"What procedure?" I ask when the doctor left us to give my 'mommy' time to calm me down and talk to me, I was still sniffling, but I have stopped screaming after the not-so-nice doctor offered to sedate me.

"You know how you are a little and a pet?" she asks me, I only nod my head yes, of course, I knew, I was only told this morning, mom said my dom would help me pick.

"I'm a mommy and a master, but mostly a mommy, remember back in school when I explained a little about each category?" she asks, I blushed, I wasn't paying attention, not to everything she said, I lost my interest after she said I won't be meeting my bully in whatever school I end up in.

"I see you weren't paying me much attention wasn't you," she says in a calm voice, she didn't seem to be mad at me for it.

"You know about the pet accessories?" she says, I turned blood red now, I knew, mom explained those to me before, I don't think I have ever had such an embarrassing chat as that one.

I was younger and saw a girl with a cat tail, I wanted one, and papa said no, I kept fussing until mom decided to explain why I can't have one. The pet accessories are made of a...I can't even think about it, the ears are usually clip-on, but the tail, Uhm...it goes up your bum. I don't want anything in my bum, can't I be a tailless pet?

"I take it by that blush you know it means," she says, and I nod my head yes, I don't want to be that, didn't they say we'll be sent to school to be taught about those things first?

"Since neither of us is mainly a pet nor a master, I think we'll have to skip the accessories, do something that's permanent and won't cause you...discomfort," she says again, god, why is she saying that, does she like me blushing?

"Like...like what?" I ask her, wanting to know what kind of procedure I'm about to get.

"A permanent tail, not in your bum of course, instead, a new limb added, just around here," she says pointing to the base of my back, where a tail would be if I was naturally a half-bred wolf.

"And permanent ears, right here," she says kissing the top of my head, she's going to transform me into a real pet! My eyes went wild, I saw a tv show about these before, when the masters are rich enough to transform the pet for real, to give them permanent functional ears and tail, the pet in the show said that they are the happiest, it feels more real for them, but then papa caught me watching the show and I was sent to the corner, I don't know much more about this procedure.

"Would...would it hurt?" I ask her gulping, it excited me to have real ears and tail, nothing that's clipped on or goes in my nu-nu area.

"I'm not going to lie, it would hurt for the couple few days, but I'll be taking good care of you, we'll be staying home until you make full recovery before we head off to dom &Little academy," she says in a nice voice, I didn't mention, but I was sitting in her lap the whole time, so far I've found out that she's super-rich, she smells good, and she can be nice to me, and she can carry me around.

"What...what would I be?" I ask her, a kitten? A rabbit? A wolf?

"A puppy," she answers me, I didn't think of that one, but I can be full of energy, and I love playing.

"We can pick the colour together, then the good doctor would put you under and you won't feel a thing until you're back in my arms safe and sound," she assures me kissing the top of my head again, pulling closer to her.

"O...okay," I mumble not that I have a choice, my papa has sold me off, she's going to be my dom, and I was taught to always obey my dom.

She picked me up and went to get a catalogue of a sort, it was titled puppies, she started to roam through it, showing me different options of what could be my new makeover, there were many choices, but one got my attention, fluffy big white ears, with a matching white fluffy tail, long enough for me to see, I pointed to it.

"You like this one?" she says, the price underneath held a lot of zeros, but she didn't even blink at it.

"It'll match your blue hair," she says happy with my choice, if I had a tail now, I'll be wiggling it with happiness.

"Time to close your eyes, the doctor would take good care of you," she says holding me, I was changed into a hospital gown by her, and a mask was ready to cover my face to put me under, the whole team was just waiting for us to be ready, ready for my new life.
