rubi whips around seeing her DADA teacher, professor lupin, jogging up to her.

"hello profesor, do you need something?" she smiles softly at him. he returns the smile, clasping his hands together.

"yes i wanted to talk to you about something, i heard you are able to cast a patronus" he looks at her impressed. she looks at him wide-eyed.

"erm- yeah i suppose so, my father taught me" she rubs her sweaty hands together. he smiles at her. "you know harry correct?"

she smiles at the name. "i think the whole school knows who harry is professor" he chuckles, nodding in agreement "well you see, the dementors have been giving him a hard time lately and well i want to teach him how to cast a patronus"

he pauses "and i might need a bit help from someone harry is quite fond with" she looks at him frowning. "fond with, sir?"

he smiles at her "you'll understand one day but for now, will you help me?" she raises an eyebrow wanting to question him about it but she chooses to let it pass for now.

she nods. "very well, ill let you know when soon" he turns walking away with a bit of a limp.

hand in hand, cedric and rubi walk together to zonko's joke shop to meet up with fred, george and leanne.

"im really sorry about harry bb" cedric frowns at his beautiful 'supposed girlfriend'. she looks at him smiling. "its ok ceddie, oliver already told you that it was fine, you won it fair and square"

not fully convinced, he still nods. she gives his hand a reassuring squeeze and he smiles. they see the red colored shop and walk towards it.

walking inside, they immediately see them. rubi goes running towards leanne jumping on her back. leanne stumbles feeling the weight on her.

"bloody hell rubi" she laughs grabbing rubi by her thighs to keep her up. rubi snorts. cedric walks up to the twins smiling, patting them both on the back in greeting.

"hi anne" rubi smiles, kissing leanne's cheek. they both start laughing. she gets down and they hug each other.

"what are we? your dogs?"

rubi looks at her brothers. shaking her head she hugs them both. "fred you should've seen snape tripped today on one of the steps and it was hilarious."

"NO WAY" rubi nods grinning.

"bloody fucking mcgonagall, why did she have to take me and georgie away from potions" he huffs crossing his arms.

"hey george, i wanna show you something" leanne says pulling george. he grins not even giving a last glance at his siblings.

fred groans rubbing his face. "ive been thrid- wheeling all day, they give each other lovey dovey eyes every single second, also they always forget that im even with them"

rubi chuckles watching as leanne keeps on touching george's bicep and fluttering her eyelashes at him. fred and rubi pretend to gag.

cedric just grins at the siblings childish behavior.

all five of them were having a good time, laughing and telling jokes. rubi was so happy to be with her four favorite people. watching as all of them got a long.

she looks at cedric and sees how much her brothers like him. she liked him very much as well, he was kind, generous and a gentleman.

she just knew her mum and dad would like him. even though they've never kissed before, they've only held hands and gave each other little kisses on the cheek.

but thoes little things just meant that they were moving and getting more comfortable with each other. so it was enough.

while she looks at him, she notices the way he grinned whenever fred and george would argue about something small. the way he chuckles whenever leanne gets very affectionate with george.

she smiles softly to herself. maybe just maybe, he'll be the person she'll love forever.

suddenly something clicks in her head. my homework for transfiguration. her thoughts say. she groans internally.

"hey uh, ced" she puts her chin on his shoulder. he hums looking at her. "yes love" he says with a raspy voice. her stomach flutters at the sound of his voice.

she snuggles in to his neck. pecking a kiss on his neck, seeing how his whole body shivers lightly. "i have to leave, i have homework for transfiguration"

he looks down at her. "you want me to take you back" he whispers. she shakes her head. "ill go by myself, you stay here, ill see you later ok" she gives him a chaste kiss on the cheek before standing.

"uh excuse me, where do you think your going?" fred raises an eyebrow at his sister. she rolls her eyes. "im going back, i need to do homework"

he looks at me with a straight face. "your really gonna leave us for some stupid parchment"

"yup" she gives both fred and george a kiss on the cheek before hugging leanne squeezing tightly.

she winks at cedric before heading back to the castle.

once she reaches it she sighs. she enters the common room before grabbing her stuff and sitting down. she sits their for a second, thinking.

"should i do this in the astronomy tower, it is nice up there, to think." she whispers out loud. she shrugs before picking up her stuff up and walking to the tower.

she climbs up the stairs and looks at the empty tower. she lets out a puff of air once she sits down at the edge and laying out her stuff.

she starts doing her work. muttering stuff to herself.

"oh, sorry didn't mean to disturb you" she looks up to see a teared eyed harry. "uh ill just go"

"no! dont its ok" he snaps his head back to her, blinking. "you sure" he frowns. she nods smiling at him.

he walks slowly to her almost cautiously. he sits a feet away from her looking at his dangling feet.

"you ok?" she asks frowning at him. "not really." she puts down her quill and pushes everything to the side. "wanna talk about it?"

he looks in to her beautiful brown eyes and sees how they crinkle a bit when she frowns.

(quick note,, i know that ellie bamber's eye color is blue but she is george and fred's twin so gotta make it realistic)

"erm well, i just found out that my own godfather.....let my parents die, he turned them in" his voice cracks. his bottom lip quivers lightly.

rubi's whole face drops, just seeing harry heartbroken made hers break with him. she puts her arms on his shoulders and she pulls him in for a hug.

he wraps his arms around her waist, letting the silent tears fall off his face. she runs her fingers through his soft strands.

he takes in her smell and smiles softly at her avocado honey scented shampoo. she pulls away and he frowns at the lost of contact.

she looks at him and wipes his cheek. "if you want we can talk about something else." he nods.

she smiles moving away from him.

for the rest of the time they spent up there, they talked about anything and everything. to what color they liked to what job they wanted to do in the future.

for harry it meant everything to him. the fact that she stayed there talking to him made him forget about every problem he has on his shoulders.

i mean it would mean everything to anyone who has had a crush on someone for three years and the person not really acknowledging you until now.

he loved the fact she was so different but alike then her twin brother's. she had their exact features, nose, eyes, ears, cheeks, forehead, hair and freckles.

the only difference was that she had fuller lips, shorter and was gorgeous. sure she was older than him but it didn't stop the fact of how much he liked her.

just having the privilege of talking to her was absolutely mind blowing to harry.

"so you and diggory huh." harry rubs his neck awkwardly. she smiles at him. "yeah, well were not official but i like him a lot"

harry smiles weakly. "is he good to you." she blinks at him and grins. "he's sweet to me so im pretty sure he is"

he chuckles and runs a hand through his hair sighing. "he looks like he is a good bloke" rubi nods picking her nails.

"i see you lost your baby fat, you got muscles now" she pokes his bicep. he blushes feeling the heat reach his cheeks and neck.

"what happened to my lanky harry" she chuckles while looking at him with a sparkle in her eyes. his whole face turns red and noticing the way she said my.

"i- i do- dont know" he stutters out. she laughs liking the way how flustered he gets when she talks to him.

"you look more beautiful than last year- not that you didnt look beautiful last year- you always look beautiful i mean your gorgeous- you look gorgeous all the time even at your worst- not that you dont look good at your worst-." he rambles on.

she bursts out laughing, letting out a couple of snorts here and there. harry rubs his neck, feeling embarrassed and awkward.

"your so cute harry, i appreciate the compliment though, no one has ever told me im gorgeous and beautiful at the same time" she says with amusement.

"how could anyone not" he smiles softly at her. she grins, biting down on her lip. she leans in and plants a peck on his cheek.

"thank you harry"

he stares at her, taking in every feature on her face. she's so breathtaking. he thinks to himself.

she backs away and sighing. "i think we should go, everyone should be back by now." she stands using her wand to fix all her stuff.

harry frowns watching as she grabbed her stuff to leave. "erm- yeah we should" he stands up. she mutters a charm under breath and the papers and books start to float right beside her.

she runs her hands through her hair with her eyes closed. harry stares at her just wondering to himself why he had to find her so bloody frickin' gorgeous.

she was way out of his league and to top it all off. she was his best friend older sister. like hell ronald would let him date his sister.

he already told harry that he didnt like the idea of her dating cedric. and the only reason he hadnt told rubi anything about it because he knew cedric since he was little.

him being his neighbor and all. and harry knows how much of a jealous prat ron can get. so he really wishes to never tell ron about his weird crush on his sister.

"harry?" harry snaps out of his daze when rubi calls out to him.

"you comin'?" she grins while leaning against the railing of the stairs. nodding, he walks over to her and she starts walking down the steps.

"it was nice talking to you, i really liked it" looking down at his feet not wanting to look at her.

"me too harold" she chuckled.

he finally looks up at her only to find her staring at him with kind eyes and little smile. harry thought it was very cute of her.

he bashfully looks away. playing with his fingers. as they walked to griffindor tower, harry caught himself wishing they never left the astronomy tower.

hopefully, soon, she'll end up being there again . he really wanted to talk to her again about it.

harry, without even noticing. they had finally reached the gryffindor common room.

"wait how did you know the password he always changes it." harry looks behind seeing sir cadogan fighting with no one particularly.

"i promised to duel him" rubi shrugs. "its not hard to pursue him, especially since he likes me"

harry blinks. he nods continue going down the portrait hole.

rubi yawns, rubbing her eyes. "im gonna go to bed, it was great talking to you harold." she smiles at him sweetly.

she walks up to him and gives him a kiss on the cheek. she dishevels his hair before walking away.

harry huffs down in to the couch in front of the fire place. "like hell im ever telling ron about this."
