《Baking With Boys |✔》2. Strawberry Shortcake

There were three things that I had decided to do this spring break:
First, completing my homework in the first week itself. That had been my life long goal, and I had yet to achieve it. I had never been able to understand how I always ended up with all my homework left till the last day of the holidays.
If it didn't work this time, I was going to put it in the book of Mysteries Of The World.
Second, after I was done with step one, I was seriously going to catch up on my dramas. It had been two months since I had last seen a Korean Drama, and I was dying to catch up on a new one.
Third, which I planned to do while I did step two, baking. It had been eight long months since I had a real kitchen to bake anything.
I had looked up several recipes on the Internet and I was getting impatient to test them out. And my mother did like an extra helping hand in the bakery. But I could definitely see all my plans going down the drain with the entrance of those four guys in my life.
Seriously, it felt like my life was turning into one of those K-Dramas I watched. The four of them being the infamous F-4 of my life. Just the ugly version. Okay, fine, who was I kidding, all of them were blazing hot. But they could never beat Lee Min Ho.
I snorted at the Boys Over Flowers reference, just as the door banged open. I shot up from my bed and scrambled into a sitting position.
"So graceful," The Naked Guy, whose name I was yet to remember, commented, and I stared at him, my mouth hanging open.
"Excuse me? How could you enter my bedroom without asking or even knocking?" I asked him with my teeth clenched, as I glared at him. Though my eyes still didn't miss that true to his nickname, he was again shirtless, wearing low hung jeans that just covered his not-to-be-seen area.
"I hate to say this, but you have been blabbering something for over ten minutes. I thought you were on phone so I waited but looks like you were talking to yourself," he explained and smirked at me. I shut my mouth at that.
"What's the F-4 by the way?" he said, looking around my room, and I flushed. My room was a mess, all my luggage was strewn around and my laundry full-on display. Not to mention I was wearing my oldest, most comfortable Pj's.

"None of your business," I stated, trying to divert his attention before he noticed my baby pink polka-dot bra placed right in front of his eyes. Today was so not my day.
"Uh-huh. Rose is calling you downstairs for the dinner. Looks like it's going to be a very familial affair." He laughed at his own joke and turned to walk out.
"No!" I shouted, my hands reaching out to stop him, but it was already too late. He stepped onto my bra, and I watched it slowly crush beneath his feet.
He looked down, realizing he had stepped on something, and then up at me, his eyes twinkling with amusement.
"Nice pair. But don't you think it's two sizes big for you?" He bent and picked it up, dangling it in front of my eyes. I flushed, my temper rising, and at once covered my chest with my hands.
"Pervert," I shouted, picking up a pillow, and throwing it at him. He easily caught it with one hand and threw it back at me. I ducked and it went flying past me.
"Get out!" I screamed, and he quickly exited, his hands up in surrender, clicking the door shut behind him. His laughter echoed in my ears and I suppressed the urge to go out and strangle him.
"Asshole," I muttered, and finally made my way downstairs.
Some ground rules were definitely required to be set.
After bringing all the food from the kitchen to the table, I saw that the table was set for six people. Go figure.
Quickly grabbing my favorite spot, I started serving the lasagne that my mother had made. I had eaten my lunch in my room since she had been busy with the bakery, and I couldn't bear to see all of their faces. However handsome they were.
Everyone shuffled in and took their seats. My mother sat on my right at the head of the table and one of the twins on my left. The Naked one sat in front of me with the other twin beside him. The last guy sat directly opposite her.
And without any delay, all dived in for the food. Pigs, I thought to myself.
"Since Tyler is here now, along with all of you, we should discuss the house rules for the rest of the break," she spoke, and I could have hugged her right then.

Smiling at all of them smugly, I continued to eat my food. This was going to be interesting.
"Tyler why don't you start by introducing yourself?" She nudged me and I quickly gulped down my bite.
"Oh, okay. Hey, I am Tyler. And I guess we go to the same school," I finished, feeling awkward by the second. Someone snickered. I flashed them my eyes, challenging them to say anything.
"I am Seth, and that's my brother Liam. We both are twins as you can see, and yeah, we know that you go to our school," Seth said, smiling at me.
"You do?" I asked, the fork pausing in the way to my mouth. He didn't sound so bad right now, and I was curious.
"I hate to say this, but my little sister can't stop gushing about you whenever I see her."
"Your sister?" I asked, and took the bite. The flavorful lasagne melted in my mouth and I sighed in contentment over it inside.
"Yes. What do you expect when you win that popular Baking Competition every single time?" Seth said with a snort, and The Naked Guy looked up at me with surprise.
"She has been your fan ever since you won a Baking Tournament or something like that," Liam said and gave me a crooked smile.
"Wait, are you talking about Bea River?" I asked him.
Bea was a learner in my cooking classes back at school, and she was as obsessed with me as she was with my cakes. Only being two years junior to me, I could already make out her resemblance to her brothers.
"Yup. That's her," he said and shoved another bite down. My mother passed him a glass of water, and he nodded at her gratefully.
"I am Leo. You can call me anything. I'll answer to you--Ack!" He stopped and glared at Liam.
"Don't listen to him. As Seth already told you, I am Liam, and I am the captain of the school's swimming team." He smiled politely at me, and I couldn't help but smile back at him. His brown hair contrasted beautifully with his ocean blue eyes. Just like a chocolate--
"Ouch!" Someone kicked me from under the table and I looked up to see Naked Guy grinning down at me. My mother had just gotten up to get more sauce, so she had missed my outburst.
Lucky bastard.
"What?" I mouthed, already irritated.
"And I am Brandon," he continued cheekily as I saw her come inside the dining hall again.
I glared at him, which didn't go amiss by her. She raised her eyebrows at me, giving me a meaningful stare before settling down again.
"Ah, so you have introduced yourself. And about those rules. Boys, first, I want all your dirty clothes in the laundry as soon as you are back from the practices."
"Yes ma'am," all of them said in unison.
"Good, and Tyler, please help them out in anything they want. I don't want to hear any complaints. You got that?"
"What? No! Why?" I said, my smirk falling. Out of the corner of my eyes, I saw Brandon lean forward, looking at me like I was something to eat.
"What do you mean why? They're your guests here. Boys, please excuse her rudeness, she hasn't dated a lot. So she's still a little inexperienced around boys," she said and nodded at Brandon, who smiled cheekily at her.
"Of course, Rose," he said, and fucking winked at me.
"Mom, just why, why my dating experience has to do with anything related to them?" I hissed. She ignored me and smiled at them again.
"Brandon, if you don't mind, would you teach Ty to swim too?" she asked him, while I wildly shook my head. I knew how to swim, damn it!
"It would be my pleasure." He grinned at her, popping a cherry into his mouth. Liam coughed out some water, but everyone ignored him.
"Great! Take her to the pool with you tomorrow." She brightened up and I could see the wheels churning inside her head.
Oh God, she was at her matchmaking games, again.

Musings
This is being used as a place to post, some thoughts of mine, mostly old stuff from my past, my feelings or observations or just fiction (most likely fiction). It most likely will not take normal story format and I am sure this site will let me know if that outside the lines.
