Today seemed like any other day, but it wasn't going to be.

You woke up feeling off, being only five months old, you couldn't do anything to tell them how you felt.

Zane woke up to whimpering coming from the baby monitor. "Huh?" Cole said waking up. "Go back to sleep, I'll check it out." Zane said getting out of bed.

When Zane walked in to see why you were whimpering, his heart broke at the sight of the sick little baby he saw. "Oh no, my sweet baby, let's get you cleaned up." He said, picking you up and laying you on the changing table.

You whined and started crying softly as he changed you out of your sick covered onesie.

"Shhh, it's alright, papa has you." He said cleaning you off, and taking you to the bathroom for a bath.

Cole had gotten up when the cries had been heard and headed to the bathroom. "Hey, what's wrong?" He asked.

"Our poor baby is sick." Zane said and gently set you in your bath seat.

"Oh, my poor baby, is your tummy being a meanie?" Cole cooed and kissed your forehead.

You whined a bit as Zane gave you a short bath.

Cole kept you calm as Zane bathed you.

You stayed still for the most part while Cole dried you off and dressed you in a new onesie.

Soon you were laying in between your dads happily asleep.

"I hope she/he feels better soon." Cole said gently kissing your forehead.

"She/he will, because we are taking care of her." Zane smiled, as you slept soundly knowing they will always protect you.
