the hard way
