Kuroko's hospital room being filled by both of Kiseki no Sedai and Seirin members now except for Seirin coach, Riko and Kiseki no Sedai captain, Akashi, who are currently going to see the doctor after they have been called to talk about Kuroko's CT scan result. Kise was also not there, he doesn't show up ever since the day he knows that Kuroko is still mad at him. No one could contact him.
As all of them are talking with each other, suddenly the door opens; revealing Riko and Akashi. Both of them slowly walking in and stood next to Kuroko's bed. The others eyeing them, waiting for something or more specific information that the doctor had already told them about Kuroko's condition.
"So, what the doctor have said? What is the result?" Aomine asked them suddenly.
Riko just staring at the floor with unreadable expression meanwhile for Akashi, he is looking at Kuroko with a sad look.
"Akashi-kun, is everything okay?" Kuroko asked, raising a bit his right eyebrow with his innocent face.
Akashi bit his lips a little, he didn't know how to speak about the bad news but his face still maintains calm.
"I need you to hear me well as I am going to tell you what have the doctor said to us," Akashi said with full seriousness. Kuroko gulps in nervous.
"Tetsuya.." Before Akashi could say anything, something stops him, it was Riko. Riko pulling his sleeve and looking at him with a sad look and shake her head in disagreement.
"He needs to know the truth," Akashi stated as he looks back at Kuroko. The others got a bad feeling about this; they start to feel nervous just like how Kuroko is. Everyone on the room is focusing on Akashi now.
"Tetsuya, the doctor have detected a small lump in your brain stem, he has declared that you are having a brain cancer. Stage 4." Akashi exclaimed with a serious tone yet it was a sad one.
All of them gasped in horror.
"You gotta be kidding me! No way Kuroko had a brain cancer!" Kagami shouted as he pulls Akashi's collar shirt roughly.
"I am not kidding at all if it was involving Tetsuya's health. Do I look like I'm joking around here?" Akashi said with a glare at Kagami.
"He was speaking the truth, that was the doctor really have told us and he has shown us the CT scan of Kuroko's head and we saw it, the tumour. "Riko said with a trembling voice while looking at the ground once again.
The room became silent.
"Is it? Maybe that is why I feel sicker lately. I can accept it, guys, don't be that shock" Kuroko said as he looks at his friends with a small smile, try to reassure his friends that he is okay with it.
"Tetsu, you didn't hear it wrong, right? You are having a brain tumour! It is not a simple matter; it might take your life away." Aomine shouted in anger, he just couldn't accept what have he heard just now and how his once best friend acceptance about it. It looks like the bluenette already giving up his life.

"Dai-kun is right, why are saying like that Tetsu-kun, Do you want to leave me behind? Do you want to give up your basketball?" Satsuki said with tears flowing down her face.
Kuroko bit his lips.
"I am not going to give up; I know I can be saved. I have my faith in the doctor. I also need you guys so that I can keep on fighting this illness. So, please don't cry, Momoi-san" Kuroko said as he wipes Satsuki's tears with his thumb.
"You guys too, I need you guys to stay strong beside me, play the basketball for me. I will recover back and play with all of you again" Kuroko reassures his friends again. He is looking straight at all his friends with full determination in his eyes. Slowly, all of the frown on his friend's face disappear being replaced with a smile.
"Then, we will gladly do it for you," All of them said in unison except for Aomine, Satsuki,Kagami and Akashi who still look trouble. Kuroko is trying to hide his sadness. They just know him well; they could see his biting his lips a few minutes ago. They could see how worried his face became before Akashi talk to him about the result. They just silent and pretending to agree with what the bluenette said with their smile.
An hour later, the visit time already ends. All of them need to leave Kuroko's now. They bid a goodbye and exiting the room. Akashi walks with his eyes observing Kuroko who is smiling toward them under the bed. He feels uncomfortable.
"Tetsu-kun, can I stay with you here? I want to take care of you."Satsuki pleads, hoping that the bluenette will give her his permission.
Kuroko shakes his head, "You can't Momoi-san. You need to go home now. It will be more comfortable and safe. I will be alright here alone. Don't worry about me" Kuroko replied with a soft voice.
"But I am alright now, I am safe if you are here with me and this place is already comfortable for me" Satsuki tried again.
"I can stay here too; I can protect both of you," Aomine said, also hoping that he could stay there one night, taking care of his former shadow.
"Maybe next time, I am feeling alright now.Anyways, there is nothing to worry about me here, I am in the hospital, the nurse will be there for me if I need them. Please don't be so overprotective, Momoi-san, Aomine-kun" Kuroko said accompanied by his comforting smile. Aomine and Satsuki let out a heavy sigh.
"Fine then, but the next time we will stay here," Aomine said, forcing the bluenette to promise him.
"Of course" Kuroko replied. Then, both Satsuki and Aomine leave the room.
"You know Kuroko, this time, you're bad in lying. I could see all of it clearly. You can lie to all of them but not me" Kagami said suddenly, coming back to the room after all of Kuroko's friends and his teammates leave them.
"Oh Kagami-kun, why aren't you going home yet? It will be dark outside" Kuroko said, totally ignoring what Kagami said before.

"I am boy, there's nothing to be worried if I came home late at night.."Kagami replied before remember back his intention on coming back to the room. "Hey, don't change the topic!"
"Sorry,"Kuroko said with his emotionless look.
"Really Kuroko, Why do you lie about your true feeling?" Kagami said as he slowly walking toward Kuroko's bed.
"I don't lie, it true," Kuroko stated.
"You are lying. No one ever reacts the way you are now when to find out that they had a deadly illness. Don't suppress you feeling." Kagami said. He is right now standing straight beside Kuroko.
Kuroko turns his head to another place, avoiding from looking at Kagami.
"Look at me Kuroko," Kagami said with a soft voice but being totally ignored by the bluenette. He sighed. He brings out his both hand and let it on Kuroko's cheek. He moves Kuroko's head so that Kuroko is looking straight at him. Kuroko couldn't run away, he looks at Kagami.
"Now, hear me Kuroko. You shouldn't suppress you feeling away, aren't you the one who said that you believe in us and that we should listen to our real feelings?" Kagami said with a bit stern in his voice.
As Kuroko heard this, slowly his tears began to fall down, flowing at his cheek. "I believe in you guys but I don't want to make you guys worried, I don't want to look at your worried faces when you look at me. I am scared Kagami-kun. What if my illness couldn't be treated? What if I can't play Basketball again? What if I will leave you behind first?" Kuroko voices were trembling and his tears keep falling from his eyes.
"You are going to be fine Kurokochii. And I will make sure of it!" shouted someone from the door. It was Kise, who have not been showing around for quite some time.
Kuroko looks shocked. He moves away from Kagami's grasp and wipes all his tears away. "What are you doing here? I don't want to see your face anymore! You played my feeling, I really give my all on our match yet you never are serious when you play with me!" Kuroko let out his outburst to Kise, shocking both Kise and Kagami.
"I am the one who calls him Tetsuya. He has right to know about this" Akashi revealing himself from behind Kise.
Kuroko let his eyes being hidden by his bang. "Go out. All of you get out now!!" Kuroko shouted at them. The three of them frown.
Kise immediately runs toward Kuroko's bed. "I am really sorry Kurokochii, it is all my fault. I am regretting what I have done. Please forgive me. I am begging you Kurokochii" Kise said as he tries to touch Kuroko's hand but being slap away.
"You should know how I really look up to our match, yet you do something that really hurt me. I know, I am not in good condition that times but at least just do the score, I will never mad at you, I will accept my defeat but not this type of score! You should know that" Kuroko shouted while his tears come back. Falling like a river.
At the look of this, Kise hug Kuroko tightly.
"Let me go! I don't want to hug you. I don't need your comfort. Leave me alone!" Kuroko scream as loud as he can be, and start to trash around just to get out of Kise's hold but he can't. Kise's body is too big for his petite body.
"I am not going to run away anymore. I want to take care of you Kurokochii. I want to be forgiven by you. I want to be by your side, always. I will never leave you alone. Forgive me Kurokochii" Kise pleads as he embracing Kuroko as tight as he can so that the bluenette will never run away from his hold.
"*sobs *sobs. let me go Kise-kun. I need to...be alone right...now" Kuroko said between his sobs.
"Never!" Kise refused.
"Why, Kise-kun? I am not worth to be your friends, I am a sick person. I will not live long. You need to leave me alone. Let me die alone." Kuroko is crying hard now.
"Don't say like that Kurokochii, I know you are strong. Don't give up. I will never find friends that could replace you. You are special to me; you are my mentor, Kurokochii. Not only in basketball, it also in my life. I adore you much. Please, try to live, you can do it. I know how strong you're. Please...don't give up now" Kise plead to Kuroko. Now he also is crying, just the same as Kuroko.
"Baka! Why do you need to think like that? We will never lose you because you're going to be fine after this. I will wait for you to play with me again on the court" Kagami said with a sad voice but he needs to reassure Kuroko that everything is going to be alright.
"Tetsuya, you just need to constantly do you Chemotherapy and Radiation treatment. I am sure, you will living like normal people after all of this end. I will pay for all the treatment. No need to worry anymore." Akashi said while letting his hand brush Kuroko's head.
Kuroko turns to Akashi with his shock look. "But.."
"No buts, just do the treatments. This is an order" Akashi said with his stern voice.
Kuroko's mouth slowly turns into a smile. "Thanks, Akashi-kun, Kise-kun, Kagami-kun. I will fight it with my all. I want to play basketball with all of you again, with Seirin, with Kiseki no Sedai." Kuroko said again but this time with accompanied by tears of happiness.
"For sure, we will play again Kurokochii" Kise replied again with his bright smile, the honest one.

A plain RPG based off a classic 'reincarnation-into-another-world' series of events. Nothing original, I assure you. ---- Shiro Hayuata was killed and is now reincarnated into another world, [insert ridiculously obvious hypothetical question here].

To The Far Shore
Post apocalyptic Oregon Trail. The apocalypse has come and gone. And come back again, and left again... nobody really knows how often. Nothing lasts forever, but nothing is ever completely gone. Which is a shame for young Mazelton, as his family has been around a terribly long time, and made an astonishing amount of enemies. Millenia's worth. So he has to run- from mobs, cannibals, soldiers, sailors, cholera, cattle, thieving sales-monks, starvation, mechanical horrors, vengeful spirits, negotiating your own marriage, and poison of every sort. Fortunately, his not terribly nice family has trained him well in the arts of core polishing. Or as you and I might know it- turning radioactive pellets into useful tools. And weapons. Updates Monday-Wednesday-Friday. Usual defensive tags applied. The goal isn't exactly family friendly, but you have probably seen worse on network TV. After the watershed. Not full blown HBO, let's say. This is the first novel I am sharing publicly, so feedback is very much appreciated and encouraged. Act 1 of the novel is completed, but do please let me know what works, what doesn't, and what you would like to see more of. Thank you, and Enjoy!
