《Seventeen One-Shots》REVISED (2) °Woozi°

"Is it wrong for me to fangirl while I have a boyfriend?" Your best friend asked you after school while spending some time with you at your locker. "No. It is, however, wrong to rub your relationship in my face." You said bitterly. "Ew. Someone is salty." She joked. "I don't know what you're talking about...I'm sweeter than a box of saltine crackers." You laughed. Her boyfriend showed up and gave her a back hug. "Hey (y/n)." He greeted you. "Hi Vernon." You said lazily. His friend Woozi appeared out of nowhere. "Hey friends." He said sheepishly. "Oh! The whole squad is here! We should hang out at (y/n)'s palce!" Your friend cheered. "Neh! Why my place?" You whined. "Because you have Hulu." Your friend proclaimed. "And an Xbox." Vernon added. "Plus your mom is hilarious." Woozi put his 2 cents in. You liked Woozi. You really liked him. Everyone knew. It's the only reason he's in the 'squad'.
You were dragged to your own home and everyone got comfortable in your room. "Hey (y/n), could you get me sprite?" Vernon asked. "You know where the kitchen is." You said harshly. Your friend glared at you. "Boys. Can we have a minute of alone time?" She asked, not breaking her death glare. "Okay salty pants. What is your issue?" She asked after the boys left. "I don't have a problem." You said in calm yet defensive tone. "I get that it makes you sick to see me and Vernon so happy but that doesn't mean you can disrespect him!" "I'm not disrespecting him! I would've given the same smartass remark to you if you asked me to get you a drink! "

You and her spew venom in each others faces.
Yall yelled at each other like that for 20 minutes.
"Whatever! I'm sick of you! I'm taking Vernon and we'll be happy somewhere else!" Your friend yelled, storming out of your house. You bit your lip as tears began to fall from your eyes. You threw yourself onto your bed and began weeping into your pillow.
You heard your door slowly creak open. "Hey...D-don't cry." Woozi said, awkwardly standing in your doorway. You began crying even harder. "I just lost my best friend because of some stupid guy!" You sobbed. "It's not the end of the world. You'll get more friends...better friends." He said, moving closer. You sat up and wiped a few tears away. "Me and her have been friends since before we could walk. Never once have we argued over anything. I don't get it." You said, choking back more tears. "Well if she can't see how wonderful you are then she doesn't deserve to be in your life." "But I'm not wonderful! I started that argument...At least it seems like I did." You started questioning everything.
Your phone buzzed. "She just blocked me on Instagram! She's never going to forgive me!" You began crying again. Woozi sat on your bed with you and cradled you in a comforting hug. "Something she'll understand soon enough is that her life will never be the same without you. You fill everyone's life with joy and laughter...I might've killed myself by now if it weren't for you. You make me a better person." Woozi whispered in your ear as he rubbed your shoulder.
Yall stayed like that until you stopped crying. "Can I see that beautiful smile now?" Woozi asked you. You nearly had a heart attack. You replayed everything he said while comforting you.
He basically confessed.
I was going through some shit when I wrote this.
